I already warned people here that Betnomi tries to delay all withdrawals as much as possible. And with bigger amount, they close your account.
But some hired DT members spread false positive information.
Stay away from them, this is my warning again.

Yepp. My account got closed after they requested KYC.
42  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: January 19, 2023, 04:36:16 AM
So I wanted to give an update on Chips.gg casino:

I joined November 26th and all went well. Smooth website, quick navigating and nice layout. Lot of casino and sports games to play and good and friendly support in the livechat.
I got to level 117 of the loyalty because I placed quite a lot of NBA bets. All bets I placed were on NBA (I guess about 200 in total) and a couple on NFL. And a little bit on casino games but only about $1000 stake in total.

So all fine, made a total of 5 deposits and 1 withdrawal, which was processed very fast. So all very well and I have a lot of confidence in Chips.gg but when I submitted the verification some hickups happened. I submitted it on January 8th but it was rejected because I submitted a driving license and it had to be a passport instead. So, I did the verification again with my passport and it took quite long so I asked for an update in the livechat and now today I was told "Your account is undergoing an investigation due to your gameplay on sportsbook. Our team will finish the investigation and update you when possible, thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience."
And meanwhile ever since I needed to submit my documents for verification my withdrawal function has been disabled. Although I can still log in and place bets.

So this will be a nice test to see how trustable Chips.gg is. If this get resolved quickly and in a good manner I would like to nominate Chips for a good rating of at least B.

I did not break any rules so I expect no problems.

Will keep you updated about this.

That's a great review. Let us know about the withdrawal since ratings for all the NRs will go up after the Super Bowl.

Okay, their investigation was finished and nothing was wrong. My account is now verified. I requested a large 1.2 BTC payout and it was processed within 30 mins.
For me Chips.gg can definitely be trusted and should be rated as a B-book or at the very least C+.

Damn you are doing some serious numbers. Good shit.

Nice to see that they came through.

Welcome to bitcointalk it's good to see that you already
started on a good note by hiringthe right manager to promote your presence here in the forum, I will try out the casino in the next coming week before I post my personal review on Jackbit in few weeks to come.
We are glad you get your winning!

It is just a policy that sometimes is needed to verify the user. We recommend first, checking the General Terms of the casino to avoid inconvenience
Good to see that the issue is being resolved and also
pointing ops to the T&C of the casino for better understanding of the the casino rules and procedures.
I guess some players always failed to check through the terms and conditions of most casinos and when their run into any issue the tend to raise unnecessary alarms.

Dude? How am I raising "unnecessary" alarms for just stating the obvious? I have read more T&C than you ever will so cut the BS.
I'm just trying to help the community with sharing my experience so that it raises awareness.

I bet you don't know the feeling when these operators sitting on your hard earned money and don't reply when you reach out.

Really, then state the obvious and back it up with evidence, That is not too much to ask for, just for my enlightenment
since you have read a lot of T&C and assumed I have not read up to your level.
I was just trying to get more clarifications and urging you to do a little bit of search and a read-through of the platform rule and regulations to discover what to do to get your issues resolved and if you feel you did not violate any rule, then you can put up a case against the casino and everyone will help you get justice.

I already told that Jackbit cashed out and seems legit. Why should I create a mess and put out proof when they already did their part? That's just unnecessary, but maybe it's more important that you get enlightened than that the case is already solved.

Welcome to the forum. Congrats on purchasing g a copper membership and posting a proper announcement thread.

What is your kyc policy?

They requested a video-KYC from me. Still waiting for them to approve it.

Six days has gone since I did the video-kyc. Still no confirmation from Jackbit and no reply when I e-mailed them on how things are going three days ago.

Chat told me yesterday that I will get a reply within a hour, still nothing. I have around 5,3K usdt in there. Deposited 2,8K usdt in total.

Please don't think for a second that I have done something wrong or suspicious (have proof of everything). I opened an account on Jackbit (after reading gamblingbros thread) before they started marketing here and had a ok run over the last weekend in their sportsbook. They let me withdraw a smaller amount once, but when I got limited and wanted to withdraw all of my funds they started with this KYC-check. It shouldn't take a week to confirm a Video-KYC.

