42  Economy / Gambling / Re: sat.oshi.xyz - MP featured roulette app - 0.27% edge. on: September 02, 2015, 08:14:53 PM
I fail to see your flawed logic

not once in your auction did you mention you wanted your existing users treated right by the new owner. in fact, you did not even mention them. your users did not help you so you could make a quick buck off them.

see the 'logic' now?

FYI, I am in no way making any "quick bucks" off anyone through this decision. Get it?

Every satoshi I earn are commissions I earn for bringing users to play against MoneyPot's investor bankroll and is paid by MoneyPot.
Every satoshi I earn from the sale of any site I have sold or will sell is hard earned through countless hours of coding and late nights.

While I do value the opinions and suggestions of my users, this has absolutely nothing to do at all with the decision to put this site on auction.
I reward them through other means. If you're a regular user on my site, you'll definitely know that I frequently tip users who are online when I'm online. I also offer ways for users to make bets with lower house edge(FYI, this is actually not in my best interest, I make more in commission if the house edge is higher). I think this is more than fair. I'm operating a gambling app after all, not a charity.

Every decision I make or will ever make will be in the best interest for the site and its potential customers.

Of course there will be some vetting done first before the sale of the site. But there is no need to tell the new owner to treat the users right. He has to. If he doesn't treat them right, no one will play at the site. That means he earns nothing. It is in his BEST INTEREST to treat the users RIGHT.

You can't just expect to pop up out of the blue and throw false accusations my way.

I'm sorry you feel that way though. Have a nice day.

this is moneypot. i did not know this. i was just mainly worried users who have a balance with you would not get honored by the new owner. however, this will not happen as again, moneypot.

i should have done more research, sorry. if you want me to delete my posts just give me the word.

There are no guarantees man! There's always a risk when investing to sites like this. If you're not ready to lose your 0.02 btc then don't put it but if you want to take the risk and gamble it, then go.
thanks

yes tonight too many matches, I'll just pick dortmun, Panathinaikos, salzburg, ath.bilbao and Fenerbahce.
sound advice. the problem is, we do not take our own advice and in return, the book gets all our money  Smiley

not an advice, just my prediction. yes it's better you stay abreast of your feelings. what do you mean with "the book gets all our money" ?
i mean, we go against our better judgment most of the time and for that, we 'donate' our money to the sportsbook. i said sound advice as you are not betting every game.

60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League Prediction Thread [STSL] on: August 27, 2015, 03:16:15 PM
Fenerbahce is the strongest one, I would bet all my coins on them.

Then you will lose it. Fenerbahçe is normally a big contender for championship but last year some dark focuses tried to kill whole team after Rize game in away. They shot team bus with guns. That's why Kuyt ran away to Holland again this transfer season.
With this AKP government and Tayyip Erdogan in the lead Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş can't won the Turkish League championship. In the latest 14 years check out championship numbers. Beşiktaş only 2, Fenerbahçe 5, Bursaspor 1 and Galatasaray 6. Now check out last 4 season. Fenerbahçe 1 and Galatasaray 3. That's Tayyip Erdogan's mastery period.

that's... that's insane. you guys remember this one:

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2013/07/07/brazil-soccer-referee-killed-during-match-his-head-displayed-on-stake-midfield/

this sports seems to have a lot of surreal violence around it. not to mention the soccer hooligans who will make sure you have no more teeth if you say you like a team they do not support. or how about that Colombian who was murdered because he had a bad world cup performance? it just goes on and on.
