Today I moved some of my miners from one data center to another. About 34 TH or so in hw.
4x S4's
15x SP20's
1x S5
1x S3
3x S1's
Power cables for all
PSU's for all (and some SuperNova G 1300's)
cat5's

It all fit rather perfectly in the trunk of my Volvo lol.

Its hard to tell from the photos. But are those S4+ ?

Yup sure are, one of our friends has I think 18 or 22 of them I believe, might snap some more pictures today for you guys Smiley
Semi-hard to get good pics of full racks sense there is only maybe 3-4'Ft between each row of APC Server Cabinets.

Amusingly, pictured above was my initial BTC setup. Things have snowballed a bit over the years. I decided to do some comparison photos because I'm moving out of my house at the end of the month after living here for seven plus years. Things as they are right now:

Super safe power setup. Nails + zip ties...

Regardless of where I end up moving the setup will be coming along.

Got myself AntMiner S5 a month ago. After a month of playing with it and some 3D printing this is what my small rig currently looks like (just ordered the second S5)
You should know that shipping price of each S5 is lower if you order 2 units at once...

Who says he bought em from Bitmain? Grin

Maybe in the SP20E's the fan is actually turned around like how it should be Grin

I must me think about this guys
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8kua5B5K3I

Thanks for video!  What are the machines?  They almost remind me of the silverfish 28 but a bitcoin version or something.

Anyone have a idea what the skinny small machines were?  You can see them around 6:15 in video.

Looks like S5's laying on there side...

edit: thought you were talking about pictures, not the video. Whooopsy

Just barley put it together for testing. Gonna let it run for 48 hrs , then tie down all the wires, and make it look pro. Ill post more pics then. But for now..here is my KNCminer titans batch 2, total +/- 1800Mhs.

From Vegas eh?
So am I. We happen to have a few PH/s in our Data Center here in Vegas. Data center currently has 4 Megawatts with another additional megawatt accessible if needed.
A few pages back I have some random pictures of my personal rig from home, to DC. I plan on uploading some more pictures rather soon of some of the SP31 racks and S4+ racks we've set up.

We are most likely Vegas' biggest bitcoin miners currently Wink

Got myself AntMiner S5 a month ago. I was surprised how bad cooling solution it has. Loud fan, bad heatsink design and a lot of air not even going through the heatsinks. After a month of playing with it and some 3D printing this is what my small rig currently looks like (just ordered the second S5):

Awesome mining bot!!

Put some arms to complete it Wink

Yeah, this is so cool. I think you should sell a service for designing a unique mining rig, there would be so many people will use your service Cheesy

THANKS! Now hes not gonna give us the file!!  Grin  Wink  Grin

@Dogie

Great thread, but Spondoolies company site isnt valid "https://spondoolies.refersion.com/c/4381" is wrong. Consider revising it Smiley

lmao you want to know the best part about BA?

That despite ALL the corrupt stuff that came from that company, they continue to release another product lol; a hardware wallet.

As if fucking everyone out of btc and usd wasnt enough, now they want you to trust there "hardware" with your btc on your PC....lmao..

57  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HELP!! Dell AHF-2DC-2100W fan speed control.. LOUD on: April 05, 2015, 05:54:14 PM
Simple...Open up PSU and add a 1/2 Resistor at whatever Ohms to the power cable leading to the fans. Ive done this to a few server PSU's just to make them more quiet.

Enjoy,

This just screams scam...

Machines that efficient would've been the talk of the town if they were real.
Makes me sad to say this but your most likely out of your money...
59  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: April 05, 2015, 02:16:45 AM
nice ''setup'' Tongue the picture of the switches is the best!

having the balls to still run s1....

how are the af120 fans, besides blingbling?

af120's were nice. Super quiet; nice air flow, would use 8-10 Fans and couldnt really hear them at all. Now I have some of them rigged on my desk through front I/O port of PC so they face me, nice cool breeze while I sit at PC and again, very quiet.

My main concern when switching the fans was the temp changing a lot on the S1's but they only went up 1-2'C which I was fine with considering the substantial amount of sound reduction that came from the swap.

BTC     BTC     BTC     Acid Alchamys Bitcoin Mining Expansion     BTC     BTC     BTC

So this is my image story of my Bitcoin Mining Expansion, from mining at home, to another residence; to finally putting all my miners in to the Data Center.
Hope you enjoy and I'll try my best to update it as I go along.

At this point, I had 1 S1 on a CX600 Corsair PSU, instantly I knew it was time to upgrade again.

So I bought some fans to cut the noise out; and some nice PSU's for future expansion.

Corsair Fans front and back

Getting a bit creative with push and pulls through fans.

Then came the S3's

Cheers! To a small at home farm..but it wasnt enough...

So after Girlfriend not being to happy with the heat from the office..it was time to relocate the miners. The 3 S1's are in another room.

My first S4.

Tried out some new hardware...wasnt pleased Sad

So now...I moved into the Data Center

The S4's

I wasn't going to give up on the S1's <3 but I did purchase some S5's

Saw the 15x SP20 deal from Spondoolies, figured; Why not buy some?

240 Tons of AC and all our racks are APC, used old Fiber boxes to hold my PSU's

I currently rent a nice amount of hash for the sake of the pool; and am also currently hoarding Bitcoin until some new gear comes out.
