I am looking for the most secure but also easy way to cold store my bitcoins.

Actually I don't want to use a custody as they would own my private key.

I currently use Electrum and I am very satisfied with the software.

I want to keep things simple but as unbreakable as possible.

Yes because for me air gapping an iPhone or Android is easier than a PC or MacBook, maybe you have tips for airgapping a device in an easily manner ?

This is exactly where I want to go.
- I guess it is possible to generate a seed through blue wallet or electrum even though these devices are not connected to the internet ?
- Can you confirm that if I lose both devices (the offline one and the online watch-only wallet) my heirs can retrieve my btc if I give them my seed phrase (and that they will be able to spend these btc) ?

In order to increase privacy/security, I expect to:

- Buy an old iPhone, download Blue Wallet app, setup the iphone on airplane mode forever
- Create a seed on the Blue Wallet app, store the seed in a safe place
- Create a watch only wallet on Electrum linked to the Master Public Key of the Blue Wallet seed.
- Send my btc through the watch only wallet

Is it optimum ?
Will I be able to send and receive btc thanks to the watch only wallet and my offline wallet (Blue Wallet) ?

I expect to download Electrum on my MacBook, create a password, save my private key in a secret place and send some sats on multiple receptions adresses on the wallet.

Should I then uninstall Electrum or keep the app on my MacBook ?

My two main concerns are:

- Someone steals my MacBook, connects to my Electrum wallet and discovers my password (by brute force or any other technique).
- I unfortunately download a virus on my MacBook which is able to steal my electrum wallet private key.

Am I a maniac guy or one or both above possibilities are plausible ?

I would like to write down my seed phrase but I am hesitating between writing it on a sheet with a pen or typing it on my notepad app on my computer and print it ?
Which one will last longer ?

I mean I received x times several bitcoins on the same electrum wallet and I had to create new adresses each time in order to receive the bitcoins (that's why I have several reception addresses for the same wallet).
But I guess with the seed I will recover the whole wallet.

I just realized that when I sent bitcoins to my electrum wallet, actually it was received on different reception addresses (on the same electrum wallet).
Could you confirm that with my seed phrase I will be able to recover ALL my bitcoins (and not some on specific reception addresses)
