41  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How you trade in uncertain times? on: May 21, 2024, 05:43:12 PM
To be honest this is the time when traders make most profit as I personally try investing more time into trading because fluctuations allows us to increase the trade frequency and slightly increased the profit margin we set of trading grid wherein sideways market is the worst thing where we don't get much. It's simple during the uncertain market as there would be multiple fluctuations allowing us to increase the total trades. But it doesn't have to be same for everyone as I am sharing my strategy.
42  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $84k the Peak for Bitcoin? on: May 21, 2024, 05:24:16 PM
No mate, literally no one could predict the Bitcoin's price and we see all such speculation only when the market is upward and we don't see them often during market dip. Bitcoin may even cross $84k or even $100k or even drop below $60 k once again hence we cannot predict much about Bitcoin unless there is a strong factor threatening it's usage which usually results in temporary dump.
43  Economy / Economics / Re: Disregard false religious teachings and invest for the future. on: May 21, 2024, 04:10:21 PM
There are imposters pretending to be godman they come up with some shitty logic which they tryna make their followers do in order to be successful but it's just extortion by making them believe in whatever they say and one might have seen this with Islam in Pakistan, Christianity in African nations and Hindus in India. I would say their own lack of knowledge is leading them to believe in these imposters because they don't know much about their own religion and scriptures hence they blindly believe in whatever imposter states.

When it comes to investment it's always advised to diversify your investment and that's the basics of investing so nothing new you are mentioning here.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another Dog🐕 themed memecoin LAIKA looks set to dominate.. on: May 21, 2024, 02:59:12 PM
Here are few hard pills to swallow before we decide to invest into memecoins or any other shit coins. Don't be overwhelmed by the fancy shill marketing of the project as lower price doesn't mean higher returns and all memecoins don't succeed there are tons of failed memecoins but still new project will compare few successful projects. Better to invest into some service oriented or product oriented coins.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If this is doable what will you add or remove? on: May 21, 2024, 01:40:15 PM
I would get much into the technical stuff but look at the paid and expectations from a layman's point of view and hence if provided with an opportunity to be developer I would like to figure out a way to cap the transaction fees at a certain limit which would be capped at certain USD instead of being charged in Bitcoin, also I would try to improve the speed of transaction for Bitcoin transaction. Hence speed is something which I would like to add nd huge transactions fees are something which I want to remove.
46  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Reach 100k USD in 2025? on: May 20, 2024, 05:26:39 PM
Only the market trend will decide whether Bitcoin will hit $100k by the end of 2024 or 2025 because last time when Bitcoin breaches the previous all time high people were speculating that $100k is not far away then it dropped without making much progress post breaching previous ATH and now again it's inching closer to breach previous ATH and if things goes well coupled with much awaited bull run then it's pretty much possible but now one can say accurate when as it would be a mere speculation as it will surely hit hence doesn't matter when.
47  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC staying above $67,000, will it reach all time high? on: May 19, 2024, 11:59:35 AM
Stop redirecting us to such sites and let's discuss about the topic because it's a common emotion of achieving new ATH whenever the price of Bitcoin is nearer to previous ATH we all think that Bitcoin will achieve new ATH and if we look back at the price of Bitcoin it has been a gradual increase hence the possibilities of reaching new ATH is very much positively the moment but will take few weeks.
48  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people itself let their leaders to manipulate with them ? on: May 19, 2024, 11:28:28 AM
I would like to give example of India which is considered as world's largest democracy wherein the prime minister's hand is blood soaked as he has killed thousands of Muslims and openly gives speech against Muslims and always tries creating communal roit by saying the majority population Hindus are in danger in order to remain in power and people knows that he is not good for nation but still votes for Hindu in fear that if he loses then Hindus will be in dangers and that's how leaders manipulate people by creating sense of fear.
49  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As newbies we should know the significant risk in trading on: May 19, 2024, 11:17:15 AM
Trading itself is risky irrespective of whether you trade crypto or stocks or any asset that is volatile and it's price is based on the actual demand and supply so as newbies this is what they need to understand before anything. And newbies or experienced trader can't predict the price movements so it all depends on how they handle that situation which can bring profit or loss.

Trading using borrowed funds is sin and you will feel the hell by here itself when things go wrong.

