41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the Bitcoin bull market? on: February 14, 2024, 06:06:29 PM
I am new here few days ago I read post about bull market here.  And I read everyone's replies and understood a lot and didn't fully understand.  Tell me exactly what is the matter?
Market volatility is mainly coming from two directions. One is a "Bull market" and the other is a "Bear market."
A Bull market refers to a rising market where most investors are buying, demand exceeds supply, market conditions are high and prices are high. And an investor who believes that prices will rise over time is called a "Bull". That is, when prices in a market move rapidly upward, most investors become "Bullish" about rising prices. Simply put, a Bull run or Bull market begins when the market experiences sustained or significant upward growth in the financial markets.
On the other hand, when financial market conditions are down, it is called Bear market.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP telling people how much Bitcoin you have on: February 14, 2024, 04:17:30 PM
It is true that many people face such questions from time to time. But does anyone make their bank account status public? No, it never does. Rather, it avoids the issue by concealing the entire information. It is very important to apply the same process to Bitcoin. Because nowadays people don't even trust their own shadow, let alone friends and relatives. It is also impossible to understand what is going on in someone's mind. So no matter how many close people (other than family) you have, sharing this information with them means putting yourself in great danger later on, which is tantamount to axing your own foot.

Cryptocurrency is all about privacy. That's why we can openly discuss with them the importance of Bitcoin, investment advice and proper understanding of wallets, but never share personal information. We need to be more aware to keep Bitcoin safe and secure.
43  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies how do you feel when your post is criticised. on: February 13, 2024, 10:46:11 AM
As a newbie to the forum, I can say that, regardless of my initial bad feelings, I didn't take the criticism badly afterwards. Rather, every time I thought that I would be criticized, I made myself brave by everyone's advice. Got everyone on my side.
But the most important thing here is what we are criticized for. When they realized that I was wrong or that my knowledge or information was wrong, they were criticized and corrected through discussion to point out those mistakes. But here no one can never say that one has asked for knowledge and he has been criticized.

And does everyone discourage or ridicule newcomers? If you get two negative comments in a thread, get ten encouraging comments to boost your morale, give you inspiration and courage. After all, five fingers are not equal, so it's ridiculous to expect everyone to respond positively or negatively, right?

On the one hand, criticism is also a very good quality, because if they do not point out my mistakes through criticism, how can I find my shortcomings? So in their mockery our mistakes come out which we can correct.
That's why I need to find the cause of criticism and expand my horizons of knowledge and face criticism with courage rather than avoiding the negative because, "It's good that something good comes out of the stain."
44  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Make reading a habit on: February 12, 2024, 07:43:56 AM
Not all the time that we can quickly understand everything we read in the forum. Even myself I have struggled a lot when I was still starting in this forum due to non-familiar of words and phrases. Since then, I started doing research and reading more often and this helps me a lot to finally understand what other senior members are saying and I can easily join the discussion sharing my own points of view.

I suggest never stop reading as learning in the forum is limitless. The more you take time to read, the more you gain knowledge and the more you become fluent and well conversed, that makes you an advantage in the forum most especially if you are English literate.
Thanks for the comments I saw. I am currently struggling with the same problem that you encountered in the beginning. Not that I'm not interested in reading. I spend a lot of time reading but since I am not very familiar with words and phrases, I have a lot of difficulty understanding them quickly.
It also happens that when I try to express my opinion at the beginning of a thread, it fails due to lack of understanding. And as soon as I realize, I see 3/4-page comments already in that thread. That's when I know whether to laugh in frustration or cry.

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but since I have basically the same problem as you and you've already given valuable advice, please advise in more detail:
          * How can I easily master what senior members are saying?
        * How and where can I expand the scope of knowledge research?
        * How can I become familiar with words and phrases easily?

I'm in no rush, and not everyone's understanding is the same. As I have been in the forum for a long time and still not getting rid of this problem, I would like some proper guidance.
45  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading or Long term on: February 11, 2024, 05:17:49 PM

Which do you prefer and think is better

Your profits will depend on how patient and capable you are with day trading and long-term holding. If you are not an experienced or professional trader, there is a risk of losing in day trading.
But it is true that day trading can generate more profits in a short period of time if the trades are exited at the right time. But it is not safe because day trading requires enough courage and free time to take the right trade.
But if you are not brave or lack skill in trading, then long-term holding is better. If you wait patiently for some time, you will make a good profit at some point
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people on: February 10, 2024, 05:55:11 PM
What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people?
If illiterate means uneducated people, then they will face some problems taking advantage of Bitcoin because it is something new to them and they are totally ignorant about the net or technical aspects. But it is not true that they cannot do anything. For example, when smart phones first came out, illiterate people did not know how to operate them, or many were afraid to use them. It was surprising to them then. But is time still the same? Now illiterate people know why even small children know how to use smart phones. Everything seems difficult in the beginning, but it is not always difficult.

