I'm not for or against pex peppers (too much flouncing out of the room for me and I've never bought the products).... but, they wanted vendors and vendors need to buy supplies and pay bills... until XPY has conquered the globe, they're going to have to do that in fiat. That's why all the places having accepted bitcoin is a double edged sword. Its great that I make 70% of my purchases now with BTC, but on the other hand, that drives down BTC prices when they convert. So, why would it be any different for any vendor using paycoin? They're just one step removed from getting a debit card system in place that converts to fiat right before you buy.

Actually, if Josh Garza and his buddy Stuart Fraser (of Cantor Fitzgerald) are really out of the picture, the xpy.io is a reasonable thing... it's basically like a CD in a bank where they lock up coins in exchange for an interest rate. So, there may be people who are buying to place xpy into that site.

Well, judging by the "testing" post... he didn't even realize it was off line... it was offline for how long?  Maybe a day?

I can't get a screen shot right now, but btc.com now reads "the birthplace of cryptocurrencies"  Anyone else read that and get a visceral urge to punch garza? The entire bitcoin community should DDoS that site into oblivion. Talk about some delusions of grandeur! Josh seriously needs some lithium therapy! If there is any chance that singularity has happened and the tech is just keeping us in the dark about it, his cellphone battery will torch off while it's in his pocket.

I'm willing to give him credit for realizing at least part of why the Garza scam was wrong. If you listen to they voice of paycoin, they even credited bitcointalk for identifying the rogue primes that are running.

I still believe that Garza and those who facilitated him (no matter what team they fall into today) need to be prosecuted. But 'whocares' is pretty much a late-comer who never reached the 'inner circle' of scum.

Josh is specifically not there and they'e a bit pissed at TCinCommand for hijacking their channel the other night for Garza.

It actually looks like Josh's spell is wearing off in a major way.

Also, those videos were of an event that happened in the mid-1990s where Cantor Fitzgerald terrorized a man in the most disgusting way... Stuart Fraser is only related to that crew and he did not participate in it in any way at all. I don't want anyone to confuse my joking about the Fraser / Garza love affair (which seems entirely consensual) with what Stuart Fraser's family tree did a few decades ago.

Maybe Josh Garza is using Roger_Ver to make Stuart Fraser jealous, you ever think about that?  Maybe Stuart Fraser has been ignoring Josh's requests for money and now Josh is playing the field?  Poor Stuart Fraser, I hope this doesn't affect his work at Cantor Fitzgerald.

When you think about it, had the articles about his operation not included quotes and the appearance of being backed by Cantor Fitzgerald, there was NO OTHER verifiable statement made by Garza... but, when an article includes quotes from Cantor Fitzgerald that you can look up... that made the existence of the  $100 Million CAF much more believable... and made it look like a "hey, I'm a small guy but finally was in the 'right place at the right time'" stroke of luck.

How many of his customers expected to be newly minted millionaires (or at least couple-hundred-thousandaires) and instead, they're all tied to a forum that's still blowing smoke up their butts.

What would be totz funny... if the SEC put Phil up to this stunt because they knew Josh would blow his ever luvin' mind over it and start gushing at the mouth like an over-sized sewer pipe. Maybe Homeland Security put the pressure on Phil to either take a hit for hiding assets used to fund terrorism or 'steal them all' in a public way to set Josh up. Clearly, who ever had been keeping a muzzle on Josh has left the building and he's doing one hell of a job keeping this Reality Show going.
