There it is. Quite the milestone for myself as I hit 10,000 push-ups. It really shows what you can do over a little bit of time if you stick with something and work at it a little bit each day. I think there’s still a bit of time left before we hit the $100K price milestone, but hopefully Bitcoin’s price reaches $100K before I hit 100K push-ups.

What impressed me about her is that she acknowledged the fact the youths are really working hard and getting results out of Cryptocurrency and the Nigerian Local Board and the progress of Nigerians here is a prove about that, not some of our politicians who thinks we're lazy.

The thing be say we have reasonable politicians in the midst of all the useless ones we have in the office. I see her somehow young and this might be why she understands what crypto is and advising her fellow house members to look for  ways to benefits from it instead of banning it. The Nigerian government are just not being considerate, dem no dey see say the country no easy so abi dem wan make we dey beg dem to chop from morning to night, this one way we dun use dey see front dem no want make we enjoy am. The government no know wetin dem go focus attention on because there are many ways to fight the Naira devaluation wey dey happen so and strengthen the economy of the nation wey no go involve attacking cryptocurrency.

Quote
The government should think about how many businesses they’ll collapse if they ban Cryptocurrency entirely cause it could further increase the rate of crime thereby forcing more youths who's business are crumbled to go into criminal activities for survival.

E get businessess self wey dem go kill before e start, there are many businesses wey for find their way into the economy but as the government dey attack the industry dem dun they chase away the business already. Na the negative treatment wey the government been given the industry from day one na wetin hold back the growth of cryptocurrency for the country now they wan add this one wey go just kill everything crypto for the country. Our government no dey try so next time before we vote anybody into power make we make sure we know their literacy level so dem no go dey kill wetin fit bring development for the country.
Sir,You dey talk truth, our govt dey very bias anything wey go benefit the youths, wey go remove our youths from poverty, you go see say govt go Start to fight that thing. Check that Senate house, you go see say those lawmakers dey only pass bill wey go favor them and der rich folks alone. If politicians 4 diz contri sell/ convert der dollars to naira, our naira 4 don appreciate stronger against d dollars. The reason why govt dey fight crpyto na bcos dey no want see our youths grow for diz contri, you know dey ask yourself why govt no dey like to create jobs for diz contri, dem no won just see us make am at all,dem won make we continue to dey beg dem money and food to eat,but God pass them bcos crypto have com to rescue our youths from poverty.

This Daily Push-Ups is a very good exercise and a very challenging one. As a young Man with Pot-Belly, before I start My Daily Push-Ups in the morning, I will need to wait for my siblings to go out for work. The reason is that they often laugh seeing my Pot belly touching the floor. You will also hear them saying "this exercise wouldn't do any good to your Pot-belly". even with my pot-belly,I refuse to get discouraged and I won't stop until bitcoin reaches $100k.

Day 21=250 push-Ups

Day 22=243 Push-Ups

Crypto: Peer-to-peer trading is worth $500bn in Nigeria – Cryptocurrency expert

The CEO of one of NoOnes who was the former CEO of Paxful, Ray Youssef said so. That crypto trading in Nigeria is 10x more than what is reported which are on centralized exchanges. That most crypto trading takes place on WhatsApp, Telegram, coffee shops and everywhere on the streets.

Speaking on the astronomical P2P transactions on Friday, the NoOnes boss asserted, “Peer-to-peer is probably like a half a trillion dollar business inside Nigeria alone. That’s the truth. Officially, cryptocurrency volume in Nigeria is at $59 billion a year, and that’s just all the official volume of everything that is happening on centralised exchanges that can be tracked on the blockchain. Yeah, let’s say $59bn to $60bn.

That’s a joke; the real volume is ten times more than that. That’s peer-to-peer, and that’s not just volume that has happened.” Youssef added that most of the P2P transactions do not happen on Binance or any other platform but on WhatsApp, Telegram, coffee shops and everywhere on the streets.

I did not know this exchange, NoOnes until now. I only know him as the former Paxful CEO. Is this a way to market his exchange or he is telling the truth?

I know some people in my street that do not know how to trade on centralized crypto exchanges. All they need is a bitcoin wallet and a vendor which they can meet on social media or on the street.

make we dey careful,I hear say Government officials tru EFCC,CBN,Nigeria police and others dey disguise to join WhatsApps,Telegram and other social media platform to spy admins and individuals that engaged in crypto activities.
47  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: [Bitcoin] List the exchange that offer p2p on: May 05, 2024, 03:14:56 PM
Here a list of exchanges based on my research. It may not be accurate tho but from my experience and information gathered.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS REMARKS
Binance Compulsory KYC P2P Removed
Huobi Compulsory KYC P2P Removed
OKex OKX Compulsory KYC P2P Removed
NairaEx Compulsory KYC According to claims P2P Available Never used before
Paxful Compulsory KYCP2P Available Beware of Scammers
Mexc Exchange KYC required for trading [for registration KYC not required] P2P Available
Bybit Compulsory KYC P2P Available
Kucoin Compulsory KYC P2P Available [Best for now]

Since wey Okx stop p2p Services for Nigerians, I b no fit sell my Usdt again and I com dey worried bcos I b no com sabi another exchange wey I go fit trust with my assets, Although my friend be dey suggest kukoin for me say na better exchange.I just say make I thank you as u come list out good exchange wey person fit use since OKX don ban Nigeria p2p. 48  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria p2p Crisis The way Forward. on: May 04, 2024, 02:59:43 PM
I don't think the govt can pressure all major crypto Exchange to ban Naira P2P transactions. What we should be focusing on is how to outsmart the banks from detecting crypto related transactions in our accounts.I strongly belif say naija no dey carry-Last,no matter wetin dem go do,Bitcoin have come to stay in Nigeria.

