I am sure one of these days there will be a winner who is out of states and will win a big amount only to realize he can't cash out his winnings.

so it only means only users from US can bet on that? so what is the use of bitcoin as betting option then?

Most of the lotteries here in the US do require you to be legal residents. Ofcourse there are options for out of state people. Not sure about the one accepting bitcoin though.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino that does/doesn't admit they've been hacked? on: January 13, 2016, 03:16:38 AM
So, I once heard from a friend a quote.

"All banks have either been hacked and they about l admit it, or they've been hacked, but they haven't admitted it."

So I'm wondering if this is the same case with gambling sites, and would you trust one that has admitted they've been hacked, or one that keeps it quiet?

If you have money in the right casinos(assuming you are talking about investment based ones) , then most of them offer an address where most of the coins are stored to prove solvency. If they get hacked it would become evident.

As for the trust, its a personal choice, I don't trust either as a casinos can simply claim to be hacked and leave out users with nothing, on the other hand they could be running insolvent(maybe after a hack) which again would mean users will not receive their money that they invested.

The risk of being scammed incase of a big prize pool is too high. I haven't played much lottery, how is buying tickets in groups better than buying them individually ?

it could probably mean that there will be a chance to get a atleast a part of the pot incase someone in the group hit the jackpot unlike in buying it individually where you could only have a few chances

Wouldn't it work out to be the same probability then ? unless it offers more money than the number of tickets sold.

That was strange that break time  Roll Eyes.

Anyway, freeroll of betcointm are very rich, every day you can made something like 0.04-0.05 if you're a good player  Cool

I didn't realise you were "Campaign manager Betcoin.tm/Human Resources" when I was playing you in that cash game.

The other guy was complaining that you were playing as if you could see his hole cards and now I guess I know why he was suspicious. Smiley
I guess thats something you can never prove on any site. If a site turns to scam in such a manner, they could be doing it through any username and not always making it obvious.

47  Economy / Gambling / Re: From nothing to something in Jetwin on: January 12, 2016, 11:43:32 PM
Looking at the jetwin site, all i could find is 35 eur bonus (also no deposit one), where did you find 10$ one ?
Anyways, good luck with your bets , but if the rollover conditions are the same as they require for the above bonus, you're going to need much more luck to actually
    withdraw those funds.

I think its something that was there on their site before. Probably its a different bonus going on right now. I had got mine in the start of when Jetwin introduced casino .
48  Economy / Gambling / Re: From nothing to something in Jetwin on: January 12, 2016, 08:26:50 PM
I tried to rollover the bonus they gave me, about 20, and on roulette worth nothing.

Of course the wager is 0 on roulette, else you could just bet 50% on black and 50% on red and wager it forever like that (until it hits the green)...

I believe they allowed rollovers for bonus on roulette before. I did once got a bonus on there and withdrew it. But doesn't make sense for them to do so as the chances of people just using that is high. However instead of roulette you can do the same thing on sports like in tennis bet on opposite players so you will even out on anyone winning.
    49  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A physical Bitcoin casino on: January 12, 2016, 08:20:34 PM
I remember last year a post on reddit about a casino which started to accept bitcoin for gambling in vegas. So probably we already have one. Doesn't look like it would be much of a craze though.
    50  Economy / Gambling / Re: Are Betcoin.ag and Betcoin.tm gambling sites related? on: January 12, 2016, 08:17:18 PM
Its confusing due to the names. Probably betcointm came first due to the account name on here, but I don't remember seeing them anytime before . Maybe they restarted their website.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 09, 2016, 06:21:41 AM
There is no way to include Provably Fair system into Live Games. You need to have software based game for this system to work.
I would be impossible to apply Provably System based on server seeds and mathematical algorithms into analog game where you spin Physical Roulette wheel or deal cards.
Majority of the gambling happens physically and not software based. For roulette the way rigging works in a live environment is by tilting it or setting it up so the probability of the ball to land on a particular area is more. Even if you were playing on a tilted roulette wheel, there is no way to know which way it is and if it will ever affect your rolls, also with so many gamblers I doubt casinos would rig it to go to any direction as they are not against just one player betting in that area.
You can argue that it is possible to tell if a roulette ring is tilted based on the results, and assuming you are watching the spins as they happen and write down their location relative to the camera, but I would agree that there is little point to a casino rigging a wheel. There isn't much of a point in it, and I don't think that the live "actors" are going to be able to precisely get the ball to land on something.

