It's going to be very interesting when Greececoin starts getting distributed.

I am expecting a huge amount of applications, not long now. And yes I still need to update the greek translation onto the website.

The date and time will stay the same, there's plenty of time for all applications so it doesn't matter if you don't claim on the first day.

However the coins will be sent in order of application.

Well let's see what happens when the greececoins are distributed. I believe the more coins on circulation the better.

STAGE 1/ DURATION 2 MONTHS/ 3,200,000 COINS/ between 100,000 people = 32 coins per Citizen

At current price it is 15 cents. or 10 eurocents.

Even if the greeks would get the coins they would have nothing to do with them as they can't buy anything at that value.

The coins should never have been put on an exchanger before the distribution.

Tut tut tut... oh ye of little faith. Don't you know that the coins will magically rise in value once the "distribution" takes place. If you cross your fingers, it just might even break the barreers and rise to a whopping 17 cents  Cheesy

Rather than crossing your fingers you have more chances by offering a virgin to poseidon.

Well we know they wont be dumped then, at the end of the day there getting them for free, either take them or leave them. Greececoin may or may not go up in value but im more focused on the long term project and the first stages are to get the coins into greek hands. You may be right maybe greececoin should have never gone to an exchange but it did so we just get on with it.

We also need more services like games (gambling), a new block explorer and more trading sites.

I am talking to someone about a new block explorer so that shouldn't be long before it's available.

What I'm trying to do is source some companies in Greece who might have an interest in crypto currencies and greececoin. Companies who can accept greececoin for a payment, in their terms it would be purely for investment because off the low volume and buy orders but even if it can get accepted for small items.

So , you as a "developer" or your developer team are not able to set a block explorer but you claim to release a coin that is safe and easy to use for an entire nation?

Look the polar bear opens his trap again. As long as Greek People get greececoins that's my biggest priority.

I can assure you there will be a lot of Greek People claiming

But you can't make a block explorer , can't you?
There is an open source code for it , you the dev of a nation coin can't do it?

Like I have said, there's a bounty in greececoins for who can make a block explorer for grce. That's final.

As for Greek people claiming, just wait and see what happens, if your Greek and claim via greececoin.net you will get your coins, simple. They will be handed out from 6:00pm gmt 6th may. Just watch!

Greececoin still needs your votes for Mintpal, please vote here: https://www.mintpal.com/voting

Greececoin needs more trading platforms and Mintpal would be a good one.

Greececoin is looking for a new block explorer? I will pay you a bounty with Greececoins! Please PM me.

Thanks

Just so that you are all aware, CryptoBlox will be shutting down the GreeceCoin Block Explorer on April 11th unless the DEV decides to honour his bounty agreement.  Sorry to do this, but it costs me money out of my own pocket to run the servers and maintain the site.

If the DEV does honour his commitment and respond to PMs by that date then I will be more then happy to keep the Block Explorer up and running.

Thanks,
CryptoBlox

LOL... you did not even bother to reply to this one!! A bounty in Greececoins? Really?  Cheesy

Yes a bounty in Greececoins, you read it!

Yeah, below is the PM reply that I received finally after how many weeks of asking for my bounty to be fulfilled as originally agreed upon...

I would suggest that no one do business with this dev, he is clearly in it for himself.

CryptoBlox explorer for GreeceCoin will be shutdown effective immediately.

No i can not honour the 0.15 btc fee, i will happily give you a bounty with greececoin but if you wish to take down the block explorer then please do so. I do appreciate that you have made one from the start and have had it running up until now but i can not pay your fee in btc.

Best Regards

Yes that is what i said, you can read and thanks for sharing that with us!

This coin is going up, because its already about as low as it can go hahaha
Honestly, the best thing a coin can do, is have an air-drop with worthless coins, so that users don't feel scared getting familiar with crypto since they have nothing to lose by experimenting.

Yes i agree, i would much rather Greek people hold onto their coins, they wont get dumped because they cant. Lets see how it will work out and i can confirm that there lots of Greek claiming as we speak to i have to turn away until the air drop date so i believe the turnout will be great!
