41  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS S 17 pro ASIC - on: June 26, 2020, 11:52:57 PM
I have 17 s17 pro units

one or two are 50th

rest are 53th

all work fine zero issues. in the winter we run at turbo in the summer we run at normal.

but none are the 56th model.
I have done my best to run exclusively the "Pro" units as well Phil. Especially the 50th and 53th. They are outstanding in reliability and efficiency. There actually is a 56th Pro but I had about 10 of those and they were having issues with burnt chips and loose heat syncs as well. I did pick up about 50 S17 56th and they are the worst trouble makers I've ever run from Bitmain. The nicest thing about the Pro 50 and 53 th units is you can run them on the Vnish firmware and they love it. They run very cool and efficient with reasonable OC's. The chips are solid.
42  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS NEW MICROBT whatsminer stock from shenzhen, China on: June 24, 2020, 11:34:43 PM
Even with .035 per kwh these prices equate a 2 YEAR ROI!!!You'd have to be an idiot to pay these prices.
43  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS S 17 pro ASIC - on: June 24, 2020, 11:31:59 PM
Buyer beware. I have 100 + S17 56TH units. these units, have a VERY high failure rate. They are complete garbage. Loose Sync's, weak PSU's, Weak CB's chips burn easily. Based on my experience and several other commercial miners I speak to, a failure rate of 30% is the average. I would be very cautious of buying the S17/S17 Pro 56TH config. As a whole, Bitmain's S and T series are complete garbage. There really should be a very large Class Action lawsuit against Bitmain. Take it for what it's worth....
44  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Antminer S19 Pro 110TH/s on: June 21, 2020, 01:24:34 PM
I'd like to figure out a way to set these dirtbags up and have them arrested for this garbage. I bet they catch a few people here and there. Or they wouldn't keep posting this stupid crap.
45  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Antminer S19 Pro 110TH/s on: June 21, 2020, 01:26:25 AM
....oh and your prices will include shipping to AR, USA 72821
46  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Antminer S19 Pro 110TH/s on: June 21, 2020, 01:23:06 AM
At these prices I will buy every single one of these units. We will use a trusted forum member here to escrow the deal. I will NOT pay shipping in advance to the seller. All proceeds will be held in escrow until the units arrive at my facility and I have verified their authenticity. Then the escrow agent will transfer payment to your account. Shall we proceed?
47  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS S 17 pro ASIC - on: June 15, 2020, 12:15:56 AM
These sold in droves "Pre-Halving" for $1,400.00. You're looking at a 2 year ROI at .045 cents at this price. Did you make a mistake on the amount? I'll offer $850.00 per unit for all. No more.
48  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Antminer S19 Pro 110TH/s $1850.00 USD on: June 15, 2020, 12:11:06 AM
Of course you're willing to use a trusted Forum Member as an escrow agent. Meaning, this member holds the money until the units are delivered to the buyer and tested to make sure they run properly. You're willing to do that right?
49  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling Bitmain Antminer S17+ 73th/s – Bitcoin Miner on: June 15, 2020, 12:07:59 AM
If everything is above board, I will buy it from you.  DM me here to discuss payment & delivery.
Be careful here. If he will not use forum member escrow I would be extremely suspicious of this offering. It fits a very common format of previous scams we have seen in here for at least a year now. Caveat Emptor. Also, do NOT agree to send "shipping costs" in advance. Another popular ruse. Good Luck.
50  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS whatsminer stock in shenzhen, China(EXW shenzhen price without shipping) on: June 03, 2020, 11:48:44 PM
At .04 per KWH electric rate, those units take 14-15 months to ROI without shipping. Are there actually people out there paying these prices?Huh
51  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Public Auction - 20MW US Mining Datacenter - All Servers + All Electrical on: May 29, 2020, 02:30:43 PM
This is exactly correct. I just went through the vetting process and signed their confidentiality agreement to try and become a " qualified bidder ". After going through all that trouble they responded by basically setting the bar so high that almost no one can "qualify". This "auction" is clearly a smoke screen to allow for the exact process described by the previous post. These people are complete scumbags. Don't waste your time. I'll be filing a report with the SEC on this little ruse. It's maggots like this that give mining a bad name and ruin opportunities to raise working capital for legitimate miners. Same garbage as that " Riot Block Chain ". Another massive ruse.

