Hay! I realized almost all of us are guys and we looove girls (and probably don't get them  ), so how about a beautiful girl contest? This will be a community driven thread. What you guys need to do is post pictures of beautiful female faces along with your Fuckcoin address. If people like the pictures, they may just send some FUCKS for posting that image to you; doing this encourages the community to post more pictures and keeps the thread alive! Also as a tip: don't post generic celebrity pictures; use the pics you collected off Facebook or elsewhere. That way we see a lot of fresh faces. Something is WRONG with CDC. I think there are multiple forks. Because wallet syncs for 5 mins, then it shows "out of sync", then it is 50 blocks behind and so on....No deposits showed on bter . Which one is the official chain??

Also, just from a desing perspective, you might not want to have a text that makes people turn their heads upside down. It's fine for real physical coins that you hold in your hand and can turn around, not so much with coins that are just representations on a computer screen

And to be accurate, we really only need one exchange. Riecoin is a CURRENCY so it should be treated as one and not stocks. Focus should be concentrated on easy and smooth merchant acceptance. We should focus on getting merchants to accept us, not exchanges. A Riecoin Foundation could hopefully help.

In order for Karma to succeed and last among the bunch of altcoins. It needs good community support (and hopefully a new logo Tongue) and uses for it(lotto, donating, games, etc.).
If not then its just going to die like many others that came before it.

美国税局认定：比特币是资产而非货币

美国国税局本周二针对比特币发布了首份指导原则，将在税务系统中将这种虚拟货币视作财产性收益，适用股票和易货交易的相关规定，而不会将其认定为货币。如果是资产，那么在交易时就要缴税，就像买卖股票要交资本利得税一样。专家认为，这一规定必然会影响比特币的流动性，进而影响比特币的发展。不过，周三在中国的比特币交易市场其市值基本持平。
根据美国国税局的规定，比特币的单笔交易金额如果超过600美元，就需要向国税局申报信息。更厉害的是，美国国税局的这项规定具有追溯效力，也就是说在这项规定发布之前的相关交易同样适用于该规定。
根据普华永道的估计，目前所有比特币的市场价值约为80亿美元，每天的交易量约为8万例。这一规定的出台必将降低比特币的交易活跃度，就如同美国的税收法律鼓励投资者长期持有股票一样。根据美国的相关规定，如果持有这种虚拟货币的时间超过1年后再卖出或进行其他交易，将获更低的资本利得税率最高仅为23.8%，但如果是在1年内卖出，最高税率可能达到43.4%。
这一决定对比特币生态系统影响深远，而且会给比特币的个人用户、专注比特币的企业和虚拟货币的广泛普及带来负面影响。在线交易市场BitcoinShop总裁查尔斯·艾伦说。波士顿大学金融学教授马克·威廉姆斯则说，国税局的这份规定降低了比特币持有者的正面经济效益，它将会降低比特币市场的流动性，同时还会迫使一些比特币挖掘者走向美国之外。来源上海证券报)

据《菲律宾星报》3月26日报道，在菲律宾银行业协会的一个招待会上，菲律宾央行副行长艾斯本尼拉告诉记者，菲央行已开始与有关比特币交易商会谈。针对比特币关联的洗钱等情况，菲央行正在研究应该出台什么样的规范。他说可能会要求比特币交易商向央行下属的反洗钱委员会递交报告。
菲央行上个月曾公告民众比特币的使用和交易目前无章可循，不受法律保护，一旦出问题风险自担。

国内税收署说，比特币并非法定货币。你不能用比特币支付税款。然而，如果你收到比特币形式的工资，那么你必须纳税，就像你收到美元工资那样。
国内税收署今日发布了一系列问答列表来澄清像比特币这样的虚拟货币的税收待遇。国内税收署说，总体而言，管理其他以物易物交易的规定也将适用于比特币。
如果你收到比特币形式的工资，那么将以你收到工资那一刻比特币的公平市价来计算所得税。如果你使用比特币购买商品或服务，那么卖家必须报告收入，用交易时比特币的公平市价来计算。
国内税收署说，对投资者而言，比特币将被视为跟其他农矿产品一样。如果它们升值，那么你必须在卖出后缴纳资本利得税。如果它们贬值，那么你可以认定资本损失。
比特币于2009年被创造出来，是一种网络货币，让人们可以进行一对一交易，购买商品和服务，跨境交换货币，而不用涉及银行及其他第三方。比特币在自由论者、科技爱好者和投机者中间流行起来。
