http://qora.co.in/?q=QQbH9EeEXfR2hoDvFHU1xT8VUiAs2FcYvo

But dont see in a wallet. But I will wait until my wallet full synchronize. Right?

You have received them on Block 118618, 196 blocks behind at the moment.
While you are in status Syncing you are getting blocks, if you click on File / Debug and then click on Blocks tab you will see in which block you are now, once you reach the block 118618 the 10 Qora coins will be displayed next to the address QQbH9EeEXfR2hoDvFHU1xT8VUiAs2FcYvo as confirmed.

Hello,
I would like to about Qora universal wallet.

Can I ask how it use? maybe need keep it open?

I made request on faucet and get 10 free Qore in my wallet. But its not get confirmations. Now I open wallet again, and dont see that 10 coins on none  balances.

Even my transactions column is empty.

??

If you are using the universal wallet within Windows you will need to double click the run.bat file that it's on the Qora folder, then the application will launched.
You have to be fully synced and the status on the bottom of your wallet to became Oke with a green light next to it.

If the coins you received from the faucet has been confirmed you will see them in your wallet.
Check the block explorer : http://qora.co.in/ to view the existing funds of your address that you have received the coins.
Also, please note that you must have the wallet that contains the address who had request the coins from the faucet.
Make sure your have stored somewhere safe and secure the seed of your wallet, you can always access to your wallet and your funds by using this seed (recover from seed).

PS : if you are using Linux please see this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPx-Pkihnl4 , if you are using MAC please see this https://youtu.be/iok9kTFIkPI?t=3m on how to run the Universal wallet to these.

great work on the decentralized net!

I have just followed favdesu successfully. You can understand it as because the follow button changed to Unfollow.

You might not be fully synced, in order to retrieve the latest activities of the social network (posts, shares, likes, profiles etc) you need to be fully synced, the wallet will say Oke and then unlocked it and confirm the API call (pop up window) to follow.

46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Automated Transactions on: July 25, 2015, 06:39:31 PM
Got a problem with Arbitrary Transactions though. I can perfom every other action except blog posts, it just won't get in the block

http://127.0.0.1:9085/transactions/network
You will see your unconfirmed transaction in there, it seems like a fee issue but from the URL I written you will review the entire "data", in case is big enough and the fee is 1 then this is the problem.
In the new version there will be an auto fee calculator that will definitely help to avoid this situation.

We will try to make some video tutorials to guide you through the Qora web and the features that will be introduced with the forthcoming release.
Here is a short introduction video of the search engine and the blog.

48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Automated Transactions on: June 13, 2015, 05:18:51 PM
@Vrontis: It looks great. I can't await to test it. When is it planned to be released?

Release date has not been established yet but I can say it will be released within the month.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Automated Transactions on: June 13, 2015, 04:49:39 PM
On the testing version we are working on, we have managed to build a functional search engine mechanism that will return results based on the search terms and it's included on the website's value.

Search results are based on the below HTML tags :

Code:
<title>Your website's title</title>

This one returns the title of the website and it's the first element of the result placed on top (clickable).

The second element is the url of the website (based on the name) and a label rawdata that directs to the name's list of keys.

Code:
<meta name="description" content="Your website's description">

This returns the description of the website which is the last element placed on the results.

By specifying the above HTML tags into your website's code, your website has a better presentation on the results area.

We have also worked on the design of the web server and we have made it looks like this

Main page

Search results

And the blogging service has also been enhanced to support embedded content.

Blog

Also, we have finished the security of the wallet for all the API calls that might damage users while they are having their API server enabled with the GUI.

Please note that this is still work-in-progress and there might be changes till the official release of v0.22.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | 100% POS | Assets | Names | Voting | Automated Transactions on: June 10, 2015, 10:19:25 PM
We have came up with a new idea that we have implement into a testing version and it's actually a big upgrade to the naming service.
Naming service is now a key:value feature that has the ability to store data under a registered name. The change is that naming service will now be JSON Array, boosting this way the feature. On the value field you will have now to enter data structured as key:value entries. Also, the entered value on the name will be compressed by default from now and on.
To be more specific and give you an example of this feature, think about it as "fields" like the below.

As you see, you will be able to place several informations into a single name.In the above example we have added informations just like the way we set up a profile into a network. Those data can be retrieved afterwards from the web and get manipulated the way that you want it to.

