Getting fresh air is very important. A jogger in my neighborhood passed away recently because he was jogging with his mask on and didn't get enough oxygen...
He/she must have been over 65 and had co-morbidities... probably co-morbidity of the brain to not stop and take the mask off for a few minutes until he caught his breath.  From what I recall, he was young (below 45), but yes, probably suffered from extreme lack of common sense. |
