His luck is is under 100% so how can he be on profit so much?
Luck doesn't mean anything in terms of profit. Lots of people misunderstand the Luck to mean that if it's less than 100% you will be negative and more than 100% you will be profiting, which is not the case.
Luck is defined as the number of bets you won compared to the number of bets you "should" have won, from a statistical standpoint. It's derived solely from roll results and win chance, and not the wagered amounts or bet size.
For instance, let's say someone made a brand new account with no bets on it, and wagered 0.10btc on a 1% win chance and won on the first try; their luck would most likely be 1000% or more if they didn't make anymore bets.
Alternatively, if the same person made another new account and wagered 0.10 on thirty different bets and lost every single one of them, their Luck would most likely be 5% or less.
It's a rather odd metric, which is why most people get confused, but hopefully my explanation helps your understanding and maybe some other people that never understood it. xD
EDIT*: In addition, if someone where to make thousands of bets on their account with smaller wagers at first, and dropped their Luck down to like 95%, then started betting big and winning, their Luck could still theoretically be less than 100% and they could have massive profit at the same time.

I get it now.
This is the reason, first he made small bets and lost many of them and then he made big bets and won some.
