I've seen so many good articles on Myriad lately and everything about the coin sounds great. So what keeps holding down the price? Mintpal manipulating whales?
lack of pump&dump potential due to fair, slow and wide distrbution. Just wait for it I plan to

Are you guys really that optimistic? I can see over $1000 again no problem, maybe 2 max but 5k is gonna take a while longer than half a year methinks

YOU GUYS DONT WAHT TO BELIEVE ME BUT BFL WILL FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY... LETS SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Customers in 24 countries have made 283 complaints to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) against Kansas-based mining equipment maker Butterfly Labs since 2012, as we reported earlier this week. Since detailed information about notable companies in the bitcoin economy is thin on the ground, CoinDesk wrangled the data on two dimensions – geography and order value – to see what it could tell us. http://www.coindesk.com/breaking-down-butterfly-labs-ftc-complaints-data/You should open this up as a bet on one of those Bitcoin prediction betting sites. I'd definitely put money down on them going down by the end of this year.

One theory is that Asian interest is back as Hong Kong might be a safe harbor of sorts.

I received one of those before, but only to an address that I reused numerous times. Since then I make an effort to create a fresh address for every transaction.

I actually browsed that thread with the possible intention of investing but the dev's attitude turned me right off so I stayed clear. Hope it works out for those of you who are invested.

The developers of the zerocoin protocol will be releasing their own cryptocurrency called "Zerocash" that will be using a new and improved version of the protocol. The devs just announced last week that it is still 3+ months away unfortunately.

...this is the end, my friend.... my only friend, the end

I think when Zerocash comes out it will be the new, undisputed heavyweight champion of the anonymous cryptos!

I was never a fan, but they did say that the native currency XRP was just meant to be like a "postage stamp". People speculated on it anyway, even though there were some truly massive whales (the company behind Ripple, Jed, etc.). Now the speculators are paying the price.

Next theory please

I believe they just went through a very thorough audit not too long ago. I think it is more a case of them being paranoid about following all the regulations.

Did Pirate ever end up going to jail? I know he was charged, just not sure if it is still ongoing.

Just a general question regarding DarkWallet, but I was wondering if it will always run off of a browser or if it will eventually be a standalone app?

Hey guys is there some sort of issue with exporting the private keys from a Multibit client? I thought I read that somewhere when the Maidsafe IPO was going on.
No. Export works perfectly. there was an issue with import of blockchain.info aes.json files because the blockchain.info file format and its old import code (which has been removed) is screwed up but it could only lead to loss if you deleted old backups or generally didn't care about making backups or at least verify that everything is ok and you have new backups before deleting old backups. Backup (export) itself is working perfectly. Good to know! Thanks for the info!
