OK, I'll wait a week for e-mail reply. Those report details, what proof is needed as payment, chain log? I have PGP signature and mixer ID, but don't want to disclose too detailed information publicly, don't know what info can be obtained from those. Someone more experienced could give some info about that, thank you! Thanks for informing me about steps, I'm a newbie regarding these report rules etc. Have used some mixers on your list without hassle, this was the first that did not work out. They could have some pop up info about maintenance if facing technical problems. Never know though if someone got sick from covid19--- hope not.

Hi, Are you going to keep BitCloak as legit service. I have not received my coins nor get hold of support. Has to be pointed out that i tried bitcoin cash mixer (BCH), not BTC. https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/bch/ Seems dubious that no answer from support (states answer within 48 hrs), has been 57 hrs from my transaction and no support contact/answer.

There is another site listed on your Tumblers websites list https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/. Is the other www address a scam or not? Thanks for any comments!
