most of the old project now has zero to none value or even delisted on an exchange. but there are few that still good and kicking.
as for the new bounty it is very rough  now to know which bounty campaign would pay. Its all about luck now compare to the old bounty.

new project often listed on a big exchange. i think project need to focus on their roadmap first than the listing on an exchange. Good project doesn't need a lot of exchange. one good exchange is enough.

what exactly are you asking? there's already a site that shows ranking of coins from its market capitalization. try take a look coinmarketcap or coingecko.

ICO are not good anymore. Most of them are fake or scam. and also even the good one dumps after it was listed on an exchane. In fact you can buy the token on the market after the ICO on much more cheaper than its original value.

didn't surprise at all. for stellar lumen is atleast top 5 altcoins. not the fastest blockchain but still preferable than ethereum.

it depends on the use of this token. if its token is just a spam token and no use at all then nahh. is it able to purchase tickets on their fight or purchase some merchandise and it is good.
