I am just glad you speak your mind, I bet you just about freak out in the supermarket when everything you pick up is just more gmo food in a different colored box with a different name.
Please tell us when things were different here?
Edit: I voted yes too, but some time ago I chained myself to it, and ya the criminals are winning.

I think the question should be what altcoin is the most risky to invest in 2014! Altcoins are kind of a gamble I guess, but all investments are, which coin is the most risky to invest in?

Well, first time I've ever seen this message: You're sending too many requests too fast.
When signing up and setting up workers on hashhot.
Happened to me when I first used that pool, not sure why,. just want to know when it will on an exchange? and what value it is for us?
Honestly I think it will be after the coming fork, most exchanges want the source to be up on github, so i will do that at that point. When you sell them maybe start selling at .000035 or more, whatever you think.

I have been listening to the supporters of ACT and am now taking moves to make a switch to be ASIC resistant, if your opposed to the move please state why, I have never truly been against ASIC's but then i have never really experienced first hand, only by observing. I hope this will show the supporter's that they are in control of where ACT goes in the future and they can continue to have faith in my commitment to the goals I have started out with. You have all heard of community takeovers right? Well this is kind of like that, except, they have my support and i am not going anywhere, I will continue to keep a daily presence as I stay involved and continually work on awareness and spreading ACT around so that its adopted I am sure that the highest priority is to reach an exchange, I have no real control of that, you as much as I have the same influence, I did make a buy with ACT and can assure you that people will find value in it if your looking to use it as a currency and not just to pump it (no offense, I know miners have to earn money for their hashing).I mine too, but my mining has been for different reasons - like the Crazy Extreme Giveaway, reddit Giveaway, Cryptocointalk giveaway, and future giveaway's, if I end up selling some when I am able it will be to pay for more development and support-which the 'Adopt-a-Coin' program needs. Have you talked about ACT with your friends? Just Do It!

Man you guy's must enjoy the chase, I have seen gpu miners get ripped time and time again, it is starting to look like there will be no algo that cannot have a chip or system made that is optimized to mine it.
That is because there can't be. maybe not, but I am sure there is a way to limit workers to how much they are allowed to work, just like a boss = 8 hours a day- I would use that algo

You actually holding a bag of catcoin?? The problem with all these shitcoins is people don't get to see the IPO's and development of genuine innovative coins.
Qora being the biggest example in recent times.
Some people defend these pointless coins but if a coin doesn't give a genuine difference and is just a copy of another coin with a gimmick thrown in It does nothing good for Crypto acceptance in the mainstream. Are people in the mainstream gonna take Bitcoin seriously once they know its the same technology as Flappycoin?
Now I do not know about Qora (will look later if I remember) But I am pretty sure that it is easy to miss the release of something good anymore with coins popping up all the time, really have to read soo much to get an idea of what is going on, crazy I tell ya, I always wonder if new good tech slips right but me cause i am busy with something else.

And no merchant or retailer is going to do business with a currency with the word "dark" in the name. Are you for real?
This. Not to mention people keep pushing it for its anonymity only (which makes people think of illegal purposes, which most reputable merchants will want to avoid due to the risk involved). The group pushing for its anonymity also helped push bitcoin to where it is now sooo nothing is really impossible, maybe it can avoid regulation altogether, still it becomes hard to explain where you put a million USD when the IRS comes knocking asking for you to participate in an audit.

I would run a mile, happily then i would add a link of your choosing to my social networks and site (in developement) naming you as a sponsor, and of coarse link back to this thread in refrence to where the craziness began, 100 miles 1 BTC, I can dig it 10 miles a day 3 BTC a month. Man! I feel healthier just thinking about it!

So what are you doing about them?
Still undecided right now. I do have both false widows and lace weavers spiders. I think most here would nuke the house if they had too many and they became pests, im not sure i have too many adults right now but i will by the time the babies outside get big no doubt. This is posing me a moral dilemma, i gave up killing animals years ago. I have this image of you standing at the window contemplating what to do, just catch em up, and pass the buck to someone else like I had said before

This apply's to Bitcoin in a big way as related to pattern's too and not just alt's, I wonder if there is a better name to call it rather than amnesia? "twitchy" is good, see it all over and over and mainly only seasoned hardcore miners seem to be unaffected by the syndrome,.
What occurred with bitcoin is primarily why I used the term amnesia. but perhaps it's not the best term. I wasn't even about here when btc was going up and down, but people seem to forget that it too was pumped and dumped... a lot. Yet when they see an alt coin do the same, they go into insane panic mode. In a lot of cases the coins will dump down incredible amounts, so they are right to be concerned. But if it's purely a junkcoin, it must have been expected beforehand. Unless people overly believe hype, which is much more prevalent than I expected. I guess penny stock guys would have better answers than anything I can guess at. It could just be human nature, hence why the repeating patterns are profitable for some... and not so profitable for others. It definitely is human nature, anytime i see my finances dipping I freak out, concerning coins when they are up I am the happiest guy to be around life is good, and when they go down I panic and its truly hard to get a grip and hold through the weather cause even good coins can take hard dips and not really recover from an extreme dump, I expect anything to happen though now, plus I am mainly just a spectator for now. Wish I could read the patterns and know exactly how its all going to flow.

I have always noticed a slight raise in value when people start hammering on a coins community, its like making blood flow, strong supporter's come out and hammer back and then whale supporter's step in and up up it goes, I can remember when digitalindustry was catching alot of crap for QRK and man I just sat back as my shares went up up up,. I do not mean to go off topic here, but retard is politically incorrect- or insensitive in some way, I guess I expect to see Dark supporters here soon, they are the anon guy's right?

People tend to use these word "Trolling" way to much in cryptocurrencys as almost every information is a good and helps you to navigate through the overall coins on the market.
People that ignore all types of posts are these that will hold the bag at the end as they are to arrogant to think they did a mistake.
Yeah, I probably should have used a different phrase than 'trolling', although there are plenty of that too. And yep, information, even negative information, can be very helpful. But I was referring more so to negative statements without any shred of proof. Or in some cases, statements that don't make any logical sense. ie. Such and such a coin has a virus, here is a screenshot from my virus checker -- good info. <whatever coin> is going down... the dev made 20 other altcoins and is in some 3rd world country... it has a 95% premine, get out and put your money into <someothercoin> instead while you can! -- bad info. This apply's to Bitcoin in a big way as related to pattern's too and not just alt's, I wonder if there is a better name to call it rather than amnesia? "twitchy" is good, see it all over and over and mainly only seasoned hardcore miners seem to be unaffected by the syndrome,.
