Why are you selling this domain and why did you buy it? Whats the purpose for it? Did you just buy it to flip it?

I't BTC related so I'm selling to the best offer.

GHS are going up, back to 0.14 and then? diff went to 267M so price should go down, shared mining price around the world will soon be 0,1 BTC/GHS

Contact someone @ phishing@commercebank.com.

Ask them about how to report (what you suspect is fraud) at commerce bank.

1) Tell them you paid for an item 1 (or more) months ago and you have not received the item you paid for.

2) Tell them you paid with a wire transfer (for those who paid with a wire transfer only) and that BFL has not sent you the miner you paid for within a [very] reasonable period of time.

3) Add notes about your transaction ID, dates, amounts sent, purpose for contacting them about your wire transfer. Let them know you have already contacted BFL and they have refused offering a refund for their poor business practice.

4) Let them know about the PayPal merchant account situation and that it was one of the Payment Processors that shut them down for ....well I don't know the official reason...

5) Let them know of the sheer number of complaints at the Kansas AG (Attorney General), the Local Police Department and District Attorney has on file.

Report back and let the community know if they give you an email or phone number which is not listed.

thank you so much, I forgot about calling BFL bank..Contacted today! Will let you know soon

They replied my mail today. They basically avoid to be involved and declare they have nothing to do with BFL business. Not so cooperative as I hoped.
They cannot help me get refunds from BFL and can take no action for me.

Very impressed with the service. It does, however, seem like someone has the market cornered and is using that power to their advantage. Tread carefully and be sure to have an exit price plotted. Also, keep your eyes on the diff increase.

TL/DR: Be smart. Carelessness leads to coinlessness.

Disclosure: I have shares at cex.io

so true
we need to plan a security exit, it's easy to invest 10-20 BTC on this and mine cheerfully, but price is going to fall every day a bit more.
The guy who suggested Cex.Io warned me about this. Said to be ready to sell back.

0.25 BTC/GHS is still cheap, I have over 50 GHS and I am planning to buy more

with diff increase, it should reach at least 0.3 then fall a bit
But it's still risky Wink
51  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX.IO on: October 02, 2013, 08:46:17 AM
It's a really cool site and I like the ghash.io pool.  Remember its a game of hot potato, as the value of GH will drop to .16 around the next difficulty adjustment.  Buy and hold also works, just be careful to calculate your exit point.

very hot
52  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: cex.io vs https://picostocks.com/stocks/view/19 on: October 02, 2013, 08:42:31 AM
cex.io is selling 1GH/s for 0.243BTC
picostocks.com is selling 0.2GH/s (soon to become 0.4GH/s) for 0.127BTC

cex.io looks cheaper right now. any specific reasons?
Leverage and scalability imho

seems ok
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PPC] PPCoin Released! - First Long-Term Energy-Efficient Crypto-Currency on: September 30, 2013, 08:16:36 PM
(16:53:34) anon: My theory is that when 1st gen ASIC becomes unprofitable for BTC mining, PPC will be traded up past BTC to a level where hash rate drops for BTC and increases for PPC making 1st gen profitable far longer than calculated by most.

nice shot  Cool

54  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX.IO on: September 30, 2013, 07:33:08 AM
why would u buy 1 GH for 0.22 BTC there ? its very expensive
compared to what? assume total cost less than 5BTC

GHS Value is rising accordingly, you can sell later..I could sell now (but I'm not crazy) and have +1BTC of interest
55  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX.IO on: September 28, 2013, 10:28:55 AM
Here seems you can buy hashpacks.
any feedback? I see a post in russian, but I can't read..will try translator

I'm using it.... works as advertised except Gox fucked up a trx and I'm waiting for btc to come through to buy more hash power.  Considering that its cheaper than buying block erupters but u get 3x the hash power its by far a better deal than  bit fury and any basicminer products like the blade or block erupter.  If you have coin you could buy hash power for a few weeks then sell it back...it makes a method for you to earn interest on btc...but I say keep an eye on it I could see great losses if I try to sell it for too low.

just bought 2GH to test
they activated worker in less than 5 mins
right now the best and only hashpack service (-3 days for Cloudhash, mostly scam for Hashrack)

First contacted pkarc on 4th July 2013 requesting a refund via private message.  He has been online since then, yet no response and no refund.  Tweeted @hashrackpool requesting the email address as the contact form on the site is gone, got a response within 24 hours.  Emailed the address 2 weeks ago with full details, no response.  Have tweeted and emailed several times since with no response (and he's definitely been online since).

I hate to use the word, but it looks like pkarc is a scammer.

BFL delay is such a common excuse...seems they bought some DrillBit boards (~22GH/s)
58  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 26, 2013, 06:45:25 AM
any idea if I can force BFL into refunding my Bitcoin purchased orders?  Bitcoin is money, and they should also be refunding the Bitcoin amount in my opinion.  Anyone got any good advice on how to proceed?  I want this company out of my life.  If I have to I'll sue them, but any other tips would be appreciated.

The only possible means by which you could do so would be as a result of a successful legal action. And, the refund would be in US legal tender. You would not experience a XBT USD exchange rate benefit as a result

You will want to contact the Johnson County District Attorney in Johnson County Kansas. They are handling the case
Lot of complaints. Please fill the form on da.jocogov.org
Better than nothing, they've been investigating BFL bad policy since the beginning.
