i can see through both your bullshit talk  Roll Eyes

il leave it to PETA to show you your wrong, 35/65 is most likely what they will go forward with

i stand that PETA can ROI faster then other miners and thus grow with reinvestment's

i paid 3.5BTC for my 600GH/s Monarch, i will still be able to break even, considering the slowdown in difficulty increases. If i buy more hardware at peak BTC value, i can most certainly grow and make even more BTC, especially if this time i instead go for available hardware rather then pre-orders, at which point i can get my ROI sooner and and speed up the cycles by adding hardware as i get revenue instead of at the end of ROI break even.

ive done my own projections, i know for certain they are not reliable, just as yours you feel so confident of

AVOIDING GIViNG the TROLL MORE POSTS with EDIt dialog

i have grown impatient, i will not care to elaborate, if people are investing they should be able to think for themselves. they dont need mikemikemike telling them what is. throwing some fallacy's around i see, hogwash really
im tired of seeing the trio of non-shareholding disrupters coming in trying to saturate this thread with attitudes of holier then thou, we will now call you the divine trinity.

keep blabing and thinking you have the right answer
argumentum ad numerum of high degree of innacuracy

oh no! mikemikemike, pleas dont feel bad for me! lol
take your fake care and sympathy elsewhere

you sure made it personal with all your puppet profiles and the obvious intent of your many posts in something you hold no shares

i will fight against your intent to mislead PETA shareholders into thinking they should be more like CEX.io or cloudhashing or ButterfylLabs or B.MINE. Reinvestment's are critical to PETA purpose and function.
42  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: June 03, 2014, 07:23:02 AM
basicly dont invest in any form of mining at all, you can never ROI according to NotLambChop, mikemikemike, Puppet, anyone im missing?

if you can ROI, you should use those profits towards a larger round, and so on until you reach a large enough scale to make it worth taking out the profits. ofcourse you dont need to wait until you fully ROI to reinvest. you can grow, this is what PETA will do. those who argue against reinvestment should not even be here, go to  KNC, ButterlyLabs... and buy their fixed cloud contracts.

dont give me bullshit of reinvestment is same as you taking your investments and choosing, bla bla bla.
you fail to understand the power of PETA, go away.

it might be true that i wont ROI for my monarch but PETA has enough purchasing power to get really good deals on available hardware rather then risky pre-orders.
43  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: June 02, 2014, 11:08:57 PM
i agree with Anotheranonlol

reinvestments of the mined revenue is essential and makes use of one of the points of having a large operation, purchasing power.
44  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: June 02, 2014, 05:18:32 PM
Voted 35/65

it is possible to counter difficulty and grow, especially for a large operation
45  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 31, 2014, 07:58:07 PM
I yield to your obvious wisdom. Its good to know Shavers, Shrem and Ulbricht having nothing to fear.

The whole drug thing might have had something to do with those arrests.

What did Shavers and Shrem have to do with drugs? As for Ulbricht, what drugs did he sell? He ran a website, so all he did was "transfer of information" and as our resident genius pointed out, "laws dont apply to that". They should all be home free in no time. I even wonder what Snowden could possibly be afraid off.

i was referring to purely bitcoin-bitcoin interaction, not interfacing with the physical world.
which is what you do when investing with havelock
promises ontop of promises ontop of a database associated to their bitcoins, not yours, until you withdraw.
46  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 31, 2014, 04:21:57 PM
What cryptx is doing is not illegal, not while he isnt doing it, instead its havelock doing the biddings.

Nope. Its cryptx that is issuing the shares, thats promoting their sale, and receiving the proceeds. That they are being traded by a company registered elsewhere is irrelevant, you are not allowed to promote or sell financial instruments or ponzi's in EU/US markets that trade on a (fictitious) Nigerian stock exchange either. Not even ones that trade on the NYSE unless you have the appropriate licenses (and depending on what license, those securities in questions should also be registered in the country where they are being offered).

NB, havelock itself is breaking plenty regulations too, but at least I dont expect EU/US authorities to do much about that beyond issuing a warning to investors. Cryptx, being a Belgian company, thats quite a different story.

havelock does the issuance, technically there is no stock, its all virtual
so are colored coins and bitcoins illegal too now?
pirating is illegal also, doesnt stop me

laws dont apply to the transfer of information
inter-bitcoin transfers are a safehaven
47  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 31, 2014, 03:14:57 PM
the only way investors will loose here is if they actually get convinced by puppet that havelock or its securities could get shutdown.

