Digital currency is a generic phrase like God. You must prove that digital currency actually exists. But of course, we know that this is impossible.

So are you saying that anything digital does not exist or are you saying that nothing digital can be used as a payment in transactions?
I have this beautiful picture I just made in Paint with my computer. I saved it in cloud service Dropbox. Does that picture I can see in my computer screen exist or is it only my imagination?
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 25, 2022, 09:41:01 AM

Ok. Now you're saying that people are not actually buying numbers. So, what things in the quantity of 10 did a guy that spent $440K to have number 10 in the Satoshi's system, actually bought?

They bought digital currency called Bitcoin. A digital money that exists only in the internet, in the Bitcoin blockchain which keeps tabs on who owns what of this digital money. They bought ownership of those Bitcoins included in the transaction.
So after the transaction is verified by the network, the change of ownership will be updated to the blockchain.

And again, it is not Satoshi's or anyone elses system. Satoshi Nakamoto wrote the whitepaper and started the coding work and then left the project and gave it to many other coders to complete. No one owns the network as it is decentralized and and ran by thousands of computers across the planet.

Just tell me if these digital things are too difficult for you to understand and we can go back to talk about "numbers" or even "lollipops" if that makes it easier for you to comprehend.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 25, 2022, 09:27:50 AM
Wait a minute. You people have been saying all along that bitcoin is not a number. And now you're saying: "people buy the numbers". Hahaha. You proved me right again. You people are twisting everything around like crazy. It's impossible to have rational discussion with you. Btw, it's irrational to buy numbers. Numbers are free to use. They are not copyrighted. The fact that you cannot counterfeit them is like fact that you can't conterfit the speed of light. The speed of light is what it is. The number next to your address is what it is. No coins, tokens, money, asset, or whatever exist in your possession because numbers, or the speed of light, cannot be counterfeited. Paying even a dime for a number is a nonsense.

Like I said,  maybe we need to talk to you like a kid.
And like I said, numbers have only value as Bitcoin if they are included in the Bitcoin blockchain in the first place. The system recognizes if some number you create belongs to the network or not.
You are sounding more and more bitter by every message. Do you still think that you can get anyone here to believe you when at the same time they can verify from the source code that you are lying?

If Snowshows brain is not big enough to understand more complex things than "numbers", then lets talk about numbers. Let's talk about this in a child's way.

Bitcoin network has limited amounts of numbers. The whole network exists only in internet as digital. Anybody can buy some of those numbers and if the purchase is made inside of the network, then the ownership of those numbers gets rewritten for that person. The buyer does not receive anything physical, just the change of ownership gets written in the digital book keeping list of who owns what of those numbers.

Kid claims that you can just make your own numbers and they would be as valuable as those numbers in the Bitcoin network. That is incorrect because those numbers he created are just random numbers. They are not inclueded in the Bitcoin book keeping called blockchain. Kid cannot put or send his fake numbers to the Bitcoin book because Bitcoin book does not accept any other numbers than the ones it was created with. You can't add new numbers into it as it has been coded to work with only the exact 21 million numbers which were in the system originally.

Can you touch the numbers? No. They exist only in the internet. They are listed there. It is a closed system with rules that everyone can verify. Anyone can buy part of those numbers if someone who owns them is willing to sell. But you can't counterfeit or copy the numbers because only the original numbers exists in the system and the system recognizes if you own any of those numbers or not.

If there are kids in this world who has similar brain than Snowshow, maybe this will help you understand how Bitcoin works.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 25, 2022, 09:02:12 AM

Stop with the nonsense. When someone says that they bought bitcoin they are not saying that they bought "the source code of Bitcoin" or "blockchain" or "network" of nodes. They're saying they bought coins, tokens, digital money, digital assets... in the quantity that is written next to their address. I have proved to you that this is factually incorrect. They bought nothing. Numbers are fake. I didn't say unverified. I said fake in a sense that no thing exists in the quantity that this number indicates. So stop with this rhetorical tricks. You cannot fool anyone here.

I have no need to fool anyone because what I tell you can be verified from the open source code of Bitcoin. Do you know how to read code?
No one has said people buy the source code or blockchain. People buy the numbers listed in the Bitcoin book called blackchain. Numbers that you can't copy or counterfeit.
The numbers are real and can be verified from the source code. You can't change that by crying. How does that make you feel?

Will you be more happy or bitter if Bitcoin is 50 x more valuable, used in 50 x amount of companies around the world and it has 50 x more users in 10-20 years?
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 25, 2022, 08:55:44 AM

You write a lot and say nothing. That what you've written is not how bitcoin works but how numbers are managed according to protocols. Bitcoin "works" only in fantasy.

This is how the Bitcoin works. You can verify it from the source code with your own eyes or you can keep claiming that it is not true. Everyone else can see from the code that you are incorrect.

Edit: Do you think all the supervisors of stock exchanges are wrong when they allowed Bitcoin ETF's to become traded on those stock exchanges? Do you really think they do not understand Bitcoin but you are the only one who sees that it is not "real"?
So are you claiming they are scammers or do you claim they are just stupid?

