Crypto influencers and YouTubers are not the issue. I personally don't see any harm in what they do, the cryptocurrency industry is decentralized and everyone is entitled to their opinion. It's always a better idea to verify information before running with it. The importance of DYOR cannot be overemphasised as your funds are yours to invest.

It's an awesome idea to always research on projects before investing in them, but the truth is that it takes a whole lot of effort to carry out a good research on projects and that would only be worth it, if one intends investing a substantial amount of money. Most people who invest little sum, won't go through the tedious process. They'll rather go with the herds.

I'm in agreement with the fact that community of a project are of immense importance to the survival or death of the project. The community determines the support that the project gets and thus the project developers needs to be mindful of the roles that are played by the community members.

There is always a desire to take advantage of market volatility most especially when one is new to the industry and has been made to understand that so much could be accomplished by trading. The issue of sadness for losing out in the trade comes majorly when one is new and haven't made substantial amount from the industry or when the strategy would have worked but the timing was not in place.

No doubt, we've witnessed same fate for several projects, especially those that were in the space some years back I recall a project like hydro, iconomi and several others who have become a shadow of themselves. The list for failed projects is endless and the best we can do is hope that the projects that we invest into, stands the test of time.

To be candid, it takes a whole lot of time and effort to build and manage a project successfully. The fact that others are trying to clone and duplicate your project means that you're doing something right and competitors wants to take advantage of the good name that has been built over time past.

These points are good in the detection of scam projects but it's impossible to be exhaustive as scammers are always looking out for more ways to rip off unsuspecting investors. I personally don't see any big deal with people pulling money out of the market. I'm relaxed because I know that more funds would still be pumped into the market. The cryptocurrency industry has evolved into a market where little amount would be a problem. We saw the market capitalisation when it was less than 100b and Today it's in trillion.

When looking for the most popular cryptocurrency of last. year, it would give rise to sentimentality as we individually have our opinions as it relates to popularity of a coin or project. But one most popular coin that all would agree to is bitcoin. Bitcoin popularity is unchallenged as even in my locality, some persons refer to Bitcoin as the generic name for cryptocurrencies.

If I have up a million dollars, I will take out some to invest in real estate and build an offline business, probably in the manufacturing industry to contribute to the quality of life in my country. I'll invest substantial in bitcoin, because that's like the safest place for long term investment with lesser risk and huge benefits in the future. I'll invest a little portion in altcoin, majorly ethereum, Solana and matic.

This is a laudable concept and I must confess it's commendable. It would be instrumental to the reduction of issues of scam in the cryptocurrency market. Bounty hunting is among the lowest earning activity in the industry. I learnt it was more lucrative in time past, but it's now a shadow of itself. I doubt there are still people who make consistent amounts as it would require a high value account and hardwork to break even. People engage in bounties with the expectation that something good may come out of it, but it's not always the case.