I have been patient and wanted to give them time before I update here to confirm that they are 100% legit but when they break promise they lose my trust.

This is not a accusation though, I just hope they will come through and solve this.

Hello all,
Please drop me your email that has been used during registration and I will address to the team to check ASAP
Also, I advice to check T&C first. Website doesn't often request strong verification but sometimes it is needed to avoid fraudulent actions.
LEVSKI7 - Please, also drop me your registered email and as I told you everything will be addressed

Thank you guys for welcome! Please check our signature campaign

I can confirm that they cashed out. Seems legit in the end.

In other words you are saying that you required the KYC from me just to make sure I wouldn't come back and sweep your house.

All this "non-KYC" that most books are talking about is nonsense until a suspicious (winning) player shows up.

These guys aren't joking. They want to know my source of funds and won't accept that my source of funds have been coming from wins from gambling with crypto.
if u play with crypto how u want to prove source of funds
for me i just have crypto, no jobs, i do sportsbetting, so it mean if bookmakers ask me this im in trouble
None of the casino will consider the gambling profits as the 'source of funds'. You will see similar requirements at other casino where the source of fund verification is required. How did you get the funds to start your betting through crypto? You should have the ability to show the proof of family wealth at least.

@betnomi.com, Why the withdrawal of 'boroBTC' & 'hford' are still pending? You haven't requested the KYC documents from them. They are continuously posting about their withdrawal issue since last few days, but you haven't replied to them here in this thread. Don't you think that it is creating a negative impression about Betnomi here?

I've been on most of the casinos in the regulated market in my country and they have always accepted if I have stated that my source of funds has been coming from wins from sports betting. As long as I can prove it with transactions from the sportsbook. Never an issue.

I have nothing to hide either, I'm just being honest. When it comes to the crypto I placed bets with on Betnomi it's all winnings from sports betting. Thats the truth and it's all on the blockchain.

But if Betnomi wants to know and see the transactions I made from fiat into crypto I can prove that as well.

However, I will wait and see if they accept the documents I have sent them from my investments and see how it goes.

Just want to give a update on my part.

These guys aren't joking. They want to know my source of funds and won't accept that my source of funds have been coming from wins from gambling with crypto.

This is getting kind of annoying. They have been toying with me for a week and now they're giving me this.

Wouldn't bother posting here, useless. Owed 0.161448 BTC since November, same reason as you except wins from cash. Email the licensor at complaints@gaming-curacao.com and get an ADR.

When Betnomi closes under some cloud of controversy, and I'm sure it will, hope everyone that shilled for them remembers to apologise.

Thats absurd, this is disturbing to read. Even regulated sportsbooks in my country accept funds that has been coming from wins in sportsbetting.

However, I have sent betnomi transactions from my investments in stocks for the last 2 years. Official documents from my bank. Just let that sink in. It's crazy, they know more about me than most of the people around me. I can't believe I talked good about this book and recommended it to a lot of my friends. This even makes me look bad.

If betnomi won't come through I will 100% start a scam accusation thread and email the licensor. Good looking out brother.

this is a big red flag for betnomi anyway

Yes I agree. They even rejected my "proof of address" when I literally gave them an official government document from the tax agency. On that document it even says where I was born.

They are not trying to help either. No communication whatsoever. This is a huge red flag.

Isn't it ironic that their official account here on bitcointalk has a signature where it says "Bookmaker focused on cryptocurrency"?

How are you focused on cryptocurrency when you're asking me about this:

Acceptable forms of a source of funds include;
Ownership of a business
Employment
Inheritance
Investment
Family wealth

53  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: January 11, 2023, 08:30:18 PM
Im sorry but you must be very naive to think that way. Of course the books are banning people because they win. People winning is bad business for them. This isnt charity, this is a very dirty industry where the books are greedy.