47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 25, 2022, 08:17:41 AM

Like I said. I talk about facts. So factually, there are thousands of companies around the world that participate in Satoshi's scheme and give their existing things for free just because the Satoshi's system will write fake numbers next to their addresses in the system. If, like you say, the companies think or say they are using Bitcoin, that's factually incorrect given not s single person on Earth has ever saw Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a non-existent thing.

1. It is not Satoshi's system. He started it and then gave it away for other coders to keep developing the source code of Bitcoin monetary network. No one owns Bitcoin as it is decentralized. Running on thousands of computers around the world. I get it that you don't understand this and still want to lie about this, because your lie suits your agenda.

2. The numbers in Bitcoin network are not fake like you claim. They are proven and verified. Even you can see the Bitcoin source code and the rules of how it operats. You just don't want to verify it because you are so bitter about people making money with Bitcoin and you are not making any money.

3. No one has ever saw Bitcoin? Dude. You sound like 4 years old kid saying that if you can't touch it, it is not real. You CAN see the source code of Bitcoin. You can see the lines of code. You can see the blockchain where every transaction is saved. You can see the monetary network operating just as it's source code means it to operate every single time you send or receive a transaction.

If you can't see, you are either blind or just bitter and toxic. Again, don't do this to yourself. Things will only get more harsh for your mental health when Bitcoin value and adoption grows.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 24, 2022, 11:39:47 AM
I don't know what companies are thinking or saying. I never waste my time on something like that. I just observe reality and talk about facts. That's why I am also silent on your fantasies.

Don't you know that thousands of companies around the world already accepts Bitcoin as a payment? The company I work for included.
Don't you know that there are already several Bitcoin ETF's in many different stock exchanges around the world? And local financial regulators have approved those all?

Don't do this for your mental health. Don't lie to yourself that something you see in the news so much does not exist at all. You might end up hurting yourself or the others one day when you can't take it anymore.
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 24, 2022, 11:27:50 AM
Snowshow.

Don't go silent on your mental health. It must be devastating for you to see how Bitcoin adoption grows, countries adopt it, big banks start using it, companies invest in it and accept it as a payment.
Don't do this to yourself. It gets harder and harder for you to live happily if you keep lying to yourself. Don't do it.

How do you think in your mind that it is possible that companies accept Bitcoin as a payment but you say that Bitcoin does not exist. Are you saying all the companies, stock exchange ETFs, governments wanting to regulate Bitcoin etc... that they all lie?
And only you know the truth?

You must be devastated with every news about Bitcoin adoption and usage growing.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 24, 2022, 09:47:47 AM
Snowshow.
How do you think it will affect your mental health when every day people are using this digital currency which you claim does not exist, more and more? To see how it's value is growing and more companies and banks adopt it to their system?

How do you see yourself handling these news next year? How about in 10 years?

Again, I'm not trying to insult you. I'm trying to show you that where all this is going is not a nice place for your mental health if you keep fighting the reality by lying to yourself that Bitcoin does not exist.

Idea: Would you believe that Bitcoin is real and it has value, if you buy little bit of Bitcoin with your fiat money and then you buy some products with that Bitcoin? Or would you still claim that even when store accepted it as a currency, it still does not exist?
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 24, 2022, 08:27:20 AM

Bitcoin on the other hand doesn't exist. Something that doesn't exist cannot be money. It cannot be a digital product, or coin, token, commodity, whatever.

Ok. So you don't understand what digital means. You are feeling agry that people are using digital money like Bitcoin as a currency, savings account and investment and you want to use your energy to fight that reality that digital stuff exists. That even when everything digital is in the end lines of code, they can still have value to people.
You sound like Donald Trump supporter claiming still that elections were stolen. Even when literally a country has Bitcoin as their official currency. Cheesy

You must be fun at parties. Telling people how trillion dollar market cap currency is a scam, 100 million users are wrong and the CEO's of the worlds biggest companies and banks do not understand what you understand. Cheesy

I can already see you going crazy with more and more about Bitcoin in news. "It's not real, it's not real, it's not real..."
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EU proof of work ban (Bitcoin) on: March 23, 2022, 05:47:34 PM
I believe that this news and rumors about PoW mining ban was just another speculation in an attempt to lower the price, it was another FUD that the crypto industry is so fond of spreading. After so many introductions, industry developments, cryptomats, regulatory developments, and taxation, it would be extremely stupid and unprofitable to ban bitcoin as the most important PoW asset. Banning bitcoin means banning the entire crypto industry in a given region, because the rest of the market is closely correlated with bitcoin, and such drastic measures would severely damage the crypto industry as a whole. All these rumors and speculations about bitcoin mining have already badly damaged the crypto market.

It wasn't rumors, it was a real vote they had. And they are going to try it again unless people are ready to defend the right for innovations that uses electricity.
53  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EU proof of work ban (Bitcoin) on: March 23, 2022, 05:34:37 PM
EU should focus on making electricity creation more green and not on banning new innotavations which uses electricity. We have edless energy available in this world so the important thing is how do we produce it to electricity. Not if we are going to use energy for future innovations or not. We already know 100% sure that energy consumption is only growing around the world so all the focus please to providing green energy. Ban the coal etc if you need to ban something. But don't even think about trying to ban innovation because that does not simply work.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 23, 2022, 02:05:32 PM
I am not interested in your philosophy about Satoshi's numbers. You said these numbers are redeemable. Now, back up your claim. Who has the written liability to redeem that numbers and what's the maturity?

