i have updated my wallet

Yes, that is natural. You need to wait for 14 days before you can stake.

I have a question for the dev team .
I have 215 970.829276 AC , why when I see the rich list adresse , I don't see mine ?
It's most likely because your balance is being held on multiple addresses, not one single address (this can happen even if you deposit all your coins into one single address, but later withdrew some funds from your wallet).

One of our block explorers is now updated: http://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/The wallet has synced and it shows my coins went through but cryptsy doesn't have them showing in my account, so now I am waiting for them to get back to me.
They never left you if they're not confirmed. You need to rescan the Blockchain (or redownload, depending on the broadcast level of your transaction). But you also need to wait until Crypsty has updated their wallets (you can push them in their trollbox/support to do it faster). Thanks but the transaction has confirmed so the issue is on cryptsy's end. They have been working on "locating" the coins since yesterday but have stayed in touch with me. Tell them that they need to upgrade their wallets to the new version, with the old wallet the transactions will never confirm.

What happens to all the Mac OSX AC wallet users ? When will we get the updated wallet so we can stake our coins , too ? Will the dev team tackle that issue & matter personally ?
need a new mac wallet too, please. The reason we weren't able to do it at the same time as our windows wallet is because none of us have Macs so we need to outsource it. I'm talking to a couple of people about this now.

Just confirming that Mintpal has upgraded their wallets, and now their deposits/withdrawals are re-enabled. Let me know if you still have any issues with Mintpal or with transactions or synchronizations. Now both our block explorers are up-to-date and updated to the new wallet: http://ac.blockx.infohttp://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac

The blockchain is moving well now and the network is healthy and stable. Does anyone still have syncing problems with the new hotfix wallet?
|
|
|
Everyone, please upgrade to the latest wallet:http://www.mediafire.com/download/ofdetdo9ad0xgan/asiacoin-qt_hotfix_win32.zipThis solves the synchronization issues, and the staking rate will remain at 100% for a few more weeks, until we release a new wallet. Our block explorers are not yet updated to this new wallet, but I have contacted them to upgrade their wallets. I have contacted exchanges to upgrade their wallets as well. I will update OP ASAP too (edit: done now). We are pure PoS, so people need to upgrade ASAP and start staking for the blockchain to move ahead faster.

Uh oh,, Anyone still working on the issue with the wallet? I haven't seen an update today and a little nervous now since we are getting dropped from major exchanges. Yes we are working on the issue. Fixing it is proving to be a little more tricky than we've initially thought (the original developer's code is a mess, and buggy), we've been having to do more fixes than we thought, and it all happened on a weekend where most of our team were away, so that adds to the workload on the remaining of us and it's taking a bit longer.

Is it possible somehow to refund my coins or have to wait for synchronization, which is not happening.
Transaction ID: e86e0e20f0f31b0cff7ecb3182fc92fe81d88f2c9986b3d2e3eacde91a6e5615 Confirms: 0 out of 20 required
As long as a transaction is not confirmed, your coins are still in your own wallet and you own them, so there's no need for a refund from whoever you're sending them to. Once the issue is resolved, either the transactions confirm (more likely) or it is voided (disappears from the blockchain), so you can send it again. You can search for Bitcoin transactions that never confirm to read more about how the protocol works in unconfirmed transactions.

Any news on a fix yet for those of us with the new wallet We're working on it. In the meantime please do not do any transactions. As luck would have it I made a transaction when I first posted the issue. Is there anything I can or should do to help insure the safety of my coins? Just don't do transactions until the issue if fixed. If you've done a transaction, there's nothing you can do but in all likelihood either it will come through when the issue is fixed or it will be voided (which you can then redo it/ask whoever sent it to redo it). An update: We figured out what the issue is, it's about the switch between 100% to 80% staking rate which seems to have caused this synchronization issue.

Those running the old wallet are on their own blockchain now, and that blockchain is invalid (exchanges/new wallets do not accept those).

|

We're looking into the issue. Some preliminary thoughts: Block 72,000 is the block that a hard fork occurs, that stake rate changes from 100% to 80%, so that could be the issue although the blockchain is moving (slowly though), will keep you updated.

Investing on AC was the worst thing I did on crypto world ! this pump is just good for dumpers and bagholders not for investors ... and it will come back to 100sat soon . you can just let others dump their coins on you by making buy orders on this .
i am not selling I am not selling but no buying anymore also... I really feel like the market needs to settle a bit as those jumps are more because of the gap between the ask/sell walls rather than real trading done. +1. Is there a richlist out there. Just wanted to see the distribution of the coin. Yes there are, two actually: http://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/#!richhttp://ac.blockx.info/richlist/

Is there any update on ccMiner/cudaMiner supporting x13 algos?

Guys, We've been on the around 200s for a long time now, I think it's pretty much established as our absolute floor, it's time for all of us to start getting even more AC. Remember, the more AC the loyal members of community control, the better we can control the price.

thnx I informed him. The graphics guy is already on board. The coder is at work. will answer in perhabs an hour.
If both of them are interested, we are looking to beef up numbers in the AsiaCoin Foundation. We are looking to start various projects so that we are work on various aspects to further the cause of AsiaCoin. Hi he took a look at the code on https://github.com/micryon/AsiaCoinFixquestion is if this all is needed for the wallet, or the wallet is only a small part of it? He is not into bitcoin right now. That's the whole wallet, so what he needs to do is to somehow port the functionality to iOS, and create a simple UI for it that can connect to the wallet.
|
|
|
For iOS wallet, we'd give a 50k bounty for the wallet, 75k bounty if the wallet can stake as well.
|
|
|
That would be nice. I get all these small transactions, especial from the POS interest. It would be nice to be able to easily combine them.
Combine them? Can coin control do that? You don't need coin control to do that. You can just make a payment at the amount of your entire wallet to yourself, it basically groups all the small coin blocks and puts them into one big one, although as you stake, big blocks break and smaller blocks generate so it's really not necessary.