50  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: OKX has stopped its p2p service for Nigerian customers on: May 03, 2024, 10:27:21 PM
If you are an OKX user here, you must have found out by now that you can no longer trade crypto for Naira in that platform. E be like say our government don secretly warn this platform and told them to stop offering trading in Naira for Nigerians. First it was Binance, now it is OKX, i dey believe say very soon trading in Naira in centralized exchanges no go dey possible again.

I raised alarm about some duvious movement on the p2p marketplace on the other forum a few days ago - there are few p2p Marchants ( could be Govemment agents) coming on these marketplace to set a ridiculous rate to score cheap point and to have reasons to go against these platforms.. there was this Marchant who set his buying rate at N1,500 while the official black market rate was between N1,300- 1,350.

I suspect something like this would happen - the Govemment and Nigerians are careless about everything. Tbh.

Since e don dey obvious say govt want shut down crypto currency activities for Naija. As a great leader wey you be 4 diz forum,Wetin go be your advice to your fellow bitcoiners as d matter don be like diz.so that make person no com fall victim for diz our wicked govt hands.

The Nigerian passport has been ranked among the worst on the globe highlighting significant challenges for Nigerian travelers seeking international mobility.

As a Nigerian,if you are traveling outside Africa, once you present your International passport at the airport,if other nationals are been search for 10mins, you as a Nigerian you will be thoroughly search for at least 45mins which is very bad.

55  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Re: If you want to scam an African man put it in the terms and condition on: April 30, 2024, 09:58:18 AM
Research has shown that 80% of Africans don't even read through the terms and condition before entering into a deal, or signing a contract.
Not finding time to read through the terms and condition before signing any agreement is very very wrong and you must refrain from such attitude as this could limit your legal remedies if things go wrong.
Africans might simply be unaware of the potential consequences of not reading them. They may not realise the rights they could be giving up and that's one of the things affecting us till date.
My father bought a pieces of land and in their agreement written it was said that after 3 years of not putting a permanent structure on the land he will lose ownership of the land, but he pay no attention to the terms and condition and he was using the land for agriculture. So after the 3 years the community came back to collect the land from him and he challenged the community to court just to find out that it was written in the terms and conditions.
If you have a terms and conditions agreement, you'll know the answer instead of having to go to arbitration, so please in whatever thing you are putting okay or your signature do read the terms be it on paper or your phone, it will saved you from alot!

Bro you really nail this one, I no dey like to dey read diz terms and condition.years back, my friend bin convinced me to invest with a forex company,as I reach d company, dem com give me form say make I fill am,after I finish filling the form,I no even bother to read the terms and conditions and the funniest part be say, d customer care com ask me say weda I don read the terms and conditions,I com tell  her No, say the write too plenty to read say make she forget about that one. like diz eh,before I sign any agreement,I dey always take my time read the terms and conditions.

The fear of rising crime in our society is no joke and can't be ignored. This is why All people should have the rights to own Guns.

One can protect oneself, one's family and not bend down to anybody.

Possession of firearms often reduces home robberies and assaultive crimes like rape both by family members and strangers.

They are excellent tools for protection and self- defense.

Some women are born prostitutes. Now a days,Most men date for beauty even when they are fully aware that she is responsible. If you want to date a woman, date a God's fearing woman,it  matters a lot.you don't expect a girls you meet at the club,a Sex addict,a girl that loves money so much to be faithful to one man. Date a God fearing woman that respect and acknowledge the things of God and you will never regret it.
59  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Why do people think is a mistake to be Nigeria?? on: April 29, 2024, 03:54:05 PM
I don't see any mistake being a Nigerian. Nigeria is very sweet especially if you have a good source of income. I have a friend who have travel to several countries and he still prefer Nigeria. No country is flawless, infact the Most advanced nations in the world still have homeless citizens, corrupt leaders, high level of crimes and other.I have no regret being a Nigerian.

The world is burning under the watch of Joe Biden. The United States I know doesn't support genocide, doesn't stand and watch innocent men, women and children been murdered in cold blood. The united states I know will defend and protect the vulnerable no matter the cost. Human lives doesn't matter anymore in gaza. When I look at the Television and watch how dead bodies of innocent Palestine scattered all over the street makes me hate the Israeli people. I'm so much happy seeing valiant youths in the united States protesting against this injustice on the people of Palestine, let them keep on arresting. One thing is certain, the voice of the people must be heard and will always prevail.
