Thank you all again, for all your kind words and positive feedback Smiley

But let's hear more from them as the question of the verification process remains unanswered.

I have discussed this already but allow me to reiterate it one last time:

We have designed a sophisticated set of metrics to handle this no access situation of Betnomi. This took us a while to contemplate. What I can tell you all is that a legit victim of Betnomi will 100% have at least some of the required proofs.

I m sorry but I can't disclose the specifics of such metrics publicly because doing that will be equal to tipping off abusers.

The fact that it's still guided by the wagering requirement rules means it still requires gamblers to gamble their money.

let's imagine for example that a person deposits 100$ in your casino And your casino gives 200$ sign-up bonus, but put requirement that the person must play 10x with the deposit to be able to withdraw the bonus.
this is something that many casinos have been doing, now let's imagine that your casino is giving a condolence bonus worth 200$ to all who were victims of Betnomi who made a deposit of 100$ but to be able to withdraw the bonus they would also have to play until 5X of the amount deposited, although on paper there is a reduction in the requirement, it is still not something that helps anyone who lost money on Betnomi, it would only make people lose even more.

I have made it very clear, and for multiple times, that this bonus is free for Betnomi victims (It was in fact the first word of the subject of this thread). OK, let me highlight it again one last time: No, this bonus doesn't require a Betnomi victim to deposit at all. And the steps in the initial post have also made it very clear how the process works, which doesn't involve a step of depositing.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free Condolence Bonuses to Betnomi victims on: August 04, 2023, 01:19:22 PM
Trustdice is one of the casino here that has a high wagering requirements for the deposit. I think they prepared same requirements on this bonus too because they are still business

For the sake of clarity, allow me to highlight that TrustDice only has x5 wager requirement for the 1st deposit of a new player. There isn't any WR on the other deposits. I argue this requirement is a lot favorable than many other crypto casinos who demand WR on all deposits. (This isn't the topic of this thread though)

I believe this has been clarified with the author of that specific post. Unfortunately it wasn't seen by many others who still got the idea wrong.

Hi everyone,

Your assistance and initiative to aid the Betnomi exit scam victims are much appreciated. Your kind act of providing a free bonus to those affected is admirable and will definitely bring some comfort during this difficult time. Your activities demonstrate a responsible attitude, which is crucial for maintaining public confidence in the crypto iGaming sector. I hope that our initiative provides solace and aids in restoring faith in the sector. I'm sending you and the victims courage and perseverance as you face this challenge.
This is very nice of the trust dice team. At this moment when other casinos would be wanting to take advantage of this opportunity to get members to register and fund their account but trust dice casino is giving free bonus for the betnomi victim. This is a good one and should not be taken for granted by anybody.
If you look at it from a positive side, maybe this is a good intention and very good to be appreciated in order to maintain the trust of the users of this forum about online crypto casinos that have been trusted by the forum community, I know your good intentions
I'm also not a victim, but it seems that is a good deed on your end. And it could be a win-win for you, as you can get the Betnomi users on your side.
Thank you for all your kind words and encouragement!

Below I will answer some of your questions.

How come we can provide evidence of our balance stuck in there if the casino is already not accessible for us to screenshot our balance. I doubt someone here take a screenshot of balance regularly after playing in the casino.
However, not sure how can you validated if they are a victim of Betnomi? do they need to submit some proof like screenshot?
But for those who haven't had that proof, can they still take advantage of the free condolence bonus from you?
My major concern is this, how would the trust dice team be able to conduct such exercise without facing challenges of giving bonus to people who would disguise themselves with the motive of coming to get the bonus when they are not eligible for it.

We have designed a sophisticated set of metrics to handle this no access situation of Betnomi. This took us a while to contemplate. What I can tell you all is that a legit victim of Betnomi will 100% have at least some of the required proofs. I would advise scammers to think twice before wasting time forging fake proofs for our bonus! We are prepared.

Btw this is a nice initiative to help victim but please wagering requirements should be very fair for the victim or else this is just a regular promotion to lure victim to your casino.
Based on the proofs we receive, we will do our best to provide higher and less restrictive bonus to those with legit proofs, as far as being allowed by our Risk Management team. But for those non-victim scammers who attempt to abuse our good faith, we will deny offering bonus. For those with proofs sitting in between, we will still try to offer bonuses  for the benefit of doubt, but it will has more restrictions.

