41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Freaking irritating! on: November 18, 2018, 09:37:09 PM
I am more than sorry for this, but it was obviously going to happen.

That is why IDEX is taking more and more regulations now

CCN: Breaking: SEC Charges EtherDelta Founder with Operating Unregistered Exchange.
https://www.ccn.com/breaking-sec-charges-etherdelta-founder-with-operating-unregistered-exchange/

It had to happen at some point, it was a decentralized exchange that is not taking care of who is buying something in there
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is less stable than some ALTs ! on: November 17, 2018, 11:52:14 PM
Bitcoin is still stable, but not by the way that it was before.

I think that the best time for bitcoins was when the price was roughly at $1000 - $2000 for the first time, it was pretty stable and you didn't had to think about the fluctuations all the time.

Now everything is different, but we don't know till when.

43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks to start trading crypto sooner on: November 17, 2018, 11:43:00 PM
I really doubt that something like "having trading sources on banks" is gonna happen soon. You are very, very confident about this, but the truth, is that it is not possible.

Bitcoin is totally the opposite of what banks are offering, that is why we can not compare them so far.

But i don't want to lie, it would be such a good opportunity to all of us if it happens
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin still dipping. What should we do? on: November 17, 2018, 11:35:20 PM
I think that the price might not go down by much during this time.

Maybe we are going to see another dip, but to be honest, maybe the price is going to be recovering sooner or later, i am still 100% confident about this.

Who knows? Maybe we wake up tomorrow with a bitcoin over $7000 each, and that is going to be a surprise, of course
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it really Bitcoin Anonymous? on: November 17, 2018, 11:17:04 PM
Bitcoin is only anonymous if you know HOW to be anonymous, and it all depends on you and how do you manage your funds.

There are several ways, and several tools, but you only need to know how to protect yourself from the internet and all the things that you do.

It is all upto the user, just like in any other thing of this life
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when bitcoin becomes stable? on: November 17, 2018, 10:30:59 PM
Well i do not think that bitcoin is going to become stable during those years.

Maybe a lot of things need to happen until we can start considering it as something "stable" like a normal currency like the dollar, euro, yen, or any other like those.

A lot of banks, institutions and governments would need to regulate it to make it be a "stable" "currency".
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is not the end of bitcoin on: November 17, 2018, 10:20:46 PM
Of course that it is not the end of bitcoin, i do not understand why so many people are saying that.

In fact, i think that we all are going to see the prices recovering during December, maybe it wont be a massive bullrun like last year, but it is going to recover by a little bit more

No one knows what is going to happen anyway, it is entirely upto the market
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the true believers of Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2018, 10:07:33 PM
If i remember it correctly and my memory is not on a bad manner, i think that i started using bitcoin on late 2012

It was one of the best thingns that i did, and maybe i suffered a lot because of the crash of 2013, but i am still confident on the way that bitcoin works.

The technology is in here, and most of you are not appreciating it
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your wallet from hackers on: November 16, 2018, 10:37:19 PM
We are almost on 2019 and there are still people asking this kind of stuff?

it is more than obvious that you do not need to be a fool,  and you need to protect your coins, just keep yours on a hardware wallet (trezor, ledger, keepkey) or any other that is suitable for this.

And then forget for some time, that is the way to make some profit + having your tokens/coins safe.

50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scams on: November 16, 2018, 10:28:56 PM
There are too many scams on the market.

During the last few days, i saw a thread selling counterfeit tokens and promising them to be legit ones, i think that some people fall in that scam and they lost a huge amount of money.

The market is difficult these days, i would not trust anyone at this point, seriously.

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your tokens? on: November 16, 2018, 10:09:29 PM
It's easy, and we all are doing the same.

ERC20 tokens, are on our MEW wallets, all our Stellar Based tokens are on our stellar wallets, it is not difficult.

If you are talking about *which wallet are we using* then, i have my funds splitted between my Ledger Nano, and my Trezor wallet, just to diversify the risk, of course.

52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We Need A New ICO Model on: November 16, 2018, 10:00:16 PM
In fact, all the ICOs are going down  below ico price as soon as it gets listed on it's first exchange, is it a coincidence? I do not think so, the market is following the same pattern everytime.

What if they improve a little bit, if we do things by a different way? maybe that is the only way in that we are going to see a change after that.

But no one knows what can happen, i won't invest on icos during this year anymore.

53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Very soon we will see a new wave of market growth!!! on: November 16, 2018, 09:52:18 PM
Maybe we need to wait a little bit longer, i do not think that it will happen this year

Probably, between March and May we are going to see a huge growth like the last few years, and we all are going to be happy about that.

But for now, let's all get relaxed by a little bit, just get accummulating as much as you can while the prices are cheap
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: October and December are the months of Crypto ??? on: November 16, 2018, 09:40:56 PM
Regarding all this thread, i have been thinking a lot about the last bullrun of last year. And seriously, i do not think that we are going to see a huge bull trend again.

Well let's hope that i am wrong and all our balances go x10 higher during this time, but i really doubt that something like that is going to happen anytime soon.

anyway, lets see how it all continues, of course

55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Suggestion on: November 16, 2018, 09:32:59 PM
If i could give you an advice two months before, the only thing that i'd recommend, is just to keep your money on fiat, there was no point on investing on ethereum two months ago.

The price is more than -30% from September, so you clearly lost a bunch of money.

Its still your money, aand you still have those two eth's, so just keep holding for some time
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much EOS do you hold? on: November 16, 2018, 09:25:48 PM
EOS might be a good coin, but i do not think that all your funds should be in that coin.

I prefer Ethereum, to be honest, it has many more functions and it is wisely adapted.

Anyway, both coins are good, but when you talk to someone about cryptocurrencies, they will probably know better the word "Ethereum" instead of "Eos". Just simple terms.

57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in a new ICO. on: November 14, 2018, 11:33:50 PM
I think that we should try to stay a little bit away from new icos.

At least, for some time, maybe this is because of the market conditions, or some other stuff, but they are not being profitable anymore.

It is incredible the way that ico's are going down after getting listed on it's first exchange, they all go lower than 60 - 70 percent of ico price.

58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there hope for this year? on: November 14, 2018, 11:19:01 PM
Why not? maybe a lot of things can happen by the end of the year, i am still positive about all this.

But if we need to be honest, i do not think that there is going to be a massive bullrun just like it happened during the last summer.

But let's see what can happen, there is still a long path to recover
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: November 14, 2018, 10:55:09 PM
This might be not the best moment to buy altcoins, so better to stay away from it unless that you want to suffer huge losses.

The best thing that you can do, is to have all your money on Bitcoin at the moment (But not ALL of your funds, only a portion of them)

Better not to risk all what you can not afford to lose.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies? on: November 14, 2018, 10:43:21 PM
All the people that really think that all those celebrities are seriously endorsing those cryptocurrencies, deserve to lose all their funds.

Seriously, there is no way to believe that.

It just remembers me of that spot in where Mayweather was promoting a "shitcoin" that is now a scam that went down by more than 80 percent, lmao.