Nailed it mate, that's what is the problem as people just put more than what they can afford to lose and they lose psychologically because they will always be worried that if the trade goes wrong they will lose it all hence ye first rule should be  don't invests more than what you would afford to lose and also they shouldn't jump into futures without practice and even if they are involved in future trading they shouldn't use more than 2x leverage.
50  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: How to HODL for long. on: May 19, 2024, 10:57:11 AM
To put it in simple terms we can keep apart a decided amount for DCA on Bitcoin, will make on lumpsum Investment during the dip and set a target for that lumpsum investment of atleast 2X profit and leave it, Also keep accumulating Bitcoin through the DCA but the most important thing is these amount should t be affecting your daily expenses else you will end up selling it off hence need to increase the income by having better paying job to ensure a right balance is maintained.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoins to invest right now on: May 19, 2024, 10:52:38 AM
Some of the altcoins that I see that can really give a nice profit are SOL, Bnb, and Xrp. And if I include the meme coins, Pepe, Shib, Floki, Aidoge, Bonk, Bone, and others are some of them. altcoins that I think really have the potential to earn in the future.

It just depends on what we really want and want to buy; actually, there are many more that have real potential, and only you can decide which one is your priority among them, as long as it is the one in the top listing on the market and not the one that is not included in the top listing on the market.
We make decisions that will become comfortable for our stays in the market. The top bull and bear runs ends with the current season and halving. The market will keep the trends up and running, that's the simplicity of the market. There are altcoins that we should caution about because they've huge influences in the space. Shiba Inu happens to be one of the interesting altcoin in the space that grabbed my attention and I made quite significant amount from them.

There are always Altcoin which could make you rich and others poor and vice versa, I had similar experience with Shibainu wherein my $3k were reduced to triple digit figures so I would say never hold your investments into memecoin for longer as they are better to ride with the tide. Rather more established altcoins like ETH, SOL and etc are not immune to dump and fluctuations but atleast they have ability to bounce back after dip to pre dip numbers which doesn't happen in memecoins.
52  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Illusion of Trading Success on: May 19, 2024, 10:43:10 AM
Currently there is a lot of trading content circulating on the internet, but we have to be able to see whether what they are talking about matches the results they get and it would be better for us to be able to have knowledge about trading first before looking at the content on the internet, because for them The content creators of course have their own goals, but they don't necessarily have trading knowledge and do it themselves. With the knowledge we have, we will certainly be able to reduce the likelihood that we will follow content that is useless and detrimental to ourselves.
Many people have tried to influence many people to understand and follow what they say in the content circulating. Those who lack experience in trading are targeted by some of these content creators. With the aim of trying to blackmail them by offering them to join their group by paying a certain nominal amount that they have to pay to the content creator.
This is of course quite a wrong move, I wouldn't say blackmail is the right way to go, it doesn't really feel like that, but at the end of the day we are talking about something that will not be all too simple, and people who are not careful will end up with a lot of trouble.

Newbies who do not know what they are doing will end up with a wrong move, and they should consider what they are doing as a wrong move as well, it is not that simple and unfortunately too many people find that to be a simple way to make money and they are convinced that these people could end up teaching them how to make money and get rich. These people basically getting fooled to believe what can't be done is actually possible usually ends up losing all their money.

Newbies goes through all those disappointments because they jump into trading without any basic knowledge or practicing via demi account and the biggest mistake they do is listening to some crypto experts who shares anything and everything for more views as a result newbies instead of understanding the trading concept they follow signals by joining premium channels. Only we ourself can help us by doing proper research and understanding the candles and patterns. I would say practicing at demo account is must.
53  Local / India / Re: How whales convert their crypto to INR! on: May 19, 2024, 10:26:08 AM
Hawala system, obviously illegal in India under PML Act but it runs well and speculations galore, it is commonly used by drug mafias, underworld bosses to run their money.

Whether they use bitcoin, possible but they dont likely use the exchanges that we use. OTC traders exist in different difficult to reach sections of the internet and they are helping such users.

Most of them have hired CAs that are well versed with all these "cat and mouse" chase methods.

Hawala system is still active in India and most friendly country for doing hawala is UAE and UK. But, I doubt a whale will be interested in using this system. As you said they have CAs to take care of the tax I still doubt they will be interested in fiat. Unless they are using the crypto market to convert black to white.