And if you say illiterate means no knowledge about Bitcoin, then I mean I didn't know about Bitcoin even for the last few months. But since I started learning about Bitcoin, I'm not holding back and will continue to try to understand it. But even though I was educated, I faced a lot of problems in the beginning because I didn't have much technical knowledge. I never stopped trying to learn.

At one point, though, OP I also thought l was having so much trouble understanding that illiterate people on how to accept bitcoins, how to invest, how to secure their wallets, and how to trade could be scammed because they have no knowledge of bitcoins. . .But now this mistake is broken because when something new is introduced, it may be difficult to adapt to people at first or it takes time, but at a certain stage everything is learned or forced to learn.

So why will illiterate people be left behind? Are they not working because they are illiterate? Rather, they are responsible enough for their own work. Hopefully, they will also be able to benefit from Bitcoin if they learn to understand its essence.
47  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you met this kind of investors? on: February 10, 2024, 07:08:30 AM
do you have the opinion that lone investors who are not members of any kind of forum or community about bitcoins or cryptocurrency can still be very successful investors?
Why not? You don't have to involve yourself in a community to be successful in the crypto sector. Anyone can successfully invest in Bitcoin with enough knowledge, research, and necessary information about it.

l have seen him without being a part of any community or forum. One of my senior brothers is a successful investor in Bitcoin today. But he has no idea about the forum and doesn't even want to come here. When I told him about the forum, he said he was happy this way and didn't want to join anything. And I didn't force him because it was completely his own freedom. We cannot force anyone to join this community.

But yes, definitely, forums are a learning place, and by learning from this community or forum, we can expand our knowledge scope. Outside the mistakes we easily make, it takes time to correct them, but before we make those mistakes, the community or forum warns us through various discussions.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Struggle now to invest in Bitcoin for a bright future. on: February 08, 2024, 05:48:20 PM
Many of us know about Bitcoin. But due to a lack of funds, we regret about Bitcoin investment. Many people, particularly those from low-income families, regret when we can't invest in Bitcoin. Though we can't solve this problem, we can struggle to achieve our goal. For our daily needs, we must need money to survive. Sometimes we spend money on unnecessary things. So we can avoid spending unnecessary money because we can survive without it. And we can start investing in Bitcoin with that money. We have to find a solid income source, even if it is small. So we can go ahead with our bitcoin investment. If we struggle now, we may build a bright future. Even students could save some money from their daily spending and invest in Bitcoin.
I agree with your statement, and you have given very good advice. It is true that we have to struggle and sacrifice now to lead our next life beautifully and properly. But low income families cannot fulfill their dreams. But yes, people can make their wildest wishes come true if they want to. All you need is some intelligence and hard work. Then we will succeed in saving only by this continuous filling.

You talk about cutting unnecessary costs; I found this in my heart and gave myself a lot of courage. The writing seems to match my current real life situation. Because I give an example: ever since I learned about Bitcoin, I always wanted to invest in it. Although it took me a considerable amount of money to invest in Bitcoin, at some point I got frustrated and regretted it. I have been in the crypto world for a few months and came to know about Bitcoin, which I had never heard of before. So I felt that I was too late to know, understand and learn.
But now I have mastered a lot and am trying hard enough to invest in Bitcoin. For which I became somewhat frugal, suppressing my ambition. I don't go shopping unless I absolutely have to, stop eating in the afternoon, stop hanging out with friends, try to visit as many destinations as possible and take care of myself so I don't get sick (not to mention there's more).
It did me no harm, but saved myself from much bad expense. I almost managed to save some money, small enough to invest in Bitcoin, but I'm happy. I will patiently increase my investment by investing in Bitcoin using the DCA method. I don't know what fate has in store for next time, but I hope for something better.
I know it's been a long and hard time, but right now this pain is temporary and will help me smooth the way forward.
49  Economy / Services / Re: Hello Im new here and i can help you with privacy matters on: February 08, 2024, 10:34:23 AM
Hi, Im here to help you with your privacy matters.
I can help you to cash out matters kyc exchanging.
Im like your very own private banker i can set up bank accounts and help you to operate with complete privacy yourself.
If you have any ideas also how you need help with privacy matters maybe to set up kyc for you then let me know.
Let me know If you need my services:)

I'll be like lawyer or banker kind of helper for here
As I read the thread, the question came to mind: Why should I trust him and how trustworthy are you?
I wonder how you can help someone with their privacy. In that case, his secret will no longer remain confidential but will be passed on to third parties including CEX.
Privacy is our personal right. Why should I ruin my privacy by giving others KYC? We are all comfortable with keeping our privacy, so I don't think anyone will welcome your proposal.

