41  Economy / Securities / Re: Half Price Coinpal.com Stocks - 18000 stocks to go on: August 06, 2014, 04:08:54 PM
If they're currently worth 0.001 BTC, why are you selling at 0.0005?

Because IPO flag is active meaning they can't be sold on the market yet, I want a quick sale hence me offering them half price
42  Economy / Securities / Coinpal.com Stocks - 18740 (worth 0.001 each) for 5BTC on: August 05, 2014, 11:15:11 AM
I've got 18740 coinpal.com stocks, they are currently worth 0.001 per stock. Selling all stocks for 5BTC as I don't want anything to do with cryptostocks anymore.
43  Economy / Speculation / Re: NEW ATH BY END OF JULY & $5000 PER BITCOIN BY END OF YEAR on: July 21, 2014, 10:02:51 AM
At this moment in time, the truth is that none of us no fucking  anything about what the price will be and when the price will hit said targets.

It's not going anywhere, and in my opinion it's only going to raise with a bit of time. I'm not basing this on past trends rather basing it on current news/happenings
44  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: July 21, 2014, 09:57:37 AM
0.0001024/share dividend payout today.  weird, wasn't expecting that

Bless Ryan G's heart.

Anyone have any new news on what's happening with all this?

http://coinpal.net

If you take a look at the site, you will realize there has been a lot of progress.

As you can see, the logo is now the one that belongs to CoinPal, in a lovely military green.

A substantial amount of volume is flowing through the system.

And the twitter feed, is now correct. Oh wait, no it isn't.

No, that logo belongs to me. I paid for it and specifically told him not to use any of the graphic work I had paid for unless I had my investment returned. Yet again another scummy move pulled by this Ryan G, I really look forward to the next month or so. Hopefully he learns a lesson then.
Oh, that sucks even worse.

I'm still waiting for you to get in contact with me Ryan! I have much to show you

Sorry mate, I've been day and night on another project. Send me a PM now, I'd like to see it.

47  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering Loans Up to 1btc Must have decent collateral, ie altcoins paypal ect on: June 30, 2014, 03:55:40 PM
I have spare money in my paypal, maybe 3BTC worth of $.

There is no way in hell I'm sending you the $ though, I'd take a 1BTC as a social experiment (obviously I'd prove to you I have the money - read the coinpal thread, I invested 50K rather stupidly in to that and it hasnt effected my business in anyway. I got in to Crypto early)

You then loan me, we agree on payback date and I'll pay 10% extra interest on top of what you were thinking of charging.

If you're not a scammer then you would easily accept this deal. Only other collateral I can think of is my watches, I have about a $70'000 watch collection, but of course I'm not going to send you a stranger a 15K watch along with legal documents.
48  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 30, 2014, 03:41:53 PM
He did it so he could get more coin on the 2nd round, he used the first round to buy personal miners. You can check Winterparkers post and follow that, he also I assume used the bitcoins to pay for and promote his fathers business illegally. Anyone who has suffered loss of business due to those fraud reviews can sue his father.

The most logic about Ryan G paying dividend to shareholders are that the 100.000 angel shares are sold to the previous investors. Americanbit and him were businesspartners before Coinpal.
RyanG had lost 50 btc in trading with investors money that wasnt aloud. The 50 btc were bought for 10k worth with the price of 115 usd when the price was rising at high RyangG lost it.
Americanbit then opened a thread asking advice if he should sued his best friend or not for having no contact anymore for couple weeks.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=326491.msg3502814#msg3502814

So later to now....the reason for this whole Coinpal securties was the cover up for the lost 50 btc. So they probably give their old investors 100k angel shares so that means they cant runaway from this project. They were a mining business with Americanbit so they had already some mining gears and probably bought more to get high yield of dividend.
For the exchange switching site, i think they never had any developers work on it, it was only a fresh idea to build one. I think RyanG really estimate the bitcoin community, he might tho delaying an exchange site didnt bother everyone much if they keep paying dividend. But witht the investors pushing him to come witha exchange on deadlines everything suddenly change it to an hell for him/them.
Plus Ryan Milligan started to calling them out as scam so everything went to nothing, thats why americanbit was soooo pissed on ryan milligan to fud this thread.

