There is also 1 other used IP address for both accounts: 188.2.118.210

Both accounts have logged in from both IP addresses multiple times.
They both registered with the first IP address.

Barbaron is a well respected customer from us, and this case was solved already. We made extra security measures for his account. He is happy to play at Malubit, and in fact made a new withdrawal and received this already. But I am not going to step into details here, since we do respect the privacy of the user Barbaron. He is happy to play at Malubit.

And radex90, please make decision, use 1 account both on the forum and on Malubit.
Everybody knows that you are the same person, and soon we will publish the IP address here so people can check the double account that was used from the same IP address.(since you are insist to keep on accusing)

When radex90 continues to slander over and over again, we might decide to reveal the IP address that as been used for both accounts.
On the other hand, we respect the privacy from our customer so it is not so easy for us just to publish the IP address.
However, if Radex90 continues with his accusations, we will publish it here to show everybody the proof of the double account.

We asked the user radex90 / nikica99 to use only 1 account per IP address. However, this was ignored by the users. This resulted in the closure of both user accounts. We have offered Nikica99 to create a new account, so that the 2 other accounts remain permanently closed. However, this was denied by Nikica99.
We also don't understand why this user has logged in again with both accounts from the same home IP address. We have already warned him that this is not allowed.
We tried to resolve this matter, but Nikicia99 does not want to work with us.
It is not allowed to open more accounts under the same IP home address.

It is 100% beyond doubt and proven by our system that radex90 and nikica99 are the same person.

We can confirm that Radex90(usernames SlavoljubDelic / nikica99 are the same person. It could already be deduced from the threats, language, but both have logged into our system from the same IP address. We have closely monitored the users' login process. The only conclusion we can draw is that Radex90 logs in from the same IP address, and this is not a VPN connection.
For privacy reasons, we have decided not to display the IP address in question here (yet). We will consider this if the threats continue.
It is possible that a bet is occasionally incorrectly processed. Our traders check all bets again within 24 hours, so this would be fixed anyway.

If there is an incorrect processing of the bet, the user can always contact us so that we can settled it correctly.
We wrote that there was some maintenance and that this was the reason 1 bet was settled in correctly.

We want to let you know that the situation with the user elabor has been resolved. This user was initially not satisfied with the bonus balance, so we decided to remove all restrictions from the bonus amount so that the user can now use his balance to make a payout. We take the responsibility for wrongly displayed odds in the past, that is why we have decided that the user can use his funds without any restrictions.
It is possible that a customer is not always satisfied with the solution we offer. Through direct communication via E-mail a lot is possible and we are convinced that we always come up with a real solution in accordance with the requirements / wishes of the customer.

radex90 continues to deny that he has an account on Malubit.
However, Radex90 does have an account with us (2 accounts), and that is the reason that his account has been closed. It is very clear in the terms and conditions that it is not allowed to have duplicate accounts from the same IP address. Sharing an account through use at multiple locations is also not permitted.

However, this user refuses to send us an E-mail, which means that we cannot offer an appropriate solution to his problem and therefore cannot help him.

The situation regarding SSCEZAR was solved. The money was available in your account and you were free to use it with betting. Because of your anger, you decided to continue threatening us day in day out.
However, if you wish to reopen your account, please send as an Email so we can resolve this matter for you and activate your account again.