What cryptx is doing is not illegal, not while he isnt doing it, instead its havelock doing the biddings.
To cryptx's country, he just has lots of crypto currency, some coming from havelock
nothing illegal in that.
48  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 31, 2014, 12:10:17 AM
IM not interested in posting in all the scam threads. Lets be clear, the one running the legal risk in this case is the issuer. Investors are pretty well protected, even if they buy illegal securities. Im going by the assumption cryptx is sincere, but making a big mistake that could cost him dearly.

hey, stop trying to take PETA or havelock down
im pretty content with having the ability to invest without needing to be accredited or having a minimum yearly income
its people's choice to take risk

trying to compile from source for linux, sgminer binary is nowhere top be found after make

EDIT:
got the binary from doing make -n after make to get the gcc command and run it manually
50  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 30, 2014, 05:26:56 PM
If i could vote, i would give a big resounding NO to 50/50, we should have that loan paid back as quickly as possible by putting 100% towards it so that reinvestment's can start sooner
51  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] SCRYPT 10 GH/s hosted scrypt mining project by CRYPTX - IPO 7 MAY on: May 28, 2014, 04:09:27 PM
it would help if SCRYPTX used something like pool.trademybit.com
52  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] Crypto Financial (CFIG) Official Thread on: May 27, 2014, 08:17:33 PM
Would it be accurate to say that you don't work with any banks directly, but rather with the banks of the member exchanges?  You simply forward my KYC compliance information to member exchanges?

I assumed that you were providing a partner bank to member exchanges.  This is not the case?

you get a bank account from Crypto Financial, they are the bank by using their bank network directly

Crypto Financial allows anyone with an account with them to setup an exchange without the need to setup their own banking ties, all fiat related service are handled by Crypto Financials

basically this allows you to evade all regulation in your country, no fiat ever touches your hands except when you withdraw from Crypto Financial account

Any exchange online using your services Crypto Financial?
53  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 27, 2014, 07:04:16 PM
id vote 40/60, over time that 40% dividend in actual BTC would grow to larger then what your 65% would get thanks to the reinvestments
54  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 26, 2014, 04:10:01 PM
wow didn't expect them to have the whole 1500TH/s deployed monday morning
55  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 25, 2014, 05:32:47 AM
id vote postponing the buy by a week or more and continuing to withhold dividends

we may be on the verge of the next big clime, those who waited to buy hardware until the peak are going to get a big advantage

but im probably too late, hardware should start coming in on monday

hopefully the ipo does not fully sell and we can have another ipo at peak of btc value of likely 8000-12000$/BTC
56  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 24, 2014, 10:09:11 PM
Cryptx,

Still not answered questions:
1. Why we are hashing at 466TH instead of 503 mentioned in prospect?
2. Why there is 27 Dragon miners in prospect when according to Your weekly updates about our re-investment found  we bought 39, for what we spend 220btc?
3. What option of refund from cointerra will we have or maybe it was delivered already?

4. Was the hardware you bought with the 1000btc loan paid for in BTC or flat?
57  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 24, 2014, 08:25:06 AM
your forgetting how much reinvestment benefit shareholders

Time to bust a myth; reinvestment is not a good thing for investors, its a very bad thing. It does little more than locking in future revenue for additional purchases that may or may not make sense at that time. If you were paid out all profits in dividends, you would be free to determine at any future point if it makes financial sense to purchase more, newly issued shares and at what price. Being robbed of that choice is a liability, not an asset. You seem to assume that any expansion at any price and any point in the future is automatically a good investment.

no it is a good thing, calling it a myth doesn't make it a myth
what you describe, you can actually get from BFL if you wish
sensible miners reinvest, otherwise you fall behind and end up with almost valueless hardware (or shares in this case)
its the number 1 mistake amateur miners make, they expect the returns to just make themselves by cashing out weekly and running their rig indefinitely or until the electricity costs become prohibitive.
with a doubling difficulty, all hardware is set to make a maximum return, which it will never go over unless the doubling rate of difficulty changes.

the larger the operation, the more efficiently you can execute reinvestment's and grow despite steep difficulty changes.

when can we expect dividends?

we will know better when we start getting hardware online and after the ipo
59  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] SCRYPT 10 GH/s hosted scrypt mining project by CRYPTX - IPO 7 MAY on: May 23, 2014, 05:57:23 PM
why not use a multipool?
60  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 23, 2014, 07:38:12 AM
we might have a chance at blasting through the entire ipo afterall

Notice how in this scenario the ratio between reinvestment and dividends doesn't effect the amount he makes?  If he were to be a large share holder, his incentives would be better aligned with ours.

your forgetting how much reinvestment benefit shareholders
im actually disappointed the reinvestment % is targeted to drop lower then 40%
but im confident that PETA will adjust to future conditions and not stubbornly hold to its roadmap.
