If you're going to take someone to court then do it, stop being an immature drama queen on the forums. If you want to make a bet then do it and don't complain that it is 20BTC instead of 200BTC. If you are 100% confident in being right then a win is a win.

Goat, the vote tally is updated to at least a couple hours ago with regards to who owns what shares FYI. I bought a couple extra shares just a couple hours ago, and it is reflected in my vote count.

Why bother ask his permission. As a shareholder, I'd like to (and raise a motion too, if necessary) see the proof and end this Goat drama so that everyone can move forward with Cognitive drama.

Also the figurative hilarity that you say "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE" like this is some sort of PR announcement. You don't have any public relations with this segment of customers because you've ruined those relations. A real PR announcement should have been made during the freezing of the asset, and posted under "What's New" of your front page with an explanation of why you would take such actions and your policy on taking such actions. That's what a company with integrity does.

Those links only explain what is going on with Cognitive internally, not why Havelock froze trading. It also doesn't explain Havelock's policy on freezing assets.
