WoW for WAYYYYY to many years. Hung my hat in that game once this lastest expansion came out. I became a more casual MMO player, so Guild Wars 2 worked perfectly for that. GW2 is about it these days Smiley

I use a Roku Player - Roku.com (Its has built in Wifi)
Install the Plex Channel in the Channel Store on the Roku (Simple, and free)
Install Plex Media Server on your PC (Easy and free from plexapp.com)
Point the newly installed Plex Server on your PC to your Movie files on your PC (all in a GUI interface)
Open the Plex Channel on Roku and stream away. It will stream in HD or SD. It automatically detects and transcodes the files for you.

It works really well. Been using Roku + Plex for about a year now. The only thing you need to buy is the Roku device for $50 bucks, and then your good to go. No fees after that or anything.

Free is great. But I too wonder how they pay the bills. I'd like to hear some feedback from people who have used this service.

Thanks for all the help gweedo Smiley Im figuring it out. I've been playing with it, and seeing what it can do. I think I'm going to have to go with the self hosted version though from wordpress.org. Wordpress.com has some limitations I am finding out. HTML design isnt new to me, but dealing with something like Wordpress is. Been wanting to host a blog for awhile, and I figured now's a good time since they accept bitcoin. Figured I'd help fuel that fire Smiley

Thanks again my friend!

I would say go for wordpress, plus it is free to try so can't hurt, if your looking for just a blog hosting, I would do them or tumblr (it is free and they make it easy to use your domain), since you don't need a whole host to do that.

Is it still free with my domain name? In other words, I dont have have to have mydomianname.wordpress.com? I thought I saw it was like 100 bucks a year to merge my domain name there. I didnt do to much digging, but that was the impression I got. Thanks for the reply as well Smiley

As the title says. Looking to host a website. More of a blog really. Massive storage is not needed. Just something I can have a nice layout for, and link videos etc. Something basic.

Was thinking about Wordpress since they now expect BTC, but seeing what else is out there Smiley

P.S. I already hold the domain that I registered at Go Daddy

As the title says. But how much gigahash would you believe is needed to effectively solo mine if its even feasible? 50+ 100+?
I can't help but think Solo mining might be the way to go at first. Just looking for peoples opinions is all Smiley
