GOOD GOOD GOOD Great work for now  do we need a static ip or it can be done with dynamic dns service for masternode?Thanks If your IP is not static you can use Dynamic DNS service. |

Simple guide on how to create a masternode:
Start your 8BIT wallet
Send exactly 112 8BITS to an address in your wallet
Go to Help/Debug/Console
type the following and hit Enter:
Copy the result and place that in the 8bit.conf file below:
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcuser=YourUserName
rpcpassword=YourRPCPassword
rpcport=any_valid_port EX: 9228
server=1
daemon=1
listen=1
staking=0
port=9999
masternodeaddr=YOUR_IP:9999
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=KEY GENERATED BY COMMAND masternode genkey
Port 9999 must be open.
Restart your wallet and go back to Help/Debug/Console
Type the following and hit enter:
* Give your Masternode a few minutes, and check if it's up in the Masternode list
DO not use your local IP address, use your external IP address. If you do not know what it is
Type "what is my IP" in google search and you will see it.

Please download from OP and update before block 11500
You can create your Masternodes starting now, however,
HiPoS payments will not start till block 11500
I will follow this with a guide on how to create your Masternode shortly.
Masternode cost 112 8BITS.
Masternode fork changes after block 11500:
1.2 8BIT fixed PoS block
0.88 8BITS go to MasterNodes
* Make a backup of your wallet.dat as a safe measure.

There is no rush HiPoS blocks will not start till block 11500 I will update all wallets and inform exchanges later today. You will have time to update in the next two days without missing out on HiPoS blocks. |

DEV are you going to update the wallet now ? I will make an announcement in an hour or two  I am all done with stage 3 Masternodes fork compiling source for fork with minor adjustments then I will inform exchanges. Have not yet decided on releasing clients today or tomorrow but there is no harm either way, as I will set the fork at block 11500 Edit: You will be able to create your Masternodes before the fork but payout will be based on the 8% yearly till block 11500. That will give everyone enough time to setup their nodes for the higher payout. |

All tests are complete and UI work is almost done.
I still have to adjust some UI settings. Then will
start compiling fork wallets. I need a few hours of
shut eye and will come back to finish it up.

The wallet is done and tested and code performing as expected.
I still need to do some UI work, and few more tests, before it passes
all my checks. I know you can't wait, so am I, but better be safe
than sorry. Remember this will be our second fork in a week or so.
Better be done right, and we can move on to stage 4 without any fud.

In working on 8BIT masternodes, I the 8BIT dev would like to thank the
following projects and their developers: Dash / Black coin / Crave / ShadowCash
for the great progress they have made. Although 8BIT will be taking
it's own development route, some of the ideas and code in these projects
are superb and deserve an honorable mention. Moving forward I will
be working with base code from these projects to advance 8BIT through
the different stages on the roadmap.

Either produce proof, or at least an intelligent argument, or go home. You are wasting everyone's time. No need to argue with this guy, I like his nick, it tells all. MN's will be released on time without delays. I've been holding and buying for MN's, are you able to provide a specific time for MN release? I will give you a definite time tomorrow. |