I respect your initiative or service. Maybe your intentions are personal good, but OP, you are an anonymous person except on an offline or online platform where people misunderstand even his shadow. Again, you are brand new here with no evidence of your work skills, so no one will waste two seconds and time to misunderstand you.
Hope you understand what I mean.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Must you lose before you gain in Bitcoin investment? on: February 07, 2024, 05:14:00 PM
Questions like this has popped out in several occasions and arguments concerning Bitcoin investment. My friends will say you must lose before you gain or rather have more experience investing in Bitcoin. If its how it work, Bitcoin isn't for a low income earner as well as not gonna make you rich when you can't invest something tangible to it. On the other hand people are been made big and wealthy in same program. What does it in tell, cos am quite sure people had already known what's going to happen in the market in the nearest future to give them the strong mindset to invest porously. My biggest fear is losing my hard earn to something as volatile, vulnerable and uncertain as btc. What's the possibility you invest without losing. Is it guaranteed in this kinda market?
Part of any investment is profit and loss. There is no guarantee that everything will go smoothly in this uncertain market. But if you don't acquire enough knowledge about how to invest or hold properly, your chances of losing are inevitable.

Your investment time will lead to profit or loss. If your investment enters the bull market at the right time, you will not lose anything, but profit is guaranteed. And you won't lose money investing in Bitcoin in the long run. The problem is when you don't understand the fluctuations of the market, you don't have patience and you get panicked by the volatility and lose money.

I think you should do your own research instead of observing others (your friends). Become experienced by acquiring proper knowledge about investing in Bitcoin. Research for yourself that Bitcoin is not a weak, uncertain asset but the most secure and volatile asset. And if you don't have enough money to invest it, you can invest Bitcoin by adopting DCA method
Above all, we must remember that you invest what you can lose.
51  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's stupidity to have thousands in Bitcoin using a software wallet on: February 06, 2024, 10:06:49 AM
Although I have not yet experienced much experience with Wallet. However, I learned and understood a lot through some valuable links and threads of the forum.
I think that if I am alert and responsible for my Bitcoin, software wallets are never bad and the opposite software wallets are easy for quick and frequent transactions. All I need is to keep my wallet's seed phrase secure so that I can save Bitcoin pretty good. Specifically, non-custodial  wallets such as Electrum and Samurai  provide a lot of protection.

On the other hand, free wallets are given simple benefits like email login, password, etc., but they are like custodial wallets. Here, there is a third party work that has the opportunity to be extremely risky or scandalous.
After all, a hardware wallet or cold wallet is advised to save long -term currency.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binary Trade Better or Better to Buy and Hold Bitcoin? on: February 02, 2024, 03:22:05 PM
Although easy to say, trading is not so easy. If you do not successfully trade a professional businessman you will have to lose your money. You lose your valuable time and labor you spend for business.

Trading means taking risk, whether it is a spot, a future or binary. However spot trading is good binary or future trading. So I'm not saying that the rest of the trading is bad. If you are alert you can get a good amount in a short time otherwise you will lose all your money. Like binary trading gambling. Binary trade should be avoided without high experience.

On the other hand, Bitcoin investment requires a long time, and it is a secure and safe strategy. Long -term, Bitcoin investment is much lower than binary trading. If you have been holding Bitcoin for a long time you may be profitable at the same time. Furthermore, if you have a financial crisis, you can adopt the DCA method.

To the end, we can help you with some advice. What you do depends on your skill and knowledge.
53  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What have you learnt from this forum that has actually saved/ you in real life. on: February 01, 2024, 07:12:11 PM
The best thing I learned from the forum is patience. Yes, definitely patience. Although I am learning more than that, I love patience because I was very impatient in my earthly life, because of which I suffered a lot in life. But today, because of the forum, I have made myself much more patient, especially in trading.
The forum is teaching me about current technologies, cryptography (blockchain, wallets, key storage, etc.) that I was completely ignorant of. I have learned through various threads how to protect your private key and wallet from fraud.
I also got to know the importance of Bitcoin, although I never had the opportunity to invest in it. But if the creator helps, I will invest in Bitcoin after some time.

Above all, I learned manners, discipline, empathy and cooperation. No problems, and everyone jumps to help with good advice (and that's what I love most).
A lot of knowledge can be gained by patiently spending time on each forum board, which helps in financial and worldly life. Because a board is our educational institution for a subject.

