41  Economy / Reputation / Re: Merit abuse and probably account hacking on: March 14, 2024, 07:58:23 AM
I feel like they are probably alts that belong to someone. And now it looks like the owner is selling merit to that new user or was hacked by that user. Extremely suspicious stuff, his post wouldn't even get one merit unless its on a lucky day.

What the fuck man,

I'll read all this soon when I have more time but just skimming through it and seeing the lack of replies for something serious like this is sad.
43  Economy / Reputation / Re: TecShare - Farewell my friend. on: March 12, 2024, 05:41:48 AM
Every once in a while I see this guys profile and I thought he just randomly quit. RIP

Kinda scary to know how bitcointalk has existed for so long that there are people here who have died or been arrested, or other endless possibilities.
44  Economy / Reputation / Re: Reee: Which campaign has the most spammers? on: March 12, 2024, 05:13:11 AM
If they are too lazy to just think about what they are going to type, then how do you expect them to go through all that trouble of replacing words. Now you have talked about it, how many users do you often see should short forms of words such as "u" or "bt"?

Seeing a user try to spin the text abbreviate normal words, which is unusual behavior here in the forum, is a number one red flag for me.

Where I'm online its extremely common, but for this community now that I think of it more, I don't see em very often.

Because that would require extra effort and the whole reason shitposters are using ChatGPT is to avoid having to commit any effort at all.

That explains it but unfortunately these people seem to refuse to use their brain even if their life was on the line. Their AI spam will be caught on and they will get exposed for it.

Also, to add on wasn't this "borovichok" guy basically given two chances to stop posting AI? He had drama over AI spam like one or two months ago which should've been a wake up call to stop there. It really isn't difficult for him to drop the AI stuff and just start finding and posting manually on topics that he has knowledge of.

Whatever he's in right now it's definitely over for him at this point, what he is doing is just extremely stupid especially after being given two realizations that forum members know hes AI posting.

A new business idea, much like https://www.grammarly.com/?   Take some text and "dumb" it up.  Smiley

Loll

Just stop using ChatGPT to write your posts for you and they'll stop being deleted. Its really that simple.

I'm confused as to why AI spammers haven't at least started trying to hide their AI posts a little to make them sound more human. example; replacing "you" to "u" and not having proper grammar. This probably wouldn't entirely fool an AI detection test but at least they would look a little more realistically written by a human than AI.
46  Economy / Reputation / Re: Standing Strong Against Unjust Attacks: A Call for Community Support on: March 07, 2024, 10:54:44 PM

No one took the funds away from you. So, what is the scam about?

Are you not going to answer? Where or How did he use these supposed exploits to his advantage? Where is the proof. How come this question is always avoided
47  Economy / Reputation / Re: Standing Strong Against Unjust Attacks: A Call for Community Support on: March 07, 2024, 07:10:24 AM
Good luck.  LOL

Just look at my trust ratings.  I have some negatives from DT members and have protected tens of millions of dollars for people here while never misplacing so much as a satoshi.  Unfortunately, people would rather weaponize trolls against those they disagree with than have a legitimate trust network.  OP's post is even merited by a user who includes a proven extortionist in his trust network.  The hypocrisy among users here is off the charts.  Sadly, those who stand up to the abusers are targeted for years here while regular people stay silent in hopes they won't become the next target.

yawn.  Everyone knows what you did bozo.   Do you really not remember?  (see my sig)

No one should be scared of being OG's next target - now is the time to stand up!

I would've quit Bitcointalk by now but seeing this drama still continue is the biggest reason why I'm still around. I will try to be here for every moment of this.
48  Economy / Reputation / Re: Opinions on the word "Vouch" on: March 04, 2024, 04:54:52 PM
I have always used the word “vouch” for when they have been trustworthy with something for me. The trust level can change in the future however, but the vouch stays for their legitimacy, since you trusted them with something and they went through with whatever it was

It feels different however if you’re asking around looking for people to vouch to back up the persons trustworthiness because if I said someone was trusted, and then they scam(without me knowing their intent ofc) then I would feel guilty.
49  Economy / Reputation / Re: This Account is possibly sold to a new user on: March 02, 2024, 12:15:13 AM
I’m not sure if it’s just me being completely stupid but did the post from stingers get deleted? I wanted to see it, and I saw a quote post of it. I clicked and the name “stingers” wasn’t there on that page
50  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money buy you Happiness, is this true! on: March 02, 2024, 12:08:18 AM
I haven’t been on the forums in a few weeks. I would just like to say that it depends on person. Money can bring happiness depending on how the person values it and what they do
51  Economy / Reputation / Re: Back and Better on Bitcointalk on: February 17, 2024, 05:56:51 AM
From what I can tell you haven't been ban evading for long (Idk you soo, but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt). You made the account in 2023, but haven't used it until mid Jan 2024. Only a month.

Either way, welcome back on your original account. Show the forums that you can provide value so your second chance isn't ruined
52  Economy / Reputation / Re: What happens if someone sells an account on a neighboring forum? on: February 06, 2024, 06:49:20 PM
Is everyone using altcoinstalks now?
53  Economy / Reputation / Re: To Leo and all who support Privacy & the original purpose of Bitcoin. Thank you on: January 30, 2024, 07:32:35 PM
May I please see some amazing threads or post that leo has made over the years?
54  Economy / Reputation / Re: Farewell on: January 30, 2024, 02:42:00 PM
I've taken a small break from the forums. This thread is still seriously going on?
55  Other / Off-topic / Re: The other problem on: January 30, 2024, 02:38:53 PM
1) Whenever I start, I always think “there are other tasks I can do” only for me to be thinking the same thing to the next task and repeats infinitely. As a result, barely anything is complete and along with that sometimes i’m lazy, always postponing tasks as if I have the whole day, only for the day to pass and make me think i’ll finish it tomorrow.

You should talk to your doctor about an ADHD test.

There is also this one min test.

Took the test a couple of days ago, scored pretty damn high on it :skull:

You can drop me a message https://t.me/Cyphermonk1

I haven't used bitcointalk recently, sorry for slow response

Do you have Discord? I do not use Telegram.
57  Economy / Reputation / Re: Sedinvore shady AI seed finder and paid puppets on: January 21, 2024, 12:04:12 AM
Under the assumption his stuff is legitimate and not any sort of virus I wouldn’t exactly consider the questions part bad, at most it will seem like more members are using his work than the actual amount, but I can see the questions answered being helpful to those who actually wonder the same thing.

Personally I wouldn’t consider it a harmful issue, but he could just put a list of possible frequent questions onto the original thread of all in one reply. If his seed finder contains malware, then he deserves a ban.

Since he is ban evading well, that is a valid reason to keep him out, so good riddance to him
58  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit unfairly made me forfeit my withdrawals on: January 20, 2024, 10:58:34 PM
Hey at least you didn’t get Benji, the one loser at Rollbit!

Whatever happens I hope for the best for you mate.
59  Economy / Services / Re: I will be your professional virtual assistant [For hire] on: January 20, 2024, 10:48:14 PM
Are you able to record videos on youtube?

Yes

Yeah, I could potentially hire you for something, just as long as the resolution isn’t low quality
60  Economy / Reputation / Re: Wasabi, Kruw, users and supporters of their low morals on: January 20, 2024, 09:39:58 PM
It’s a shame. Regardless of what the Wasabi team did i’m sure none of them will steep this low to make fun of people for dying, except this one loser of course. Kruw deserves to be perm banned. Why is he even allowed on the forums?