I doubt that they can benefit on it since this bonus might be abused by those users that will claim that they are Betnomi players. I’m not sure on how they will validate all the claim but I’m sure they have some method which they need to be discreet to avoid abuse.
Well, unfortunately, this is what crypto industry always looks like and there are always abusers/scammers. What we can do is try to spot them out based on our knowledge and knowhow.

Can you explain what this trustdice validation means how exactly?
If you are asking us to now trust you and perform account verification, send you all our personal information, trust you instead of betnomi, send you coins, and all that just to receive a bonus, than no thank you  Tongue
I think I only had few dollars left on Betnomi so I am not really affected by them shutting down, but I hear they didnt pay promised money to other people.
Oh, no that's not KYC and we will not ask for your ID card. It is just some proofs that an actual Betnomi victim will very likely have. They will help us to validate if an applicant is truly a victim of Betnomi exit scam, or some pathetic abuser who's trying to take advantage of someone's loss.

Thank you all again.

From an operator's perspective and based on our experiences over the past 5 years, let me stress once it again that security is a huge matter for all crypto casinos & sportsbooks.

We've seen many operators who simply integrate bunch of 3rd party services to make a site. This means they got their entire backend being offered & maintained by someone else, and this can often be extended to their database, their customer support, their affiliate management system, and even risk management system.

I don't intend to badmouth any competitors. Everyone got their own way of doing business and it is for players themselves to decide where to play. Operators following the above pattern usually need a lot less investment and often able to provide better bonuses. But as the industry today faces more scams, hacks and other challenges, such setup is simply more vulnerable than in-house solutions.

I am not at liberty to share what security measures TrustDice keeps developing. But we take pride in the fact that we enhance it every single month, which is simply impossible for a casino site created from integrating 3rd party services.
When you are a bigger casino and sportbook, you need wide range of options. These days almost all big gambling websites are dependent with third party providers.

As per my knowledge bet365 is the most leading online gambling platform and if I am not wrong then they even use third party providers. It's just impossible for a casino not to use these providers. To become a big casino you need thousands of games, slots. For live-games you need millions of investments for the setup which is too expensive for a single hand business. The providers work for many casinos and that's how they balance the cost and earning. Everything has it's balance. Working with providers benefit both party and balancing the industry.

I am sorry, I have not checked TrustDice yet not even visited your homepage. If you are not using any provider then I am sure you are only limited to some original games. The business you do and the business gambling website like bet365 does will have miles of difference. I don't think there is anything you should have to underestimate a business who are using third party providers.

Just my two cents.

Hi BitcoinGirl.Club,

TrustDice offers over 6000+ casino & live casino games. So yes, we do work with game providers.

What I was referring to isn't about game providers. All operators work with them, and there are very few operators offering in-house games only these days. What I was talking about concerns the back office, CRM system, affiliate management system, risk management system and etc.

There are plenty of softwares on the market for each and every technical need of online casino operators. With a certain percentage of profits given to these softwares, an operator can quickly set up a brand new casino. They just need to design a new interface and that's it. Everything else can be rent from someone for a fee. Even the customer support can be outsourced and provided by a 3rd party, and if they don't mind, there are companies providing withdrawal reviews as well.

Player data security is obviously nonexistent in such a circumstance. A player will have its data accessed by only 5+ parties. By using these 3rd party systems, there are a type of operators who constantly make new casinos, take some players' fund and exit scam. Each time a scam exists, a "new" crypto casino will be launched with a new name and the same core team. (I am not hinting Betnomi is of such a case. Just wanted to provide some industry insights as an insider)

Do you guys think it would be nice for us to offer free bonuses to the players who have their money locked in Betnomi? I can discuss this possibility with the team if the community welcome such an idea, as I feel it could provide some relief during this challenging time.

We call it cross-marketing LOL. Really it does not look good when one will see you are stepping into another business and offering your promotions.

I remember we have a very popular quote from Al Mutanabbi in Arabic that says: "Some people's disasters are others' benefits," or in another example, "One man's meat is another man's poison." This situation applies to Betnomi Casino and Trustdice. But after all what Coinbox1 is offering can't be entirely bad or just seeing it as a cheap marketing, as it can genuinely help those who suffered from whatever happened with Betnomi ( if they offer good bonuses).
Until now nobody really knows the intentions of their team and why there was no warning before going into maintenance mode on the website or at least scheduling a fixed date for the comeback. Considering all the circumstances here it is unlikely that anything positive will appear soon.
I agree with you on the point where you stated that one competitor's failure is another one stepping leader to the next level if not for anything at least the ugly incident that happened to Betnotmi could happen to any casino as the ops already stated so if it an abuse or a hack that is responsible for the close down of betnomi services it then means that other gambling platform to set up and make resistant plans for any attempt on their own casino too because the attack on the casino database can indeed affect every other part.

