41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: December 10, 2019, 10:28:19 PM
I think those who wish to do the cryptocurrency will should try as much as possible to avoid letting this into the hand of third-parties. I would prefer having my cryptocurrency automatically transferred to my family once it's certain that I am dead. Peer-to-peer transaction is a very important ideal of cryptocurrency.

totally agree.

me personally . I have a map attached to my will and testament to a location where i buried my keys and all details to obtain my laughable "not a lot" amount of crypto. It might not make them wealthy but i think the family doing the treasure hunt together could be fun .A way to not be so sad during the mourning process. The map looks like an old pirates treasure map. With clues and the whole pirate themed experience

Hydax looks better to me, they did not have any kind of sale, maybe there was private sale or self funded. The exchange looks cool and their new invention IGO also looks okay. Therefore I want to mention the IMO project name, though there will have a sale, but this project gonna rock in 2020, as they have something new and catchy to offer the crypto world!

Hydax added

Looks neat. Self funded sounds even better. Does IGO fit inside the poll parameters?

I will say native Coin Cheesy I like the idea behind the project and the team has been really active in making it a success. It's already on many big and small exchanges and recently they announced a partnership with coinme.

If I remember correctly it was launched in June so it borderline fits your deadline!

interesting addition.. Can you add any insight to Sep 10 2019-Sep 26th 2019 . Looks like some serious volume.

ICO? What's the point of this. Of all the projects, an extremely small percentage was conducted by ICO and was successful.
I can select only Ferrum Network amng all projects. All successful projects carry out IEO, because it is convenient, profitable, and safe. I advise you to edit the rules.

Recommended edit of what specific part of the rules ? does  Ferrum Network fall into the specification of the poll?
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 10, 2019, 09:52:02 PM

Matic is just one of the project that you are describing - launched almost just 6 months ago and also IEO. Token was dumped today down to -55% but the price in USD still is more than the ICO price. The token's price grew and it helped its marketing.  They were claiming to be scalable but I have no idea yet what is in their system.

There are lots of coins that did not do ICO specially the projects that were created on EOS and TRON, some of them are casino sites which are promising as well. Take for instance Hpoint.

Hpoint and Matic added

I like your analisis on Matic. Like many coins a dump does not mean the end of profitability. With Matic any of the mentioned dump being team trackable coins or premine?
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 10, 2019, 08:49:24 PM
What a joke. (Must be an ICO, must be launched within the past 6 months).

An ICO means the project itself is centralized, the fact that the majority of people here prefers centralized projects is beyond me, but it just goes to show that people care about quick money, rather than the tech itself.

Back when Darkcoin launched (Now DASH), people was upset with their premine, and the whole project was called a SCAM, if you held an ICO back then, the majority of people would call all of these projects SCAMS as well, and as we've seen, a LOT of them indeed is.

I'd much rather invest in something that builds useable tech, has a good history and good development.

Blocknet launched the first truly Decentralized Exchange on the market, and believe it or not, they are still the ONLY true DEX on the market to this day. Most people are easily fooled by all these wannabe DEX's like Bisq, Waves, IDEX, Binance, because they don't know how they actually WORK.

On top of that Blocknet solves the Oracle problem, exactly the same way as Chainlink does, just by using decentralized service nodes, making it impossible to take down either their service, or the DEX itself, even if "forced" to by governments.

That's a project people should pay attention to, yet they don't. All people care about is fast money, and it's gonna bite people HARD eventually (The MATIC dump today is a great example of exactly like, a centralized project dumping more than 50% in an hour).

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ** LAUNCHED ** CredaCash -- The Most Private Cryptocurrency in the World on: December 10, 2019, 06:45:10 PM
would you say this is still minable? From a new investor wanting to gain a decent position in this asset. How would one do so?

It's not mineable at the moment since the initial Proof-of-Work mining has ended. It will become mineable again in the future when the Proof-of-Stake protocol is implemented, and hopefully, will be purchasable on an exchange in the near future.

