Hello, I got one question. I invested 1 BTC into the Lykke ICO, and while seeing every currency soar in value since February I thought ''Man I'm sure holding Lykke is the best idea'',
so turns out I have 1.028 BTC now.
I'm not mad or anything nor I'm looking for trouble, I'm just curious if this asset will rise vs BTC one day, other than its market cap.
Yes, I think I can tell you: you cant see the lykkes in omniwallet or blockchain, so you only see the value of the btc that you purchased. You have to download the app in your phone and you will see how many lykkes do you have, and if you bought 1 btc, you must have around 7000 lykkes, at 0.37 usd each one. If you bought your btc at 700 usd, is nice, but not the 4200 usd of btc today. |

Everything sounds wonderful, but how can you avoid that a few whales buy all the ICO? Do you gonna buyback those tokens, at the price they set?
Also, something is loud: the plan is have a legion of forecasters, working almost for free for your robot: is funny for a while but then? Also your system of puntuation is very severe that discourages the traders. You have to know that also de outsiders are important in the market, that the losers are much more important than the winners. Why, because in the long term almost everybody become a loser in the markets.
I only know one trader with a consistent alpha and is Bernard Madoff. Neither Soros. And why won Soros many time? Not for his accuracy but because he build the result from the very beginning.
There will be maximum amount for every participant during the token sale. We are working on the motivation for our forecasters - they are the most important part of our ecosystem. When it comes to trading and consistency: I know many consistent traders, don't know why are saying there is only one. My point Kate is that everybody can have a good year, or 2 or 5 (if is a bullish market everybody is winner, just like right now with the cryptos) but there is nobody who can give consistent returns across the years. The good traders have anual returns of 5% but their risk are so low that their are really boring. Do you know how really a trader make money? Losing their clients money, living just from the fee: as you can see in the pension partners chart, lower is the alpha greater is the utility of the hedge fund. |

They're been seems to be getting out of trunk things off for this coin. Chances are there will still be a core of people that will stay with it like a cult following. I don't think it's going to die anytime soon but at the same time I wouldn't expect an upward rise in the next couple of months or anything like that.

I'm in the same, it's around 1 week to maturity but i have around 15 days and still waiting and I bought a few more yesterday. Also I noted: send from cryptopia to your wallet is around 0.001 cv2 fee, but send from your wallet to another wallet, amounts more of 100k cost 20 cv2.
The swap in novaexchange is really easy to do, the hard thing is the wallet i guess.

Los test alpha de MAID van por buen camino, deberían de echarle un ojo a esa ICO, si todo esta bien para el proximo año ya tendremos nuestros MAID y una plataforma que le va a poner en la madre a dropbox, icloud, onedrive, etc.

Technically yes but it would be displayed as Bitcoin. Not sure if Lykke plans to support Maid in future. I own a few MAID myself and I use Omni: https://www.omniwallet.orgWhat I've done is: 1) I downloaded electrum and generated address and private keys offline. 2) I've put that address as watch-only on Omni 3) Transacted Maid on it. Private Keys stay offline, so it's in fact a cold wallet. 4) Only if I want to transfer I import the private key (simple: just copy-paste) Yes thanks... now i can see the maid in omni... nice feature. There's any way to see the BCH using the private key? Any online wallet support priv key and BCH to sell them and buy more maidesafe? Also thanks for the factom tip... I'm also in, the future is near! |