This is exactly what we all suspected from the jump.
52  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Public Auction - 20MW US Mining Datacenter - All Servers + All Electrical on: May 25, 2020, 06:41:55 PM
These people had no idea what they're doing. They never stood a chance to survive. If you know anything about commercial scale mining, you don't use massive amounts of interior switch and step down transformers. If you know what you're doing, you step it down at the transmission line through the correct Transformer application. It's sickening that rank amateurs like this get this kind of money and opportunity. There will be many more of these forthcoming as the weak amateurs get beaten down for poor management of cost and infrastructure. Riot Blockchain in CO. will be on this list soon. Another massive overextended data center in OK City. 120,000.00 sq ft and they air condition their facility for cooling ASIC miners. They also held almost all the BTC they've mined and got slaughtered on the break. Complete idiots.
53  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Public Auction - 20MW US Mining Datacenter - All Servers + All Electrical on: May 24, 2020, 07:19:21 PM
I suspect there are some good reasons this place is offered at auction. Namely insolvency of the previous business. Good luck with the sale. Seems like buying a used car....or someone's problems.
54  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 18x Antminer S19 Pro 110TH/s on: May 12, 2020, 01:39:20 AM
Oh my gosh!! I'll take ALL OF THEM. And....I'll send you cash upfront!! No questions asked.  Roll Eyes
55  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Introduces the S19 and S19 Pro on: April 22, 2020, 12:55:58 PM
[...]

From my perspective, you are correct. Bitmain's overall 7nm units are far from robust or reliable. I have had the best luck with Pro's but they still exhibit a 15% attrition rate on my racks. 15 out of 100 have lost boards, burnt PSU's. Out of 200 S17's we are experiencing 20-25% attrition with many lost boards and plenty of burnt PSU's. We are finding that the " High Temp Solder" on the boards is NOT performing at the temps that specs would suggest. Heat Syncs are coming loose and falling off along with failing solder connections. I believe you are wise to observe that Bitmain's QA/QC has taken a drastic turn for the worse. I am committed to avoiding ALL new Bitmain Products and focus on Micro BT. The final nail in th coffin for Bitmain was their clsing of thr CA repair center. So even warranty work incurs a very expensive shipment to China for repairs.

How much for the 73TH/s?
How much for the 74TH/s?

Which one is better??

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^!!!!!

As with all things mechanical and otherwise...everything is "trade offs". As far as ASIC capacity goes, manufacturers are pushing the limits of these new chip densities. I am far from impressed at the fortitude of the 7nm technology. They are all relatively fickle and overly sensitive. Of course I am spoiled. I doubt we will ever see units as robust as the S9's. I've had ventilation go off in my facility and every single S9 shut dwn due to very intense heat. Let them cool down for a while and fire them back up. ( with the ventilation fixed of course). They just jump back online and hash away happily like nothing ever happened. These new units...if this happens or they get too hot...it's RMA city. Dead boards, cooked PSU's etc. My S9 attrition rate on units that were 2-3 years old last year was less than 5%. Now with a fair representation across the 7nm entrants, I'm pushing 12-15% RMA within months of onboarding the gear. This is even with augmenting cooling and ventilation in the facilities.

Inno is crap. Loud, hot, power hungry beasts. I had 10 out of 100 brand new T2T 30 TH/s fail. Some PSU's and some Control boards. The company expects YOU to do all the trouble shooting by swapping PSU's and Control boards between working and broken units. THEN...they make you ask them permission to send warranty repair parts back to them for repair/replacement. They make you send pictures of the matching serial numbers of the effected units. Did I forget to mention you're shipping all the way to China? You pay. Then.....you wait. 30-60 DAYS!!! To Hell with INNO. I'll never send them another dime.