That make sense now if they listed on cryptostocks on 21 march and paid 22th march 2.5 btc on dividend. So either they used selling shares to pay dividend or they already had mining gears before rasing the IPO.

Anyway, he doesnt show up on this thread anymore because its already exposed, no audits, no developers. Every human that are accused wrongly will show up and defend themselve. For RyanG he knows he dont have any proof to backup his fake stories, good game ryang

EDIT: Riverboat, find their previous investors and we know for sure

So, just cause he lost 50BTC he thinks its okay to take 50 of mine? Cheeky cvnt  Roll Eyes

I am almost positive they used my investment to buy mining gear. Remember just after I invested he made an announcement saying they had knew gear and dividends could be up to 4 times the size. Where do you all think he got the money for that mining gear?

My back pocket probably. I told him I'd have the last laugh though, I still have 19'000 shares sitting in limbo. He bought them when I made that mistake with the decimal point I think. Obviously so I'd have less voting power, but now that he's exposed I hope he's thinking of a way to get every BTC I invested back to me (back to us all) because I dont care if it goes to 2k a coin, I invested 52.5BTC, I want 52.5BTC back. Minimum I would accept is 40BTC paid to me all at once, but its going to be a long process till I get that back now I think. Hopefully it resolves around BTC next peak and he's gotta come up with 3K a coin.

Karmas a real thing like I've been saying from page 10 or so!

Still here. Just nothing interesting to add yet that you all dont already know.
50  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 11, 2014, 06:55:52 PM
I offer you all the exact same offer as everyone else, 15% of recovered assests + expenses incurred. For this one I will not require a retainer fee as I know exactly where he lives, works, and have a way to leverage him to give up the assets if he does not comply with a nice request I will turn some legal screws I know will work on him.

P.S. They are not prosecuting Pirate40 SEC brings a civil suit
http://www.sec.gov/about/offices/oia/oia_enforce/overviewenfor.pdf

"Criminal enforcement of the federal securities laws is done through the U.S.
Department of Justice and the individual U.S. Attorney's offices throughout the country.
The Division provides assistance to United States Attorneys throughout the country by,
among other things, providing access to Commission investigative files and assigning
Commission staff to assist those offices as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys. A defendant
in a criminal securities fraud prosecution may be subject to both criminal fines and
prison. A criminal prosecution does not preclude the Commission from taking civil
action for the same conduct, and similarly, Commission action does not generally
preclude a subsequent criminal prosecution"

FBI old Bernie Madoff down they tend to do these types of prosecution, they have show little to no interest in pirate40 yet.

Brilliant piece of advice by you. I had previously done so, but it seemed to be ignored but get 50+ investors hassling them and they'll do something about it.

I have yet to see any PROOF that it is NOT legit!  Again, if you have some hard evidence of this then PLEASE post it up so that we can all be informed!!

Not until I know if it will effect me in any negative way. I will email my attorney.
56  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 05, 2014, 01:25:55 AM
If you think this is legit STILL then you deserve to be scammed.

My attorney + debt collection firm will be in touch with Ryan by Saturday. They found something interesting in his finances.

I wish I could be there to see the look on his face. Just to let you know Ryan (and I know which user you are in this thread) I'll call it off if I receive at least half what I'm due (10BTC) by Saturday morning, if not well then dont say I never gave you a chance.
57  Economy / Services / Re: EXCHANGE SOFTWARE - 100% AUTOMATED INCLUDING DEPOSIT DETECTION on: June 03, 2014, 10:52:48 PM
That shows us nothing though. I want to see HOW it works before I buy it, not afterward.

What don't you understand?

I'm happy to answer questions and show any details to anyone who's interested.

Is it just an app/software doing all the work? What price are you selling for?

Yes, this is software. I'm not sure what your question is. The whole process is automated by this software, including logging into a BofA account to check for cash deposits that have cleared.

The specific price will depend on any customizations required.

I'd be interested but situated in the UK, sorry.
58  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 03, 2014, 07:39:05 AM
I'm not, not doing anything about it. I have what I need to get him in court, I'm just giving him a chance to pay me back first.

He knows he has till this Sunday that I better receive at least 10BTC as part of my payment or legal action/karma are coming.  Roll Eyes
