Did you get banned forever from PayPal and have balance and now your 180 days is up??? Let me cash it out for you and I'll give you a little piece of it. It's better than nothing. PayPal has now put up new security lock on limited accounts even after 180 days you'll get this new error after you try to withdraw. I found a way to get funds but its not easy takes a week max 2 weeks to do.
Don't let your dead paypal go to waste at least get something from it. Let me know if interested.
