I think gender can never matter in running any organization. In running an organization the things I would emphasize are the skills, intelligence and punctuality of the individual and at the same time the integrity of the individual. There are many platforms where women are ahead of men and in some organizations women are ahead of men. It all depends on the person. Girls are efficiently running many big organizations and even at the field level they are the symbol of equal partnership. Again we can see women's spontaneous participation in state management for example Angela Merkel who is Germany's first female councillor. Not to be left out is Therasa Mey, who is the second queen of England. Alyssa Carson has signed a contract to be the first man on Mars, making the contribution of women in the sky and on the ground unforgettable.

I think children should be given formal education through which they can easily understand good and bad. Education will free people from blindness and will surely make a smart life warrior. Besides formal education they must be taught morals and religious knowledge. They also need to be trained as hardworking and thrifty. A wise and talented child can multiply the meager wealth of his parents by his knowledge. On the other hand a spoilded child may lose his father's reign. But it is also true that a child takes a long time to mature. An accident may happen to either of his parents or both of them. That's why I think parents should document any major investment from the outset to smooth the way for their child. It means that even if the parent has enough financial resources, it can never be desirable that his child will be deprived and his child will be neglected in the society. So I think parents must pay attention to this.

When I was at my old job I had a friend who I would go out with every morning to do morning work, along with push ups and other exercises. When I moved my friend disappeared along with my exercise habit. I am very late to see this platform. Although it is late, it is nice to think that I have found someone like a lost friend. This time my body will be practiced through a rhythm. I think I can do this for quite some time because the price of Bitcoin is going up and down. I think it will take some time to reach $100K. But in the beginning I can't give pushups very much. Slowly maybe I can reach the goal.

To reduce inflation, the total wealth of the country must be increased. The country needs to be manufacturing oriented and much more export oriented. Raising the minimum wage will never stop inflation. First of all congratulations to you. I think if you have a lot of money or the money is lying idle then you can invest for a long time.