I feel really lucky to be involved in such a place. I won't lie. Although I'm here to make money first, I'll have no regrets if I don't get it. Because the knowledge that I will take from here is not capable even at my age.

Forum is really a learning place which helps us with valuable and accurate information. I believe this place (forum) will not leave anyone empty handed. Although not financially, forums can increase our knowledge base if we invest the right amount of time.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: Save while young better than wait on: January 30, 2024, 06:52:08 PM
Look, you can be old and rich or young an poor, but being old and poor is bad shit.
seriously! When you look at an old person that is struggling financially you tend to wonder what he did with his youthful age that resulted in his current situation at the moment.

The mistake most people make is that they use their youthful age all out and spend all their earnings on frivolous stuff forgetting that a time would come when their strengths will become weak and what they will need to depend on will be more of their investment.

While one is still young, it's necessary to invest in business that will feed you in the future, invest in people and set up real financial structure that will back you up when your strength will fail you. Old age is a certainty for everyone and it's just unwise to make your plan without putting that in consideration.
In view of this writing, I want to give everyone a different background.l see two classes of people wherever I live.
First, I have seen a class of people who have worked hard in their youth for the bright future of their families. So he invests or saves money without spending it unnecessarily. As a result, they have problems with their youth. However, they forget that once the time is gone, it does not return.

Second, the thoughts of other classes of people are completely different. They invest in their children at an old age, thinking that their children will take care of them. So their youth is ignorant, but when they understand, it is too late. He could not get the power of youth, even if he wanted. In many cases, children give up their old age after they prove wrong. Oh sorry.
In the end, both of their youth and old age were lost in this thought.

My point is, why do they think so?
If we are adolescents or young, we see what we eat, wear, or do for ourselves. When we grow up, we can do nothing. Many problems face. Again, I may not be healthy.
On the other hand, is there a guarantee that my kids will not take care of their kids the way my child has hurt their future?

We need to decorate the present (adolescence or youth) in such a way that old age is not very low.
55  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are newbies afraid to comment on threads of highly ranked members? on: January 27, 2024, 03:16:44 AM
When I created this thread, I never imagined that I would get so much support from it and that I would qualify. I was too scared to act while writing or posting my thread.
But your valuable discussion gave me a lot of courage. My fear has decreased a lot. So I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for being by my side and clearing my doubts.

I have seen everyone's comments, many of whom have written that this has happened to them more or less, which has put my fear and frustration to rest.
Others have pointed out the weaknesses of my fear, which I am really surprised to see.

It is true that when we lack knowledge about something, doubts or fears intrude themselves into the discussion. So I can gain more knowledge and make myself wiser by reading everyone's comments without getting involved in the discussion.
On the other hand, I thought that if someone threads a topic, I should just give the information related to the thread, but I didn't know that I could ask if I failed to understand something from that post. I benefited a lot from the clarification.

To truly understand, one must know, and to know, one must ask. Only then can we clear our doubts, and henceforth, I will do so without hesitation.

Thank you again for conquering my fear and showing me a new path through my mental inaccessibility. I hope many newbies like me who had doubts about this will be able to overcome it. Such bold talk by you (seniors) will make it easier for the freshers to come forward.

Wishing everyone safety and health.
56  Economy / Economics / Re: Passion for skills. on: January 25, 2024, 02:33:43 PM

So, my question is very simple. What skills are you currently learning or have learned and are earning from, and what is the reason why you picked it?

We need skills to make ourselves good at something, and I believe everyone in the world is good at something. Many fail to improve their skills due to a lack of practice alone. On the other hand, people are good at action; no one gets better in a day. We have to keep up with the times.
Many people are attracted to or inclined towards current technologies (internet, blockchain, graphic design, writing, photo editing, video editing, blogs, etc.). But the family I belong to is kept away from all these technologies, which makes it difficult for me to know about them.
The work I've mastered before is a little different from everyone else's. This may not sound like much to many, but I respect my work very much, and not everyone's opinion will be the same, so I won't agree with them. I am fairly skilled in handicrafts and able to earn income from handicrafts. This job used to be my passion, but jobs are often boring lately, which gives me a break now.

