Yes i think its because the scammers who makes the new ICOs by only just showing fake information about ICO concept, technology and other fake information and get paid advertising from google and get huge interested traffic from google and create Billions of Dollars and make scam, So that is why google make this decision,
people above say that Facebook does not prohibit bounty. this is not so, my account has been blocked personally and nothing can be done about it. so it will be with Google, if the rumor has gone, it's not just that

I think for year 2018 the alcoins that grow faster might be NEO and ETH. Both coins have the features that can improve the weakness of bitcoin and is a more for investment tool rather than bitcoin is mainly for being value holder.

Blockchain can survive without bitcoin. It was already developed back when bitcoin still not created. Blockchain is revolutionizing and still going forward due to the fact that it is hard to hack and information security is very high. I do not believed 99% are scam. There are still legit airdrops that pays. In my case and experienced I believe 30-40% pays. I agree that most airdrops nowadays are scam. It is our own strategy on how to find a legit one. We just need to be extra careful for choosing and providing our data. Number 1 airdrop I do not like are those doing it as a raffle that pretty sure nobody will win. Most tokens have a risk of being scam because they are mainly promise of a future product!  Do your research so you do not waste time getting useless tokens.

I believe bitcoin did not fail as currency. As we all know many organisations have started accepted bitcoin as means of payment and many consumers are happy paying for goods and services with bitcoin. In my opinion, bitcoin can be used for payment and can also serve as an investment. A currency is a legal tender accepted as medium of exchange but bitcoin is fulfilling that purpose of be a medium of exchange to those that  knows its uses. In the future it can be use by a whole country. So is wrong bitcoin has failed as a currency.

Six months to wait for payment is a very long time.  Good company bounties pay out coins a month after the end of the ICO.  Sometimes earlier and based on my experience, one month is the longest time I spent waiting for my reward. Sometimes its fast like 1 to 2 weeks. Also it is indicated in the bounty campaign rules the date of the release of the token. If they continuously changing the schedule and always making some lame excuses, most probably its a scam.