I think Hwala system is the only way of converting crypto into INR but lately there has been so many crackdowns and we are made to believe it's really difficult to do hawala but I feel it's to deceive us and I have heard from people who were once involved in this activity that the raids are pre-planned just like custom catching gold smuggling as we never heard about those who are caught in these activities after few months because they are silently released. Hawala is still very much active and also there are other ways like setting up dubious service based organisation and getting paid for service which never took place. Here the whales will be both client and service provider.
54  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is "Sell in May" really a good idea (in the case of Bitcoin)? on: May 19, 2024, 10:03:38 AM
This may stand true for time being but not everytime just like I believed in a myth that December being worst month for Bitcoin just by checking historic date but this year t turned out to be false and similarly I think we may see the month of "MAY" may not be sell in may month any longer as we cannot narrowed it down on one analysis or historic data as there are just too many factors deciding the market trend.
55  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Has Trading Competitions competitions led you to challenge your skills? on: May 19, 2024, 09:30:35 AM
Good that it has worked out for you because some of us get carried away due to the competitive nature and they forget the basics and just wants to win trade and make more profit as a result they end up making wrongoves which may not hurt their portfolio during copy trading or demo but in real we need to have control our our urges to make profit and stick to basics principles.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: How to improve your condition? on: May 19, 2024, 09:08:26 AM
Mate, this is the reality of so many underdeveloped nations wherein rich philosophers may say it's not your fault if you are born poor but it's your fault if you die poor, but there are people who are out into bonded labour right from they time they are kids and they struggle their entire life within that circle. I think it's easy to talk shit like that without knowing ground reality and though I am working at a big e-commerce and having a decent income but still I see lot of underprivileged people who are doing more hardwork than me but earns leff than 90% than my paycheck. I would rather say if one person gets an opportunity to turn his life as rich after being born as poor they should rather take step to work for betterment of other underprivileged people to help them get out of poverty.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are new altcoins being too risky? Current market trend on: May 19, 2024, 08:43:36 AM
Quote from: Sophokles
It depends on which altcoin you are talking about. If you are talking about any meme project then it will always have risks. The altcoin market is very big and it has more than 10,000 tokens listed on popular price aggregator platforms. It is not possible to know about all the projects, so new altcoins are being made every day, and very few get community attention. It will be safe to stay with the most popular and those new projects that created hype in the market. Even pepe like meme project got listed in top exchange after the hype.
Memecoins project has a high risk, which many people are aware but you need to apply wisdom before you can gain to recover your money back from the memecoins project, because they can disappear at anytime without a single notice for their customers.

But if you belong to top altcoins, there are risk too but there is a hope that you are going to earn big money from the altcoin investment, if you can hodl the top altcoins for a long period of years before you can trade to accumulate profits because they use to pump along side with BTC.

Many customers has made a big profit from ETH and PEPE few months ago, which they are still planning to increase their money to buy ETH and PEPE and hodl till another bull run will occur before they can sell to earn profits again.

Agreed with your classification of Altcoins which has risk and high risk but pepe at the end of the day is still a memecoin and that's what makes me think we can never think of investing into Altcoin, I have seen people losing it all at a blink of an eye. I think we have a fair point that we need to think twice investing into memecoin and other risky coins.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to transition career into the Bitcoin industry on: May 19, 2024, 07:56:35 AM

59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto scam cause to lost $71 million, an unbelievable trick surprise the world on: May 19, 2024, 07:46:46 AM
It is high time we need to ensure that we take our privacy very serious.  The rate at which investors are losing money in the market is just so confusing making some new investors to keep asking questions about their own safety in the market.
We just need to keep holding and making sure we keep our tokesn from people that have the potential to steal from us.
I am still very much prepared for what is to come than what is available currently.

Yeah it saddens ne everytime to see how investors are losing it out to scams and the worst part about this is the fact that there are various methods used to scam people and this will come to conclusion that people will be too scared to invest and stick to traditional methods. Atleast when it comes to crypto they should keep everything private and be right lipped to avoid unnecessary traps.
60  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Autotrading system on: May 18, 2024, 09:33:09 PM
As others have shared basic about Automated trading, I would like to inform you that don't be in misconception that this will make you rich overnight or guarantees profit because it works either on some precoded logic or you have to create one for them to buy and sell which may or may not succeed. There are lot of videos in YouTube about it hence try exploring the ways to set logic.
