it means someone with that IP was banned before. it's very common if you use proxy or tor. might also happen if you have a shared IP.

May penalty pala pag banned IP nagamit mo.
48  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: November 03, 2015, 02:20:22 PM

And i use different servers depende kun saan mabilis magkonek.

49  Economy / Economics / Re: The $1 Million Dollar Bitcoin on: November 03, 2015, 02:00:34 PM
According to Gil Luria, Managing Director at the Los Angeles, Ca.-based investment bank Wedbush Securities, the first investment bank in the U.S. to accept Bitcoin as payment for fees. If Bitcoin lives up to its potential and becomes the working capital of international trade, instead of countries and companies sitting on yen, U.S. dollars, Swiss francs, they could just use Bitcoin for cross-border transactions. It would be far more efficient. If that were to happen, Bitcoin would be taking $10 trillion of foreign currency that sits in multinational companies. If that were the case, each Bitcoin could be worth $1 million. The probability of that happening would be very low but it is possible.

Is this game any better than Torn? If so i would give it a try. Torn accepts Bitcoin payments when you buy donator packs.
53  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin | FAQ! on: November 03, 2015, 07:08:03 AM
QUESTION 4: How would I hide BTC?

You can also use Bitcoin tumbling also referred to as Bitcoin mixing or Bitcoin laundering. Since the Bitcoin blockchain is a public ledger that records every transaction, mixing coins is used for anyone who doesn’t want anyone to know exactly where they send and store their BTC, or from where they receive it. There are services on this forum for this.
54  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many confirmations to be sure about a transaction? on: November 01, 2015, 06:15:49 AM
My local exchange coins.ph requires 3 confirmations when cashing out Bitcoin to fiat. So 3 confirmations is sufficient enough.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Proposes Jail Sentence for Bitcoin Activities on: November 01, 2015, 05:47:09 AM
MAN. Why does Russia have to do this? Bitcoin is great and it doesn't do any harm to Russia. As Russia is a big part of the world's economy it may be quite harmful for bitcoin if Russia does this.

Russia is Russia. Will this affect bitcoin and how? I think not, because bitcoin is going to be the future, i dont understand why Russia wants to fight against it, and when they will realize that is better to join and support it than to fight against it.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people REALLY use bitcoin on: November 01, 2015, 05:07:17 AM
Used Bitcoin to bet online, invest in cloudmining sites and bought gadgets converting my btc to fiat as very few merchants only accept cryptocurrency in my area at moment.
57  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is causing the spike in Bitcoin value October 2015? on: October 30, 2015, 01:55:17 PM
Chinese are buying in large quantities . Their officials ease out on strict rules on bitcoin.

more over india is also taking steps in bitcoin to regularise and change its positon. as per the current view in the month november mid the price of bitcoin will be 400+ usd.

Do you have any links or sources for that?

China is the main driver at this point, and I don't really expect that to change given the amount of money now in the Chinese economy. The European Union ruling of bitcoin as a currency is an added bonus.

http://cointelegraph.com/news/115435/china-unofficially-authorizes-bitcoin-price-turns-bullish  I just read these from another thread.

Guys meron ba ibang trusted exchange site aside from coins.ph?

Salamat sir. Inquire ko lang sa buybitcoin.ph if pwede magcash out thru DBP wla kasi sa coins.ph.
60  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: October 30, 2015, 06:47:28 AM
To be fair faucets are not that bad.. They advertise and attract newcomers to try out bitcoin, and from faucets they learn how micro transactions work.