98% of people who opens an account are losers and its them the books are thriving on. The rest is easy to spot.
For what I know casinos prefer to limit the accounts of the consistent winners instead of banning them completely, this way they can limit their exposure to these players that can play with an advantage over them, most of the time this is on their TOS, as their service is not geared towards professional gamblers, and while this may seem unfair to some, just as you mention casinos are not charities and they must make money to survive.

However a casino in which no one ever won will go bankrupt very quickly as gamblers will notice this, as such legitimate casinos pay to their customers the money they win as long as they respect their TOS.

Yes, limitation is of course the correct term. For me, getting limited is the same as getting banned because the principle is the same. As a winner, you are simply not welcome and you will obviously not return to the book if you're getting limited.

Casinos on the other hand make more than enough money to survive. They're just greedy and wants to maximize their profits.

One regulation I would like to see introduced in the future for license holders is a fixed limit. Let players win up to a certain cap, at least on an annual basis. I think this is impossible though in the crypto space, but maybe in the regulated market someday.
54  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Sportsbook & Casino 🎲⚽ on: January 10, 2023, 11:54:05 PM
I just want to make it clear that I am not accusing anyone here. As you can see, I have praised Betnomi before.

But I also have to say that I think they have handled my case very poorly so the good impression I had of them first is not as good anymore.
I mean, you don't ask someone to do a KYC if you have an error in your system that doesn't allow the KYC to be done. You need to offer a solution that I in some way can submit the KYC.

It doesn't make matters any better that they now ignore me in the chat when I ask for some transparency.
According to me who is very experienced in this field, I have to say that this is unacceptable behavior from a book that wants to be serious and respected.

I'm sure they will come through in the end but it shouldn't be like this at all.
55  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: January 09, 2023, 10:04:26 PM
I’m always participating on Duelbits promo but I’m betting too on other sports which is not promo. So I’m sad that I experienced this even though I’m not on winning streak or on profit.  Roll Eyes
This really sting but as I read the notification email screenshot. They are just restricting you on participating promotions that means you are not profitable for them when you participate on there promotion.

Probably you made a lot of profit from there bonus while you only lose small amount on your regular be. This is the reason why they have a special line on terms that they can exclude any user without the need to explain everything. I doubt that you can get clear answer here but I’m sure it’s related on your profit when participating promotion.
I would guess that not having a person who keeps on winning is both good but also very bad for them. I doubt that they are banning people just because they win, that shouldn't happen, it just tells the whole world that duelbits wants losers, if you are going to win, go somewhere else.

Plus, if you let someone who constantly wins to keep playing, you could have them all lose money and go back to breaking even, and even worse they would go down a lot more. This is why it's paramount for them to keep those people gambling, that's why it's very very important to keep on gambling and that matters a lot, I personally believe this isn't good look for them.

JackBit review is published!

Check out my latest JackBit review. This casino has received a 2.5 out of 5 rating from me. I would strongly recommend picking another crypto casino to play at. JackBit has slow cashouts, hidden withdrawal fees, and a poor selection of casino promotions.

Check out the review here

Been trying out Jackbit as well. After my second withdrawal I was asked to do a KYC.

Thank you gamblingbro for your dedicated work. Keep them coming.

Im kind of in the same boat as you guys. I made a withdrawal request (I have made withdrawals before) and was asked to do a KYC. I have been trying to do the KYC but they seem to have an issue with their interface on their website so I can't submit the KYC.

I reached out several times and have communicated with them but they can't seem to offer any solution after two days.

Is it only me or have any of you been asked to do a KYC?
58  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Sportsbook & Casino 🎲⚽ on: December 29, 2022, 12:16:07 PM
The only negative thing I have to say is the withdrawal time. If they can work this out to be faster in the future it will be one of the best books in crypto for sure.
They still have the issue with slow withdrawal time? Did you contact their support and what are they saying?
I thought they said how they switched to automatic faster withdrawals, and when I was testing last time it did work better.
Maybe icopress can ask them about this again.

Yes they seem to process the withdrawals manually. Either way I see huge potential for Betnomi if they can keep evolving.

I feel very welcomed so far and just wanted to give them credit.