The guy who claims something people use for payment everyday does not exist at all, is not interested in "philosophy". Cheesy

Are you for real? Have you been laughed so hard that only place to talk shit left for you is this forum?

Every bitcoin exists in the blockchain. You cannot take it out as paper money from there. You can only transfer the ownership of those digital coins to some other people. So there is no need to destroy anything.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 23, 2022, 01:55:35 PM
Bitcoin blockchain is the same as banks vault or database. When you want to spend your Bitcoins, the system check from the database/vault/blockchain if you own enough for that transaction and as you do, you are able to make the transaction. Same thing when you transfer euros in digital form from your bank account to my bank account, transaction just gets written in the database. Nothing else needs to move. Just database gets written. Same thing happens with Bitcoin. New amounts of yours and mine just gets written into the blockchain.

The euros and dollars are not tied to gold anymore so there is nothing valuable what the bank owns you. Only digital bits or some paper representing those same digital bits but in paper. That paper and digital bits are worthless. UNLESS they are written in some database / blockchain which people DO appreciate as a currency.

So, it does not matter if it is digital euros, paper money or bitcoin. It has a value if we the people value it as a currency. If we don't value it as a currency, then it is worthless.

You do not value bitcoin so it is worthless to you. Hundred million people, companies, stock exchanges and ETFs etc do value bitcoin as a currency. And you can't make us decide otherway even if you tried for 100 years. Because in our more educated opinion than yours, the Bitcoin is better currency than euros or dollars. You saying you don't believe it does not matter to anyone.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 23, 2022, 01:47:08 PM
So the numbers on your bank account that refers to banks database IS money for you but Bitcoins on my wallet that refers to Bitcoin database called blockchain somehow ARE NOT money?
Seems unlogical. Have you tried telling anyone face to face about this big revelation of yours that hundred million people, stock exchanges, banks, financial officers, whole governments etc are all wrong and only you realize that? How did anyone respond to your claims?
Numbers on bank accounts are the liability of the banking system, that is, a redeemable record. They are redeemed literally every day for labor, products and services of the borrowers at every loan repayment. Watch the video linked in the OP. Numbers in Satoshi's system are no one's liability. No institution or organization has a liability to redeem that numbers for something. Neither today, not tomorrow. Never.

So are Bitcoins too.

He will never do that. I can't understand why is he so obsessed to convince all of us that we are wrong and that we are giving away our fiat money for nothing.

I have met many people like him. They just can't live with it that some people took risk by buying Bitcoin when it was super early and made millions. They are so jealous about that and feel that it is so unfair. This envy and grudge blinds now everything they see about Bitcoin and only chance for them for "not to be mistaken about Bitcoin" left anymore is if it turns out to be total scam, bubble or pyramid scheme. So now they fight with everything they got to try to make Bitcoin seen as a scam.

Just because they do not have normal peoples strength to be wrong sometimes. They somehow think that any mistake is terrible weakness and cannot be shown in anyway. Might have something to do with how they were raised by their parents.

Same thing has been seen in America with Donald Trump supporters. They make that attachment to the one thing so powerfully, that their whole world would collapse if they admit that they were wrong. So only way for them is to just go deeper and deeper into that whole they dig themself.

It now says this:
Transaction invalid: some outputs that it attempts to spend have been already spent or are no longer valid.
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 23, 2022, 11:44:35 AM
This troll does not seem to understand that everything digital, including money on his bank account, these messages that he writes, this picture I draw on my computer with Paint... and Bitcoin as a digital currency. They are all digital, meaning they are all ones and zeros on the computer network. Nothing more, just numbers. Not even big numbers, just ones and zeros at the very basic level.

The troll says that these ones and zeros are not real and they do not have any value. That is simply incorrect. Ones and zeroes in the meaning of Bitcoin are following rules, open source code and they need to be in the Bitcoin blockchain network to have the value as a Bitcoin. If the troll writes his own numbers on his computer or on a piece of paper, those numbers do not have any value as a Bitcoin because they are not included in the Bitcoin network or blockchain.

So, Bitcoin is not only numbers. It is a network operating on a specific rules and only the exact correct computer code, verified by thousands of computers, gets the status of being Bitcoins. And the prove that Bitcoins have value and they exists? You can buy stuff with it. I for example work for an online store which accepts Bitcoin as a payment. We are not changing goods to nothing or thin air. We are changing goods to digital currency. Ones and zeroes that exists in the Bitcoin blockchain, that are created by using computational power and electricity and that are verified by thousands of computers. So there is no question about if it exists or not.

The troll might have some brain disability to not understand digital stuff. And I do not mean to insult him. Life is not easy enough for him even without any insults with a brain like that so I'm more like sad for him because of how hard life must be for him.
