And now there is 16 masternodes. To many, mines been up for 15 days but I'm about to take it down, will earn more per day just staking.

Masternode get half the block amount. Blocks are 40 grav. Nothing is wrong.
What is benefit of masternode? i did not see it. Masternodes get 50% of the network stake reward. On the graviton website, it says each masternode should average roughly 1500/Day. Why am i gettn half that? You're not understanding. Masternodes get 20 grav per block that is their reward. There are 15 masternodes right now. The same number of POS blocks are generated per day, but there is 33% more Masternodes right now then last week, so everyone is earning less. It's also an average thing, so you have to take your earnings over a few days and average them out. Sometimes you'll get rewarded for 10 out of 50 blocks, other times 1 out of 50. There comes a point where staking that 25k in your wallet will earn you more then a masternode due to the number of Masternodes. And that seems to be around 10 masternodes. |

I get to the point where I have two wallets running and a masternode setup in each one, one of them gets running but the other one wont start. It gives me error "Could not allocate vin for collateral address" I have sent 25k and have my wallet unlocked for staking. I even tried sending the 25k to my bittrex account then created a new wallet.dat and reset up the masternode. Sent the 25k back, tried to start and still no luck.
Dev maybe you can help???
I ready somewhere that you have to start the second instance of the wallet with a flag, like -conf = newdir or something to direct the wallet to open and use a different directory from the first wallet. I think it's in the Sling thread. |

Just login to your router/modem and set your PC to a static IP. I think IP's can change also when your lease expires, but most likely you'd get the same one back. Ocean Cloud is only $5 per month for a VPS. I have DHCP but have multiple devices on my network. I dont see how to create a static IP for just one device in my router config but I do have address reservation for each device which I assigned to the pc that will have the masternode. Will I have to setup port forwarding? I dont want to have to configure each device for manual IP. Address reservation = static ip on your router at least, so your PC will always have the same IP from your router. But you still maybe subject to your modem changing IP's if the lease renews (every 7 days I think). I could be wrong though on that. |

A little unsure why this coin hasn't skyrocketed when some Masternodes are making almost $20/day? Am I right about that?
I presumed it is because most people don't want or know how to set up a node and have no patience to hold when volume and price has dropped. I will keep staking and try to stake enough for another node. Fun times. I never worked it out but $20 a day just for keeping wallet open sounds good. Setting up a second node is doing my head, port forwarding ... Not for everyone You make around 2k grav per day on a MN. So it's between .8-.12. Like .08 is $20 |
