shows estimated number of blocks: 206339
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: February 01, 2017, 12:08:54 AM
My wallet is stuck it seems. now @ 525 blocks till synced and the number is growing.. Anyone else?
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: July 12, 2016, 03:28:31 AM

my wallet just staked 220BTB and gave me NOTHING!! Why would it do that to me? I'm so hurt.  Huh

Which block number?
Did it make it into the BlockChain?

Status: 262 confirmations
Date: 7/9/2016 21:30
Debit: 0.00 BTB
Net amount: -219.140415 BTB
Transaction ID: 141195ff5e4e9845db440009bc89bf65a97029830682e0880901994f7e97e951

The tx id checks out at CCE but I'm not sure if I understand what it is showing me. The amount was split in half it looks like. 110.0202 x 2 doesn't equal 219.140415 though so maybe the difference is what was earned for the stake?
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: July 10, 2016, 02:38:17 AM
Nobody is mining it.
I'll point a rig at it for a while and get it going again.

I see H2C dropped BTB but kept LTB.. oh well..

I didn't know Bitbar ever made it on H2C - Their loss   Wink

It was on there a long time ago before you took it over then I asked them to put it back up. Now I guess it's gone forever. I asked for LTB to be put on there and it's still there for the time being. I don't think they ever had it before. THe pool master said he always had issues with BTB so I guess he had enough finally. The memo says "These coins will be removed from pool because of their instability/low profitability to free up some server resources:

BOB, BTB, CAP, FRK, GLD, NET
Please make withdraw as soon as possible."

It might take a while. I'm a few rigs down. my wife saw the power bill  Smiley

I was only drawing a little over 5K watts an hour ...

what do you pay per KWh?

I have half an A2 left mining  Cry  and 3 of 4 "The Fury" miners left mining Cry Cry. ..have to replace the circuit breaker because it is weak, I guess from the constant amp draw plus its like 30+ years old. i was running a black widow also but everything together, while the dryer is running, was tripping half of the breaker which I think is kinda weird but whatever, it's old. It is resistant to reset also, only on the half that trips.  It's a slim double 50A 230v breaker, costs like a freaking hundred bucks.. Sad

Hey Nicehash, can I sell scrypt hashpower and get paid in Ethers instead of BTC?

I just checked ispace and they have updated their wallet and are on the right chain now. I guess reminding them from 8 different angles is how you gotta do it.

did the tx show up in the block explorer?

Just wondering because their info page is about 448 blocks behind.

I notice their info page is always behind and not just on Bitbar. I've been switching back and forth from H2C and ispace. I'm liking ispace because they have Frankos and H2C keeps taking them off because of supposed forks. Also merge mine Beezercoin. I was getting syscoin also on the merge but it's not happening anymore. If you click on "My Mining" it should show the coins you are mining and have a balance. If you click on "Bitbar"  it will show you the last block found and the current block, along with other info.

in linux, the skins directory goes in the .bitbar directory.

Later on, I'm hoping to add an 'update feature' so the wallet can get new/updated skins.

that would be cool.

remember there wallet had been on a fork for well over a month. I lost 125 btb when I did a withdrawal.
The wallet would have to be brought back to the correct chain - which would make my withdrawal disappear from their wallet, then they/someone would have to go trough their records to see where the 'extra' btb's go.

I't 'could' happen, but i'll not be holding by breath.

They should just give me the exchange   Grin

wut you gonna do with a hacked exchange??  Huh
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: May 26, 2016, 05:20:17 AM
The bars are still there I feel, there wasnt another exchange to dump on, as BTER volume was shit, and plus their hacking issue.

Don't forget Cryptopia. When BTB was listed there is when the price started falling.

I hope you guys get your bars back though.

I just thought it a weird coincidence that some coins that were pretty heavily traded on Cryptsy went to poopoo after BigVern closed shop.

I wish I knew where Cryptsy is/was located in FL. If it was close I'd go check it out.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: May 25, 2016, 01:34:04 PM
Any idea how many BTB were lost at Cryptsy?
I lost almost 500

I wonder if they're actually lost from the network or if someone sold all those stolen bars on another exchange.

They used to be worth way more than they are now. Maybe the thieves dumped them off and that's what dropped the value.

What do you think?

HBN took a real nose dive after Cryptsy.

42 coin dropped tremendously in value since cryptsy also.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: May 24, 2016, 04:58:25 AM
I'm kinda paranoid with some coins and not so much with others.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: iSpace SHA256 Mining Pool Support Thread on: May 21, 2016, 01:01:56 AM
...not sure if anyone here cares but if you are mining Bitbar @ ispace you are mining the wrong chain!!

There is an updated wallet that is a mandatory upgrade available @ bitbar.co This is the new official website for Bitbar.

I have contacted Ispace via twitter and email as has the new developer of Bitbar in the recent past without a response.

STOP mining BTB there until the pool has been updated to the newest wallet version!!! You are wasting your hashing power and electricity.

As far as I know there isn't an exchange that is trading the rogue chain's bars!! Good luck with that..

Thank you.

58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] New Crypto Currency FRANKO [w/ OPENSOURCE FRK ATM!][NEW WEBSITE Design] on: May 20, 2016, 10:43:36 PM
Hey Defaced, know anything about a blockchain fork?

hash-to-coins.com has put their FRK wallet in maintenance mode, according to them, due to a blockchain fork.

I checked ispace.co.uk and it seems to be just fine.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: May 20, 2016, 05:02:29 AM
looks like ispace is still using an old wallet that's on a wrong chain. current diff is at 17ish and ispace is showing a diff of 35
I don't know what to do about them. The people mining there won't be able to send their coins anywhere.
I've tried emailing, and maybe put in a ticket there - don't remember.

I think I posted in all the forums about the mandatory wallet update
I don't think they care.

I'll bother ispace about it. They have a twitter account.

The people mining there will care eventually.. sux for them.
It sucks all around. For the miners, the pool, and the hash that could have been on the right chain.
Thanks for (trying) to let them know.

I tweeted it to them and also found the contact email and sent one there. Can't hurt to remind them.

I don't get it about whoever is mining on that chain either. Not all of them are mining at ispace, so where are they? solo miners? where are other pools?

H2C is on the new wallet. Thats where most of the hashing is at right now for the correct chain. But there is more on that other chain, their diff is at 37 now.