That is correct. Also its not easy to tilt it again without people noticing. So just incase someone actually notices the tilt, then they can cause heavy damages to the casino by just betting in their own favor.

    53  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Gamestop $50 Certificates | 50% OFF!!! | $25 | Vouch and Escrow on: January 09, 2016, 05:02:43 AM
To add my experience with the cards, I got 3 cards with the denominations of 10/15/25 . I didn't read here about the Power rewards membership which was needed, so I went to the store with just a game stop account. Out of the 3, I was able to use one of them because the store employee didn't know how to process them and just did so as a promo. However on the second store I was told that I would need to have a power rewards membership.

Later I spoke to DigitalCrypto and he confirmed the same. However it will require me to go to the store and request a membership(doesn't seem that it can be done just online) which I believe is free.
I haven't gone to the store yet, but might do so later this week. I believe these should work just fine if you have a Power rewards membership. My only concern at this point is that if a coupon can work with any account on power rewards membership or does it only apply to one account( through which it was generated). I will probably try requesting a membership tomorrow and see if I am successful at it.

I also don't think there should be a problem as he has provided proof on pm of him using it. So if you already have a power rewards membership I am sure you can give this a try. Probably you can test it with a coupon of the 10$ denomination.
54  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 07, 2016, 08:24:11 PM
In live roulette dealers are reals, but the roullete is electronic.
You can watch on bets, and wait  for more same colors.
After this, you need to bet on reverse color.
and it will most definitely not help you to win money, the chance of the same color rolling once again will still be 50 per cent what means that you might end up loosing once again, i wouldnt risk in the way you said

Live Roulette is not supposed to be electronics. Its the physical setup of the roulette game and a physical ball which is rolled. If you are playing electronics roulette on live , then its obviously not live.

One thing I have seen is them using the layout board where the chips are shown to be electronic. That doesn't interfere with the live part of the ball and the setup.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 07, 2016, 08:16:53 PM
Yes its live. The way its probably fair is that sites like Cloudbet and all have this chat window. So each time someone joins, they welcome them by there username. So its obvious its live. And since its a continous shot, they can't be moving the ball to any other place.

Another theory is rigging the result through some magnet system, but in that you will have to  again consider the fact that it is not just a single person playing. So they could do some change so as to alter the result making them in net profits, however even in that you would easily catch a slight change of motion of the ball, and with black and red it is impossible to be so precise.

I doubt even auto bots can welcome you on live chats like those web cam scam chatrooms. They even respond to few of your commands ,but that's something else.Anyhow I will be keen on finding this out.

Autobots can't be live. Live means a live person in front of the camera and they talk to you . Autobots is not live. Not sure what you mean there.
56  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats your strategy on parlay? on: January 07, 2016, 08:13:13 PM
I usually just bet a smaller amount on 2-3 confident bets at odds ranging from 1.4-1.7 . Usually pays off. I don't think there is a good strategy, but mostly depends on how sure you are of the bet. I only tend to add games which I am more sure of.

59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Live Roulette on: January 07, 2016, 12:48:06 AM
but you can choose a trusted casino to play on. From casino point, players have 0 chance of cheating, unless they have a deal with someone from staff that is..

That doesn't matter much . One thing to note is that all the live casinos that you see on sites, aren't hosted by casinos themselves. They are live rooms which sell their service to these casinos for a fixed price. You will probably even see the same rooms on multiple sites.
The other thing to think about fairness is that since those live services are sold on a plan basis, they would not cheat/rig as they gain nothing themselves.

Which casino have a real live roulette wheel? I assumed it was all based on random numbers using house edge. Didn't think it was an actual live wheel.
Cloudbet / mbit casino and I think the one I have in my sig link also has a live casino. Live casinos would be the ones where you have actual people on the camera and will have proof to show its actually live(calling out usernames who join is an example) .
