Where can I find out how to buy Test Group B Address for 10,000 SJCX ?? Is Group B up and running or not? Thanks for any help you can give.

You probably hope for mass adoption. Sounds like a very cool project. Never heard of you until today and then I learn you are promoting the project by handing out free RVL. Great idea. But you have no app for Android and no web wallet. Bloody stupid way to start. I never have and never will use Apple or Farcebook or any other of the American money/status machines. I'm not alone and I'm guessing you have missed out on a pretty significant number of potential users.

Not seeing host/announce error. No way to backup. No encryption of wallet. No way to direct hosted files to a specific drive. Where are hosted files stored? Using an ssd for OP means not enough space to store larger files. Had SC last wallet. Now have KS. What is a KS? Busy, early days.

Tell me where I can buy the mining address and where I can download the Drive Share software. I have looked but can't find the information I need. I have my Storj on CP and I'm ready to give it a go.

So if I use 10k Storj to get a Beta address, am I buying the address and "spending" my Storj or am I pledging the 10k Storj just for the duration of beta stage at which point I get them back?

|
Thanks for the info. If I buy a B address with 10000 Storj, do I ever get them back? Sorry if it's a dumb question but the info reads as if I buy and then depend on rewards after that and possibly not hold or get back the 10k Storj at any stage

Simple question. For launch, do we need to download a new wallet or do we continue with 0.3.0b331/updated 0.3.0b331?

New to this thread. I didn't buy in the "sale" but I have 10k Storj and some diskspace. Can anyone say when I can get going? I seem to remember hearing that beta could be open to holders of min. 10k Storj? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

I'm running 0.3.0b331 on Win7/64. Works fine. On June 07th, will this wallet update to new product? or must we download a new client? Will any testnet SC be removed automatically? For hosting, how to direct Sia contracts to appropriate drive/partition? Can't find any information about this on thread. I guess a few people will be wondering how to get started. Basic how to will be welcome.

Interesting project, I've mined gazillions of SC on desktop. Testnet only but what happens my imaginary stash on 07th? Can I continue with the same wallet or need update or what?

Just a suggestion but if you are using Malwarebytes or similar it may be blocking. Also, if it's a new wallet download, try restarting the wallet.

In new version v2.0.8.0-UT-ZAH is wallet.dat in roaming folder or is there a different path? With "one click", my machine refuses to download the blockchain zip file. I'm also unable to access Git. Where can I download blockchain zip? Thanks. update. Desktop is downloading blockchain. Must have been connectivity problem with laptop.

I am getting the following error when I try to open the qt client:
A fatal error occurred. BitcoinDark can no longer continue safely and will quit.
EXCEPTION: St13runtime_error init_blockindex(): error opening database environment Corruption: 73 missing files; e.g.: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\BitcoinDark\txleveldb/004405.sst C:\BTCD\BitcoinDark-qt.exe in Runaway exception
I tried re-installing BTCD from the .rar, but same deal. Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it? I did not delete everything in the Appdata\Roaming\BitcoinDark folder before installing again as I assumed it would overwrite - could be wrong here?
Edit: fixed, I think. Deleted everything in Roaming after backing up wallet.dat. Waiting to sync now...
Still waiting for sync. I created BitcoinDark.conf with the OP details and... got the same error again. Any thoughts on why that might have happened?
I had your troubles and found it worked when I deleted all from roaming folder (keeping backup of wallet.dat in separate directory). DOWNLOAD .conf file from link provided. Copy / paste doesn't work. :)Install new BitcoinDark wallet. Start stop a few times and leave to connect and sync. It took ages but did eventually connect and fully sync. Switch off and replace wallet.dat in roaming with your original backed up wallet.dat Start up again. Beats the phsit out of me why we have to cope with this sort of crap with Qt wallets at this stage. Good luck.

Thanks for reply. Have already tried all that several times on 2 different machines. Giving up. Wait for next wallet.

After 2 weeks I'm still trying to get wallet to sync. It sticks and needs restart. 2 days of constant restarts and I've reached 90099. Is there any conf file I can download? Any timeframe for a new wallet? Can anyone tell me where to get an older version?

I'd just like to say it does my heart good and does crypto a lot of good too having a badly mauled coin brought back to health by the community. It's such a change from what has become the norm these days. I saw the camel brought to it's knees and then rescued by loyalty and goodwill. It just feels good. I hope the crypto world will see the camel as a kind of special case and resist the urge to casually dump on it. Give it a chance to get back to strength and it'll carry your bags and give you an interesting ride. For me, it's a silky symbol of hope. Marching on despite the odds. (for the cynical among us, tissues available in the foyer)

There has to be a relationship between the interest rate, time needed to earn it and price possible when you want to sell a percentage. High interest is attractive but not of any use if dumpers and swing traders drop the price. Take a look at HYP. Making holders invest and wait 30 days seems worth thinking about.