So for now new people just finding this project are sort of in limbo tell exchange?
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Best Alt projects to take off in 2020 on: December 10, 2019, 06:41:34 PM
I wanted to compile a list of projects that have some serious potential to take off in 2020

Rules:

Project must have just been launched within 6 months of today. 12/10/19
Project must not be an ICO or presale
Project team cannot be begging for investment and have their own capital to invest tell project takes off
Project has a NEW and REAL use case. Can be backed up by codebase and examples that the team can complete roadmap
Project team are anonymous to avoid centralized overreach

1/10/20 I will create a poll to be voted  best project brought to this thread. Person who FIRST posted it here will get 0.0015 BTC. To make it a bit more fun in the finding

Happy Hunting

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 10, 2019, 06:04:37 PM
altcoins these days have no purpose . The projects these days are made of glossy pictures... futuristic websites "appearance of competence"  outlandish claims AI ect. .They have all these wild claims they can make "platforms" . They can build ... They have ZERO codebase or coding examples they are even close to competent of achieving project goals
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to distinguish between good and bad projects on: December 10, 2019, 05:59:46 PM
NEW project... wants investment.. does not have internal capital to survive at least 2 years = bad project
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tezos discussion on: December 10, 2019, 05:58:08 PM
Now there is an alternative to Binance, Gate.io, CoinbasePro and other centralized staking! With Atomex, you can delegate and exchange Tezos at the same time, fully controlling your funds! Moreover, you can select any baker from the comprehensive list by Baking Bad.

thanking for sharing that utility!!!!
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: HYDROSTANDART.io create artificial intelligence and make money from water on: December 10, 2019, 05:55:32 PM
do you have an code based examples to support your project or just glossy images? I don't mean to sound hostile but where is the "work"  github? Do you have codebase to support you can even accomplish even a quarter of your project goals? Do you have in house capital to support the project without ICO funding? its is one of the worst altcoin winters ever. If a project cannot sustain themselves then....  Roll Eyes
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: GeoMap - GEO on: December 10, 2019, 05:41:57 PM
might watch this a for a bit . lets see how it plays out

Thanks,  our first goal is to have a partnership with google
Second step is to gain investors for app developers etc

That'd where is see the problem. Typically a startup should have enough capital to survive years without outside investors. Do you not have the standard internal capital to brave this altcoin winter?
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FREE] qTrader automatic trading bot on: December 10, 2019, 04:40:01 AM
oh crap that question was for me . We are the only ones here  Grin  its official we need to pump bitcointalk. Gets some people in here. I would even welcome the trolls back at this point to spice things up. Embarrassed

Ok. while i got you here. bots  used gunbot, dex bot, I have always wanted to do serious trading with bots .I understand people do make money with them but i  NEVER have. I bought gunbot at 0.2 BTC and ran it on all three modes they had at the time on binance. Never made anything. Ran dexbot on bitshares for weeks trying to tweak the settings with no luck. Lets just say i have been in the space for awhile but not very successful at trading with bots. Would be nice to actually make some money trading with a bot. I do manual BTC trades but that is sometimes weeks or months apart. I just don't have luck with bots. That's why i posted here. I was reading up on your bot and figured . Why not? If you have any advice for me that would be awesome. from one REAL person to another lol. Well there are plenty of real people on bitcointalk but most of them are pitching SH*t coins and junk icos over in Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Announcements  Cheesy Grin I am here to learn . So ... teach me.. If your bot  can do something a bot that cost me 0.2 BTC couldn't i would be forever in your debt

57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [FREE] qTrader automatic trading bot on: December 10, 2019, 04:36:26 AM
are you the same person? nothing but spammers here anymore?

I know right. No i am like you. Just a crypto fan . Still in it for the spirit of crypto. We are some of the last real people in the space "a bit dramatic" i guess more accurate this small corner of this space.. Most sold out and living the quite life somewhere. Sure they have plenty of nice things to make themselves feel better. Personally i think they sold their souls . Crypto is battle cry. Its a lifestyle . To me its not something you do for a bit and cash out. Its my life . I hope more real people come back. hope you where asking me that question . Cause i just might have rambled on to a question that was not for me. See how starved people are getting for real crypto back in forth  banter Cheesy

60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts with no liquidity on exchanges on: December 08, 2019, 07:49:39 PM
Since Coinmarketcap added Liquidity to its indicators, you can see a lot of tokens with enormous daily volumes have no liquidity at all. Is it even worth to invest in this kind of tokens? Does that mean that most of the volumes are fake? Thanks for the answers.

Most if not all newer tokens/coins have no use-ability. They are un-spendable. Even if the toke/coin is tied to a project that actually has a product that has a use case.

I will be so bold as to make another statement. Most if not all crypto assets from the start of bitcoin itself have ZERO demand or are able to be spent on anything other than trading out for BTC.

More and more. I am seeing bitcoin as a sort of stablecoin. I know crazy to put the word stable in the same sentence as BTC. Hear me out. I truly think a day will arrive sometime in the future where Bitcoin is so stable. It will be the stablecoin like we are seeing today. In the vision of the future i see. BITCOIN will be the only factor every other crypto token/coin will be priced by. Fiats or their value will have no input any crypto value.