From an operator's perspective and based on our experiences over the past 5 years, let me stress once it again that security is a huge matter for all crypto casinos & sportsbooks.

We've seen many operators who simply integrate bunch of 3rd party services to make a site. As for the consolation bonuses to players suffering from this incident, thanks for all the feedback. Allow me more time to seek wider feedback in the forum and in the meanwhile, discuss with the team in terms of how we can implement it.

Sincerely,
TrustDice Team

We appreciate your suggestion. However unfortunately that's not a financially feasible option for any crypto casino to implement.

KYC analysis isn't free. You either hire a KYC manager or work with a KYC verification company with whom the operator needs to pay for each verification. Casinos need to balance their financial sustainability and the needs of their users in order to stay competitive in this market where bonuses are becoming increasingly generous.

Most fiat casinos, especially those being required to conduct KYC when the player first sign up, can only offer less generous bonus and demand higher house edge partially for this reason.
KYC on good platforms will not be processed carelessly, but very carefully. Because as legit services, they will have to obey regulations, AML and KYC is part of it. So if they do KYC, they have to verify user documents carefully as they don't want their service will be in problems with governments.

If it is a scam site, KYC will be easily because they don't verify anything, just ask users to submit documents and steal those documents to sell for money. Difference between legit services and scam ones.

Your explanation clears many things, Coinbox1.

You raised an important point. Personally, I would suggest against submitting KYC documents to an operator you know little about. Always do your own research and check the license before doing it as I have heard of fake casino sites designed solely to obtain KYC documents for free and sell them on the dark web. If a "casino" has no valid license, no digital footprints, but asks for your KYC documents right at the sign up, then it is likely a scam.

The internet & blockchain world is a wild and free place, and we should all stay vigilant.
54  Economy / Gambling / Re: TRUSTDICE: up to $25 FREE BONUS [NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED] Forum EXCLUSIVE! on: July 11, 2023, 06:57:59 AM
This is a nice piece of information about KYC of the casino and explained why casino doesn’t asked KYC during sign up. I thought KYC is a service which being paid in fixed rate and not per verification. This make sense why casino only require KYC when the user account is just need a verification based on his gambling activity.
Pleasure to provide the community with some insider insights as long as I m at liberty to share Smiley

@Coinbox1 does the review campaign that I received via email few weeks ago is still ongoing?
If it doesn't contain a deadline, then likely it is a yes.

I have been navigating this site and it quite has a good interface. But i dont know maybe if casinos could add option for users who want to undergo KYC first before playing it would save us in future. Honestly it frustrates getting an account triggered with kyc when you are about to withdraw especially if you haven't done anything wrong. Hopefully Trustdice support will wor hard and try to verify people's account fast when they go through such.

57  Economy / Gambling / Re: List of crypto casinos with high wagering requirements on: June 28, 2023, 07:26:00 AM
I will try to give an example and kindly answer me if it is possible for the user to withdraw without any issues in this case:
Let's say a gambler makes a first deposit of $20 and loses it. Than make a second deposit of $500 and they wager only $500 or less. Would they be able to withdraw the entire amount, regardless of whether they won or lost some of it? Or they should wager more before withdrawing ?

Yes they will be able to withdraw in this case. We calculate the wager of the first deposit amount which is in this case $20 x 5 = $100, and since user wagered almost $500 it’s more than enough for them to withdraw.

Trustdice.win|x5|In order to make a withdrawal you must wager 5x from the deposit amount||

Hi GxSTxV and everyone else,

TrustDice official rep here!

We’d love to bring it to your attention that we have recently amended the related terms. The 5x wagering requirement currently only applies to the first deposit made by a new player. For all the other deposits, there is literally no wager requirement at all.

To put this in context, let's say I'm a new player at TrustDice and I made a 400 USDT 1st deposit, which I soon lost to the house. I then made a second deposit of 1000 USDT, wagered it 1.6 times, and hit some winnings. At this point, say there is 2000 USDT in the balance. Now I made the decision to withdraw these 1400 USDT.

This withdrawal will be approved, unless of course, other red flags or other violations appear - but in that case it will have nothing to do the wager requirement clause.

Thank you,
TrustDice Team
