Push, got some free time for development (for example: doublers, mining scripts...) Smiley

how about a merged mining, multipool? (not an open source script, something coded from scratch)

An update for those wondering.

I gave the bot 0.1 BTC to play with. been running it on a number of markets. was about 10 markets this morning. Current portfolio is worth 0.106 BTC
Been playing with the settings quite a bit during that time. But looks to be doing okay. not as great as some others but something is better than nothing

The latest core codes needs some testing a bit and the segwit and bips enabling. But that'll all be started on sometime after the 15th of this month

Seems like 1 BTC is a lot of money, maybe paying directly a programmer to have functionalities we need, in cooperation with some exchanger, would cost less.
For instance I'd need the tool that automatically pays a percentage to the promoter of the tool, which would help in a great way the spreading of TRC, I guess.

How much would it cost to create a merchant gateway tool?

From what I have recently discovered, it looks like it costs about 1 BTC.  It is similar to getting voted onto an exchange.  This is the site I was talking about in the previous posts.  https://www.coinpayments.net/vote

I think this could really improve how TRC is perceived.  I was already think of adding a page on the website which would show each shop that accepts TRC if we implement this.

I will submit TRC tomorrow to that site.

Everyone tell me what you think!

it'd be difficult to find somebody to do it for less than 1 BTC. i know i surely wouldnt. Just to develop the site would take quite some time.

i should be able to do an android wallet for around 2 BTC

Since BTC is so high right now, how about 1 BTC and will you throw in an iOS wallet as well?  Also can you give us a quote for adding some sort of anonymous transactions to the wallet.  There are three different types we have been looking at: Shadowcoin, Zcash and Monero.

EDIT: Mrbodz don't start work until we raise the money!!!!!

As a side note which has nothing to do with mrbodz offer

The guy who posted on this thread with the username of terracoin is the original developer.  His announcement that he closed down all of the services and sites that he used to maintain is a good thing (they were all outdated).  I appreciate the fact that he took the time to post on here, and even pointed terracoin.org towards terracoin.info.

We should thank him for creating Terracoin and making all of this possible, and not being upset that we took it over.

So thanks to the anonymous Terracoin creator!

i could do android for 1 BTC but not anything else

Mr Bodz's review

Gunthar helped me through with some really stupid questions, he also fixed the bot when there was an issue with it when he first sent it to me.
He has taken on board a number of suggestions we discussed.

The bot runs perfectly fine in a forever script on ubuntu 16. I've just used the default settings and let it run. I tested it out with 0.1 BTC (just under) as of the current moment, poloniex is reporting the value as 0.10155425 BTC with quite a number of open sell orders atm. Not a massive amount but something is better than nothing. I contributed to the little amount of profit by selling a number of coins at a loss.

Looking forward to buying the bot myself but it may not be for everyone.

the network runs fine, it just requires consistent hash rate from loyal miners. trouble is, there are no loyal miners anymore.

A bright idea for once, Your correct we all did. That plan was the plan we were following, until you decided you wernt happy with the changes in the DGC Foundation as documented here:

https://forum.digitalcoin.co/threads/1699-Why-I-m-Resigning-the-Title-of-quot-President-quot-of-the-Digitalcoin-Foundation/page2

I dont believe non coders are second class citizens, however your extremely stupid to be telling people their coding is shit when you dont know how to code yourself.

BlockchainMechanic, you really should let DGC die its slow death, most of the team tried to bring it to life and were brought back down. A V5 would just really be stupid

not sure where you clicked. but latest code is here: https://github.com/DGCDev/digitalcoin

There was a proposal for DGC V4. But me and the other devs were driven away by a certain individual controlling most of the money supply and forcing his ideas on all the devs/users.

Ahmed

I know you're not referring to me. You and other "devs" were happy to work on the coin as long as you were getting paid, but other "devs" called your work amateur.

What ideas did anyone force?

Domains, forum, block explorer, and the last remaining permanent node (the one that allows the android wallet to remain functional), are all still active and up to date. No thanks to devs who were driven away.

Yep, the money is what got us all to be long term supporters from the day DGC launched......
I'm sure the reason people come to me to fix their coins and update their coins is because its "amateur", especially since people like you with no coding knowledge said so.

2 the most notable news for today:
Тhe bad news is that someone decided to sell 592 thousand coins. Sad
The good news is that the sale price is 5 times higher current, which means that someone believes in growth! Smiley

I don't see any massive sales volume happening.

Can someone test out the Mac wallet for us?  https://github.com/ahmedbodi/terracoin/releases  Thanks!

doesn't work. i tried it after i uploaded it. Still attempting to fix
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DGC] Digitalcoin 3.0 | Multi-algorithm, Improved Blockchain Storage | RELEASED! on: December 17, 2016, 11:23:36 PM
yeah 0.12 would be the same.

tbh here is no community anymore. the ex-dgc team were pretty much the ones that kept dgc alive so long. since we all left. there was only about 5 people in the whole community involved. The changes they wanted to make it were a more smooth block time (although that only occoured since everyone stopped mining consistently, the team we had, always had atleast some hash on the coin but since we left the miners of the team were turned off). Reduction of block reward i believe. merged mining on 1 or 2 algos or an algo change.

I think...
