Man its not at all good to send payment with tx fees as low as 0.00001 BTC. The payment hadn't confirmed till now. I would recommend you to send the payment again as this payment will most probably wont go through.
MZ has already apologized and told us he'll send it again once the TX will be dropped. As you can see with your own eyes, the second TX made it through, so I think the lower fee is not intentional but due to a mistype. MZ seems to have skipped a 0 when writing the first TX fee. Bro, in such condition so what should we do?. Waiting for the confirmation or waiting for the repayment from MZ?.  I'm used to wait for a while before crying....since TXs with lower OR no fee sometime arrived in a few days. Other times they end up rejected so a new TX maybe needed.
