Can you explain me your config ? I cant obtain more than 40 H/s on my 470 cards .

Wich parameters are you using , operating system , drivers?

I have memory timmings modified on my bios

Thanks in advice

No Problem, I help you with your Minituning Bro Grin

I have Win 10 Pro, 16 GB Ram, 6600K @ 4,2 Gh'z, latest AMD Driver 16.11.2 (4.November 2016) (16.11.3 is out, 9 Nov - will try that now)
470 Nitro 4GB, but it should work with other 470s 4gb as well.

Here is my unique tutorial how to speed up your 470 4GB to 60+ H/s - only for lovely people  Cheesy

Wow that's amazing! Claymore wins! Cheesy
He is getting now of 2,5% 25~ gh's or more ?
Hm, let me think, that should be around 30.000$++ a day?
50 h's is around 2,50$ right now.

5.000 hs = 250$
5.000.000 = 250000$ by 2,5% = 6250$
= 24h by 2,5% = 36minutes a day for Claymore Wink

Great stuff Cheesy

My Bro gets 70 hs with his 290 4gb

I'm getting 55-60 hs with my 470 4gb Cheesy
with 70 Watt and 20% Fan with 74°c Cheesy

44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: zcash soon 0.2 btc! on: November 07, 2016, 05:41:36 AM
Also when zcash drops so hard, many will not mine it anymore and mine eth.
So eth will soon go down as well, because of too many miners.

Zcash created a hype again for many to get new rigs... much more hashing power is floating around again.

Gute Idee, aber was gibts da für eine Versicherung bzw. Kontrolle über die Rigs ?
Außerdem wieviel kostet die Unterbringung?

There is a bug with the dev fee. It can't connect...

I have around 60-65~ Sol's with my computer.

For now just 1 470 4gb nitro 42-48~ with claymore

and a 6600k 18-19~ with nicehash

running both together stable.

Will get 24 GPU's soon... letz see how it will roll then Cheesy

I get from 80-100 H/s with Genoil.

I can not get this miner to work at all with Suprnova!

Code:
ZecMiner64.exe -zpool zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -zwal <miner.name> -zpsw <password> -allpools 1

This miner seems completely broken and started losing me money.  I get 0 H/s on Suprnova with this miner.

It's because you use -allpools 1, there is a bug, after the devfee, it won't restart mining = 0 H/S

Wait till bugfix or mine zcash directly.

Claymore will probably fix it today.

Yeah for some reason my 7950 is the fastest at 50Sol/s while 280x are like 43Sol/s.

What Version of 7950 you using? and how much watt they take away on the modded bios?

My 470 Nitro 4gb makes 44~ hashes and uses only 70-75 ~Watt most of the time with 30% cooler. Really silent as well.

The 7950/7970/280x were always the best mining cards due to their large memory bandwidth.

If it wasn't for the DAG file in ETH they would still hash at 27MH/s.

During the Litecoin days they hashed at 80% of the speed of a 290 and cost only 60% of the price. They were forgotten with ETH mining but are now back and killing RX480s.

Do you think it's worth hunting down some second hand cards and build a cheapo Tahiti rig for Z?

if you have the elecricity for that, move swiftly go for that.
it will worth it, zec won't go down that easy.

You all should listen to Napoleon Hill... Think and Grow rich!
Or even better his "new" audiobook/book "Believe in yourself and get rich"

There you have everything explained, the real rules to become rich - and it works great ! Wink

I'm really rich in that sense, not with money to exact, but with my life so far.
Nice Living with my Woman, great lovely experiences and nice connections around me Wink

Soon I will get 24 GPU's as well Cheesy
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.0 on: November 04, 2016, 09:32:40 PM
You guys missed one point... all the extra hashes will soon make the same amount of btcrate/cash as before... because it's just getting harder and the value drops... look at the nicehash miner profitabillity for example...
got 20 mh/s with cpu only for 3$ a day, now it's 1,50$ a day..

runs stable so far.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.0 on: November 04, 2016, 05:45:15 PM
@Claymore:

ive got two problems:

1) reconnects @ nicehash when "method:reconnect" (or something similar) is issued, where other miners dont reconnect, is this due to the missing extranonce when switching job orders?

2) after DevFee mining ends all shares are getting rejected till a new job starts from nicehash

will edit screens here once it happens again

YEAH I got the exact same problem!!!!!!!!

Might be the AMD drivers like someone mentioned before, newer drivers don't have this issue.

Did you updated your drivers now ? or what drivers did you use before or still use?
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.0 on: November 04, 2016, 03:57:14 PM
Interesting, let's see how it goes Wink
Thanks!

Edit:
got max 46,2 hs with my 470 4gb Wink

56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ZCash hashing speed ! what you get , what you using , (wallet/pool/hardware) on: November 03, 2016, 08:00:25 AM
My CPU miner:

Operating Sysytem :  Windows 10 Pro 64-Bits
Wallet : poloniex
Miner : nheqminer from NiceHash
Pool : nicehash
CPU : i5-6600K @ 4.20Ghz
CPU Mining Speed : 20 Sol/s for all 4 threads
Bat or start file settings : nheqminer.exe -t 4 -l hk -u MY_BTC_ADDRESS.worker1

This is my cpu only.
Today I will get a rx470 and will test it, how far I can max it out with bios mod etc.

Thanks for building this advanced miner. eXtremal

What difference does it make with an 470 with 8gb or 4gb?

I want to go for 30x 470 4gb, but I'm not sure yet, wich to buy.

470 8gb is 30€ difference per card.

Could you tell me your experience or did you read it anywhere?

 links / infos appreciated.
