Some features like that one and User Stats are no longer a useful as they were or are completely redundant now. They were discontinued for privacy reasons or to optimize the functioning of the forum.

I also have a question. In the page to search for member one can - Search by messenger nickname. Did forum members have the option to have a custom nickname or was it limited to donators?

I do not see Tottaham losing to Sheffield United - that's the only way that happens. They're shit but Sheffield United can't withstand what's coming for them.
Last day of the season, give a show in front of your fans before returning to the lower division, players under zero pressure and wanting to show other clubs they are worth buying so they stay up. I do see a scenario where that happens and hope it does.

I would have said the Euros will do a number on your players with injuries but not many of them will feature for their country  Grin

I want Manchester City to win so that Tottenham (5th) and Chelsea (6th) can qualify for the Europa League next season. We don't care if Arsenal plays in the Champions League as long as they don't win the league.
I want Chelsea (5th) and Tottenham (6th), then United win the league so Spursy end up in the Conference league, let their fans cheer on that. You have no cards in Arsenal playing in the Champions league so you cannot really care and the league is not over yet.

United is a really badly assembled team but I like Kobbie Mainoo a lot. I say that every time I watch him play, the kid's got superstar potential.
He is a decent lad, I will like to see him in the Euros this year.

We need to finish strong and pray Manchester wins the FA cup.
You have to clarify which Manchester side. But as it stands I hope you climb above Tottenham on the final day and United win the FA cup so Spursy will be playing conference league next season with the other zero ambition clubs.

46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I returned my father's property to my father through Bitcoin investment. on: May 15, 2024, 08:28:50 AM
It made me laugh. It is not surprising that the OP, now having two ponds, tries to go fishing everywhere. In this case, his story is the most common fishing of merit.
You almost made me spit out my drink, great humor. The forum will be the river or lake in this scenario and fishes the merits.

There is a high drive from newbies to make so many threads now which leads to ones like this or one liners asking a question and never coming back for the answer. And it is so easy for it to not count as spam or off-topic, just throw bitcoin in there.

No one should be selling property for a wedding event or investing proceeds from sold properties into a risky asset with a timeline for when you need profit.

After 600 (not sure the number) reported posts you get that button "report history".
You get to see your report history after 300 good reports. Not just reported posts, you need to get at least 300 reports marked good.

Tottenham's chances for the Champions League are purely mathematical, I don't really understand why everyone started talking about them.
It is confirmed. The sh*t club will be playing Europa League football next season. Congratulations to Villa for returning to the best club competition, a much better representative than spursy.

We will keep hoping till the end of the season. Come on You Goonerz!!

49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto as job salary - Yay or Nay? on: May 14, 2024, 01:13:10 PM
It is my salary and I need some of it to get by each month so I will have to take some in fiat. If I am allowed to pick a percentage, I will take 70% in fiat and 30% in Bitcoin. No other cryptocurrency will be considered.

If I have to pick one, I will take 100% in fiat then buy bitcoin with the amount I want to from each pay cheque. This will change as my financial outlook changes.

I think Liverpool has no extra motivation, they know that this season was lost and they are happy with a Champions League appareance.
They did enough to give Tottenham some hope for a 4th placed finish and an extra motivation tonight. If Tottenham can win it will be a 2-point gap between them and Villa, they are playing relegated Sheffield and Villa are playing in form Palace, both away. If Palace show any of the form they have shown recently they can win Villa.

I will be cheering spursy this weekend if they can put in a proper shift tonight.

Nope buddy I understood what you, but I hate you guys given silly excuses after excuses every season with loud mouth.
There was no excuse in the post you quoted.

You don't need to be better in 38 games; consistency and luck will get you trophies. You only need your opponent to drop points whenever you lose; that is how you keep going. No team has performed better in 38 games.
Consistency is literally being better over 38 games. Brenford cannot be hoping the other teams above them drop points and they win the league. There is a level you have to be at to compete for the title, we are at that level, now we just need to drop the least number of points, not hoping for luck.
Luck is an excuse which I am not using. City have not been lucky, they have been better than anyone else.

Chelsea is 7th not because we deserve it; we are simply fortunate that the club above us became pussies and began dropping points. Just play your games and hope the team above you becomes pussy (this is how Manchester City has been playing since last season).
That is exactly what you deserve. Those other teams dropped more points and now deserve to be below you guys on the table.

52  Other / Meta / Re: Some other links can also be word filtered? on: May 14, 2024, 08:57:08 AM
Usually when newbies post a link, some of them are detected as suspicious and it make the link not clickable with this warning "[Suspicious link removed]".
I do not think that is the case in the thread you linked. Theymos posted "fixed" there which would suggest that there was a bug that needed to be corrected in that case.

54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: wallet.dat from 2010 on: May 14, 2024, 07:34:31 AM
I have never heard of pywallet and checking it now it has a bad reputation, and you may make a mistake that willl hand the file over to scammers.
I will suggest you switch to a reputable wallet like bitcoin core and run the file when it has synced fully. There is a link to download the latest core version at the top of this page. Remember to back up the wallet.dat file first to a different device to be extra careful.

Have you ever come across anything in documents or stored papers that looks like a collection of random words, maybe 12 or 24 words as they are the most common ones? If not, you can check through personal things if they are still available.

55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 14, 2024, 07:25:17 AM
Typical Arsenal supporter mentality: giving up before it's over. You have yet to lose to a top six team this season and have already topped your team's all-time league win total; if that is not enough to win the league, you may never win it again.
Sometimes I wonder if you read replies backwards or just try to be witty and come up with a quick reply, but it is all good humor.

Well let me say it slower, we had the league in our hands and we lost it and now our destiny is not in OUR hands. I have faith in my team to win the final game of the season but cannot extend that faith to Spurs or WestHam. I hope they win, but as at this time we can only hope.
The team has been amazing this season, but if it is not enough then it is not, you do not get a winners medal for coming really close. Liverpool has finished a season with 97 points which will be almost ten times more than the maximum we can get, great achievement, but still finished short.

If a miracle happens, I will be the happiest fan. If not, we dust off and come back stronger next season, goal is to better 89 points by as much as possible.

56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 13, 2024, 08:23:45 PM
Crazy match so far. Liverpool have extended their lead to 1 - 3 and Aston Villa have had a goal disallowed for offside in a tight call. Bailey, who was in an offside position, could have left the ball as there was an obviously onside Villa payer following closely behind him. Liverpool have also had a goal disallowed for offside.

I do not mind at all. I need Villa to lose to give Tottenham an honest shout at the 4th position and an extra incentive to take all 3 points against City tomorrow.

Who saw the press conference with David Moyes where he said they may not be able to stop City's under-14s on the final game? If they scale through Tottenham tomorrow I will count the league lost and I am not holding out huge hope for tomorrow either.

On Football facts; Arsenal deserves to win the league but for the sake of side bets and London sanity, I would rather have City win it every season.
You do not deserve to win a league you lost. The better team over 38 games wins the title, if that is City then they totally deserve to win it and we will be cheering them on for next season.
