Li you login everyday but you didn't say a single word, next diff will be on Sat or Sun are you saying there'll will be staff working on China holidays?
I noticed whenever we have power outage on our S7 BW dropped at least 6P hashrate at the same time, any relation between your farm and Bitbank?

Finally find a hotel where my astrill can work.. sorry guys for the long time no response here. please send a mail to 16905461@qq.com when you need to contact me for emergency issue. I canot visit forum and gmail when vpn donot work. The miner canot be online before the end of the chinese new year, so i will still compensate customer according 100% pps during this diff. i will calculate it and send the btc to customer within the following two or three days Li today is Feb 16th there is still no compensation nor S7 miner on line, what exact problem we are having? |

I believe they are doing the wiring stuff for the new S7 deployment... for pool switching I used to have a stratrum proxy setup in a VPS data center with hosted miners point to my stratum proxy thus I don't have to bother Li for changing my miner config.

Lee,
My miners have been dropping hashrate consistently and turning off daily for the last month. I have been trying to calculate for comp purposes but its getting to difficult to keep up with the downtime daily. can you please look into my miners or update the situation. I have also asked for a pool change so I can track the downtime easier since your website continues to be down.
Li my S7 has the same situation suddenly dropped hashrate to 4.05T since last night 2200 Beijing Time, I'm hashing at BW I don't think there is any issue with BW. |

I'ts not hardware problem nor hosting issues, my S7 hashrate returned normal after switching over to backup pool AntPool, tks Li for the quick response. |

Maybe i use the wrong word, future option. it is only a contract for the miner shipped on 20th Jan 2016 that we just signed with bitmain. The miner is new s7@4.73T, 1300w. The price is 1150$ for each unit plus another 100$ for a 1300w golden psu. The customer need pay 20% pre-order fee(230$) before 10th Dec 2015 and pay the rest 80% miner fee (920$) and 100$ psu fee(total 1020$) on 18th-20th Jan 2016. The miner will be online on 27th Jan 2016. if there is any delay we will compensate mining earning. The host fee for this s7 is 0.1*24*1.3= 3.12$ each miner each day. S7 miner Hashrate: 4.73T Power consumption: 1300 watt Price :1250$ Daily Host fee:3.12$ Online time: 27th Jan 2016 The customer need to pay 230$ pre-paid fee before 10th Dec 2015. I'll take 3 or more, payment be made in BTC. Will full payment will get any discount as a birthday gift to me, my birthday is Jan 13 |

Li, my new S7 has been running for 5 days with 4.8T in average, thanks Li for the excellent services.
Bitmain today is selling S7 Batch 3 again are you able to get some or you planned to wait for the new 3T S7?

rec'd no compensation nor hashrates yet, an email today saying my C1 will be converted to 2 x S3 hashrate and they said 2 x S3 hashrate is more profitable than a C1.

I recalled Bitmain unified login and UMISOO local login are 2 different things, I hv both setup as same account id but with different password. If you have no UMISOO local login setup before the outage then....!

I can log in via UMISOO local login not Bitmain login but I can't change the pool conf, stupid Ant likely is now working on the wiring stuff / configurations our miners will soon be gone anyway