Another important thing that we are working on is the security of the wallet while surfing the Qora web.
As you know, there's a warning displayed on top if you are using the web with your wallet unlock but as you understand, a warning is definitely not enough. So we have worked on a confirmation window within the wallet that will prompt you to approve the API call made to the wallet through RCP.

So, without permission by the user there will not be allowed any API calls. Please note that this will be applied only if the GUI is enabled. For services that runs the RCP server and their logic is build upon API calls, this extra security layer will not be enabled in order not to disturb their mechanism.

In the latest release there's a compiled version of the native library for ARM architecture which means that the Qora wallet from now and on can be used on ARM based machines.
So,we have released a beta ARM wallet as well within the v.0.21 release. If someone can test this wallet on an ARM machine we would love to have your feedback.

Thanks for testing, unfortunately ARM library seems not properly compiled.
Yes, you are the first person that tried it out on an ARM machine with no luck as it seems.
We will try to deliver a working ARM wallet as soon as possible.

Many thanks again and sorry for the inconvenience!

There's has been made quite a lot of work the last days as we preparing the next release.

A great addition that will be included in the next release is the ability to search within the name values for specific words.
This is optimizes a lot the decentralized web of Qora by giving a lot of power to the users to browse the web.

In the below example there was made a search for the word HTML and the search engine returned web sites that contains this exact word on their value.

Also we included the ability to pre define search keys like balance, blocks etc.For example a search with the key block:{height} will return block details.

A search with the pre defined key balance:{address} will return the confirmed balance of the given address.

We are actually working to integrate a fully operational block explorer into the wallet.

Another thing you should expect on the coming release is the system tray icon with pop up notifications.

And a notice to developers, we have reworked the API documentation of Qora hoping that it will became pretty helpful for you to discover Qora.

new version out?

Yes, latest release is v0.21.1 and you can find it here : https://github.com/Qoracoin/Qora/releases/tag/0.21.1

As you see, there's a Settings tab that helps to easily configure Qora

Also, encrypted messages are now supported (AES algorithm with a 256 bit key).

If you may notice, on the latest release there's a Warning on the web server that is displayed only if you are surfing the Qora web with your wallet unlocked.

This notification does not protects you, it only warns you that your wallet is unlocked. So, by surfing Qora web with your wallet unlocked and RCP enabled there's a possibility that you will visit a website that contains a malicious script which will get your wallet's seed and steal your funds.
Scripts that will interact with the wallet and will be executed from Qora web is actually needed as because there might be a user who would like to add a "Donate" button to his personal website for example. This will immediately trigger a payment which means that the whole process has been simplified and this is pretty useful.
What we though for that case is to implement in the future a confirmation dialogue that will ask for your permission to proceed with the request made from the web server.Any recommendations about this will be highly appreciated.

Another great additions made in the latest release regarding the web server is the ability to compress the Value on the name which increases the size of the web site that you are going to host under your registered name.Just click Compress!
Also, the Injection Tag which is used to insert value from another name to the name that you prefer, thus the size of your web site will have no limit.

There's a great tool created by agran that will help you simplify the process for generating your own web site and you can find it here : http://qora.co.in/qora.web.php

There's also a What You See Is What You Get HTML Editor available to help you easily create your HTML code and it's here : http://ckeditor.qora.co.in/

Below you will find a list with a few web sites that has been deployed recently :

It looks like the database has been corrupted. The last time the .exe was running does it closed properly (File/Quit) of it has been forced to close?
Also, can you please navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Qora and delete the data folder?
In case you have changed the location of data folder go where it is stored and delete it.
Then try to launch the app as normally. If it is launched successfully it will make a sync from scratch.

In case you do not want to sync from scratch, you can download the latest data folder from here http://qora.co.in/?datafolder and replace the existing data folder on your machine while the wallet is not running.

Playing around with javascript and html5, looks to be pretty solid

Is there a step-by-step guide how to make it?

Use this http://127.0.0.1:9083/ckeditor ( http://ckeditor.qora.co.in/ ) to generate the HTML code that you like and then use this http://qora.co.in/qora.web.php to generate the needed transactions.Send each POST transaction through the Console.

Script for large pages. Smashes to pieces.

If anyone wonders what is this and how it can be useful, check this out http://aliceinwonderland.qora.co.in
Is a multiple transactions generator that breaks large size content to multiple transactions with the maximum allowed size per transaction and gives you the needed commands to store it (via console). Then you only have to insert that content to your main website by using <inj>{name}</inj>.
