Are we forked again? Wallet is no longer syncing.

So glad we have finally accepted our fate and taken this coin over. I knew you all would become rational eventually johnny, please let me know what the status of a block explorer and a multipool are. I am willing to commit my own efforts to making both happen.

Wow people really need to read the darn thread before asking questions. There are so many people asking the same question and important ones get lost in everyone complaining stake about exchanges are down why are they not back up. Give the exchanges and developer time to actually make a fix and then implement a fix. To recap what I have read from the last time I was on here. The exchanges have been notified about it being fixed. Bitrexx stated they want the POW phase to be over before they open withdrawals. the current phase will last until block 8200 each block has 0 coin reward it is just to mature your coins. If you have not left you wallet open for a few hours dont even bother posting that you cant stake because of coin maturity and just give it some time. BTW developer my coins are staking weight of 15 says payment every 15 min. Now I have not received any payments but I do not expect any any time soon because 1% annual stake is very low. It would create 10 total coins if every coin was stake for a whole year. So everyone just relax and read the thread to stay updated.
My wallet has been open since yesterday. My SYNC balance is 0.1830. I have installed the new wallet and updated the conf file with the new nodes. The wallet is unlocked. I'm not complaining that I haven't received stake. I understand how that works, and that it takes time.. what my issue is the wallet doesn't believe my coins are mature, so no staking could even take place. getstakeinginfo shows this:  { "enabled" : true, "staking" : false, "errors" : "", "currentblocksize" : 1196, "currentblocktx" : 1, "pooledtx" : 1, "difficulty" : 0.00024414, "search-interval" : 1, "weight" : 0, "netstakeweight" : 153, "expectedtime" : -1 }

I'm having the same issues staking as well. Deleted, reinstalled new wallet, unlocked, still shows "no mature coins".

Guys, can we quit saying there is Zerocoin protocol running that is preventing address lookup? This is simply not accurate and could come and bite us later as a false claim, like it did for DRM and XLB. The block explorer is obfuscating the addresses, preventing the lookups, but the blockchain information is still in plain sight. Anyone can verify this using their wallet console.

Where is the promised Dream Pool?
The encrypted address was an extension of the zerocoin code. I just noted the reason why the address was hidden because I don't have trolls accusing me of hidden premine. The extension might be removed when I finally decided on which anonymity I want to implement in SYNC..
Is this correct? The addresses do not appeared to encrypted in the blockchain, only the block explorer.

Just got my SYNC payout from the multipool. Nice work!

The marketability of the name is hard to beat, reasonable coint count, a few passionate investors (I'm not), an insanely cool logo. If the community successfully takes over, I think it has a pretty bright future - even without exotic anonymity features - and I would have to buy back my dreams at twice what I sold for.
Totally agree. The community needs to formally take over, and make a new [ANN] to publicize it. Bring back the disenfranchised investors.

do we really need a HIRED coder ? will he leave again when he's not paid.... i think what we need is a coder who truly loves this coin and will contribute his talents and commitments to this coin in the long run... that will really help dreamcoin to come to an accomplishment. just like what tomi did the promotional video...
hired , bounty, so what.... i see only employment.
EXACTLY! We don't want a hired coder. We want a dev that believes in the the coin and wants it to succeed years down the line, not just in it for a payday. Otherwise, all we'll have is another Carsen.
Did the multipool ever materialize? Or was that just another in a series of broken promises?
My suggestion to you guys would be to simply move a coin with strong fundamentals like Darkcoin. But to each their own.
I wish you all the best.
I think this speaks volumes if you know MyFarm's history.
I think realistically, this coin needs to be taken over by this great community here instead of relying on Carsen. The whales here (dadon, Viecoin, etc) need to take the reigns and assume leadership of the coin, as they have the most at stake. It's time we start discussing what the future of this coin should be, without looking back at Carsen or the so called chinese dev he purportedly hired. If we are to survive, we need to take action.

The dev came, said he's going to need more donations in 10 days, admitted he doesn't have the ability to complete zerocoin even though he sold that as an integral feature of DRM, and then threatened to leave us if we look into his personal life.
I don't see how his post helps us muster any more confidence in him than he has already wasted in the past few days. The rationalist will see in his comments many loopholes for a blameless exit.
Well I'm switching to the multipool and keeping my fingers crossed for a block explorer that confirms what the devs say they've done.
What aspect of what the dev's claim would you like to verify? Every wallet is inherently a block explorer. You can retrieve block info right in the console of the wallet.

I understand that having other priorities in life require time, but why is so little effort shown towards his own creation? I mean the dude is 21 years old. He works at an AT&T. He supposedly pawned off the dev work on a Chinese programmer, because either he didn't want to, or he couldn't do it. When I was 21 I was up 22 hours a day. I mean if you have a love for something and you want to see it succeed, you make it work don't you? I'd be doing everything in my power to make it succeed. Hell....especially if I wasn only 21.
I think you assume that he has a love for this coin because he "created" it. The issue here is creating these coins is quite easy. The only original work he has put into it is the logo, which I must admit is very nice, and the baseless promises he has been making to pump the price. A supposed 3.5BTC cashout for so little work is worth it to someone that makes $11.50/hr. As his history has shown with hashcoin, it's much less work and greater ROI to simply sign up for another account, ninja launch yet another coin with a nice logo (he's a graphic designer afterall), and take the profits ASAP. From a cold hard short term business perspective, it's a smart move. Growing a coin could take years of effort which may never pay off. PnD takes a few days of work and a guaranteed payout if you have an instamine or a premine.

So did Carsenk cash out? We know this for sure?
There should be no doubt about this. In my opinion he is not a dev to begin with, so even if he hasn't left, he has nothing to contribute other than false promises to pump the price. I base my opinion on this screenshot of a post on his Fb I took in case he deletes or edits it, which of course he has: http://imgur.com/5IuGXXA

it's going to be a guess, but I'd say a well-informed guess... this multi will be buying up all the cheap coins that the other multi's are dumping, so I'd say , yes you will earn more by mining on here than using X11 - for a time, until the price goes up again.
In that case, I may switch the rest of my rigs over.. mining SYNC directly has been pretty tough!
Are you stating this from personal experience or just a guess?
Just moved one of my scrypt rigs over to the official multipool. Let's get this price up!
