I doubt he would risk giving out his full identity to go off with a scam after what he was already implied in years ago.
I believe this project is well alive and well see in the next few weeks how it improves since new implantations are supposed to be made according tot he roadmap.
If this turn in a 100% sure Scam I would be the first to report him to local authorities but as I said he has shown good development since the start, ( too fast in my opinion that's why we have this slow period right now he could have delayed a few of them to keep the interest up but he is the kind of guy to deliver as soon as he can)

Right now there are ton of bids just under the ico price, quite likely people who are already holding looking to pick up more for an easy 2 - 3 x on Bittrex. You have now claimed a couple times that Bob has "unloaded" when that is completely opposite his MO. You are being blinded - seeing every moving shadow as Bob.