But my love for writing was already there, and now I like to write articles on various topics, although I have not developed that much yet. But very soon I will develop my passion for writing articles and also have a great desire to know the technical side of the internet. I am really eager to learn these things to stay away from internet technology all the time. It goes without saying that we're leaning a little more toward prohibition. So I am trying to know, understand, and learn current technologies, especially article writing and cryptography (trade).
God willing, one day I will prove myself to improve my skills in this matter, although this path is not easy for me. Yet human learning has no age, and knowledge has no end. Knowledge can be acquired at any time if there is a strong will to know or learn.
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Are newbies afraid to comment on threads of highly ranked members? on: January 24, 2024, 02:20:03 PM
I've been confused for several days about something that led to this thread. Many may find my subject ridiculous, fanciful, or incoherent, or I may be critical, but I still need to clear my doubts.

I want to give my opinion on some threads when I read threads of senior, legendary, or ranked , but being a newbie, I am afraid to join discussions with seniors, (legendary) members. The scary thing is (though it may be completely wrong to think), I think, can tell me, how a newbie engages in discussions with seniors, wants to give advice, what I know and how little I know. Also, I have a small number of threads that have no merit (that's my main fear). I even stopped commenting on some posts, thinking I might be wrong in my knowledge, even though I was right.

I know this thread will seem like nonsense to many but I took a lot of courage, and now I want to know if it's just my mistake or if it happens to many freshmen. But I have seen many newbies join the threads of senior, legendary or ranked members, but I hold back for fear of lack of courage. I can't move it at all.

If this is not the case for many in new situations, and if this fear applies to me, how do I overcome it?

All your valuable suggestions will be appreciated.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Silly and scary questions, and what would you do if that were you. on: January 21, 2024, 06:04:28 PM
It sounds a bit cinematic, but many people face such situations in earthly life.
And in such a terrible situation, it is better to save lives. Because they will attack you by planning so that even if you try, you will not be able to fight them.
It is better for you to fulfill their wishes than to be injured or killed.
Because you can get back your lost wealth at some point if you live, but if you lose your life in the illusion of wealth, then there will be none.It seems that well-wishers with knives in their backs under the guise of friendship are all around us, but we don't recognize them.

But the most important thing is to keep you and your assets, or bitcoins, safe so that you never end up in such a scary situation. And your assets will be safe only when you don't share your assets (bitcoins) with everyone.
Not only digital assets (Bitcoin), but earthly assets also need to be protected. Of course, those who have bad intentions sit there, hoping for such tempting news, and attack when they see the opportunity.

That's why you have to take responsibility for your wealth management in all circumstances. So keep yourself in check. Do not share any information with anyone that may put your precious life at risk.
59  Economy / Reputation / Re: Farewell on: January 19, 2024, 06:25:28 PM
Without giving away too much personal info, I have a chronic disease. I've had this disease for a decade and have had a lot of treatment for it, but it is winning. I likely only have a few months left. And so, I bid you all farewell. I'll be spending as much of my remaining time as possible with my family. In a week or two, once this thread has run its course, I'll ask theymos to lock this account.

I have learnt a lot from many of you, and I hope many of you have learnt something from me. Although we will never meet, I would have loved to share a beer with many of you, and I hope you'll remember me fondly.

Leo
I'm at a loss for words; I don't know what to say because the news is so unbelievable and shocking. This is truly unimaginable and sad.
Being new, I just started reading the posts of some of the legendary members of the forum, of which you are one. Your threads on bitcoin and technical are really appreciated. I used to read your posts with amazement and curiosity, as I am not very tech-savvy, and every thread of yours is informative and instructive. But I will regret that I could not bring such a comment from a genius like you to my thread.

Your contribution to the community was immense, and it will take time for the forum to overcome the deficit of your passing. Of course, none of us want to forget you. You were, are, and always will be a legend in this forum.
Heartfelt prayers for you and your family. For your family's patience during this difficult time.God willing, you will overcome your illness and come back to us again. We look forward to hearing from you.
60  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin [BTC] Price Could Reach $1.5 Million by 2030 Says Cathie Wood on: January 12, 2024, 05:48:01 PM
CEO Of ARK Invest Said in an Interview with CNBC Yesterday (Thursday) that Bitcoin Could Reach $1.5 Million by 2030.
Previously she Predicted about Bitcoin and Said that Bitcoin Could Reach $1million.

It doesn't seem that easy. 2030 is a long time span and $1.5 million is a big amount buddy. None of us know what the future will hold, we have no chance of knowing. Again, it is difficult to predict what will happen in the crypto market, but we are optimistic that the next position of Bitcoin will reach a good high.

However, there is a huge chance for the price to rise this year as it is the year of the Bitcoin halving and the SEC has just approved Bitcoin ETFs. So whether it gets to $1.5million remains to be seen, but I think it has a very good chance. As Bitcoin halving time after 4 years and another halving before 2030.
Therefore, we should not go into any future prediction, patiently hold Bitcoin and wait for the next drop.
