41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin on: November 02, 2018, 07:45:27 PM
You should just buy bitcoin, litecoin looks good and all but compared to bitcoin then the coin is a dud. The best coin that you can always put your money into in all of the cryptocurrency market has always been bitcoin. With bitcoin you can be sure that you have a stake in the most valuable coin in the market. There is really no kind of debate here between the two coins
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: November 02, 2018, 07:33:02 PM
There are fake coins in the fact that they are scam coins but if you are asking about fake coins like there are fake money then the answer is no, there are no fake coins. Now the only problems we have to deal with in the market right now are scam coins, they are everywhere and they are honestly ruining the market for the rest of us who are here to invest in legit coins
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your strategy for hodling or selling? on: November 01, 2018, 07:44:23 PM
For me the strategy is making sure that I buy the coins when they are very low in the market, it is always best to buy the coins when they are red, that means we will be getting the most amount of money out of the coins. After that I make sure that I put them in a safe wallet and then keep them in wait for the long term. It also helps to put price targets on them so you are not tempted to sell prematurely
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake private ICO scam exposed! on: November 01, 2018, 07:34:06 PM
Appreciate this, if all of us can do something like this for all of the scam projects that we come across then we can be able to cut down the scams by warning people so they know the projects not to put their money in. The best way to deal with the scam icos are to starve them out, if they are not getting enough money then that means that they would not want to bring more projects in
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind falling Bitcoin? on: November 01, 2018, 07:26:31 PM
The reason is that there is reduced volume of bitcoin that is in demand and supply is way too much so that means that the price of the coin is going to keep falling for however long it takes for there to be an increase in the demand for bitcoin. There is way too much money that has left the market and if we want the prices to get back to what they were before then we have to wait for better demand
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin alternatives in 2018 on: October 31, 2018, 03:23:36 PM
You should not be looking for any alternatives, when it comes to the coins then bitcoin is the best thing for you to put your money into. There are some coins which are close to the kind of project that bitcoin has but they can never be like the real thing. If you are looking for your transactions to be more anonymous then I suggest that you use monero
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: October 31, 2018, 03:22:48 PM
It is very much worth the work and the waiting but with all of the things that people are saying right now I can understand why some people can think that they cannot be profitable to invest their money into the coins that they are investing in. As long as you are investing in the project and making the right moves then you have nothing to worry about
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? on: October 31, 2018, 03:18:31 PM
Some good altcoins to hold longterm would be coins like neo and litecoin, these are very promising coins with very good project and the best part of them is that they are cheap now, the projects are going to do well in the long term. Just make sure that you are buying the coins now that they are cheap and make sure that you are securing them
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think the market will recover and get back on Green?? on: October 29, 2018, 07:16:03 PM
It might take a while, maybe a couple of years if we are judging by the past bear markets that we have had so far. We might be able to see some kind of recovery this end of year but that will only be if there is an increase in the volume of bitcoin being bought and transacted. Bottom line is, if bitcoin does not start going up, all of the market will remain in the red.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RED color of all... on: October 29, 2018, 07:07:15 PM
The reason that the prices of the coins are down so much is because the prices of the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin and since the price of bitcoin is down, it makes sense that all of the altcoins are in the red. It will most likely remain this way for a long time before we will start to see any kind of recovery in the the prices of the coins
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs should only create Tokens with Working Products or Services on: October 27, 2018, 02:08:47 PM
This is it, if they were creating tokens with working products and services people would not be having a problem with them but they are making tokens with products and services that are either already being offered by another token or they are bring in unsustainable products, it should not be so. We should be having coins we can be sure will survive for the long term.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more Scam projects on: October 27, 2018, 01:59:57 PM
That is the problem we are facing right now, it just seems like with each passing day there are more and more scam projects being pushed into the market and there is nothing that we can do about it. It is one of the major reasons why people are no longer very interested in investing in new projects since they do not want to lose their hard earned money to scammers
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins or not? on: October 26, 2018, 07:19:27 PM
You should always buy altcoins. After you are done buying and stashing your bitcoins then altcoins should be the next thing that you are buying to hold for the bull market. They are the coins that are going to make the most millionaires since a lot of people can no longer afford to buy the amount of bitcoin that would be enough to make them millionaires
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: October 26, 2018, 07:13:16 PM
There are couple of things that you can do
Avoid following hypes, make sure that you are doing your own research into what ever coin that you are going to invest in
Do not panic sell
Do not panic buy
And whatever you do, make sure that you are not investing money into coins that you cannot afford to lose if anything goes bad, you will regret it.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think we'll reach January 2018 market cap again? on: October 25, 2018, 05:41:19 PM
It might take a couple of years before any of us will start seeing prices like those in the market. Since then the market cap has gone down by over fifty percent and if we want to see such prices again then we are going to have to get back to such high market caps. At this rate, we are very well going to be waiting for another couple of years before it gets back there.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we really need a bullrun? on: October 25, 2018, 05:33:39 PM
The bull run is not only about profit, but it is also one of the indicator show that there are still many investors put their fund in crypto, bull run also mean that the crypto still in healthy condition with a lot of transaction volume, I understand how people see the volatility become obstacle for daily usage, maybe with huge adoption the volatility could be surpress, the balance between demand and supply could make the price more stable

We could really use one, I am here waiting for the next bull run so I can make a lot of money from the coins that I have been holding for a long time, there is no way that we are going to see another bull run this year, I know that much but I am still hoping that it happens. Now the price of bitcoin is maintaining a stable pace, once there is more money coming in then we go into a bull market
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reducing scam on: October 24, 2018, 09:20:49 AM
The best way for us to reduce scams would be to share any of those scams projects that we come across so we can warn people from investing in them. There are no rules or regulations in the market about so we would have to have each others backs in order to starve out the scam icos. That is what I can think of, either that or there has to be some kind of regulation put in place
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO INVEST IN CRYPTOCURRENCY on: October 24, 2018, 09:09:18 AM
The best time to invest in cryptocurrencies is now, when the prices of the coins are down and all of the coins are in the red. If you have ever wanted to invest then now is the time because once bitcoin starts to see higher volume of coins being transacted then the price of the coins are going to go up which would mean we are going into another bull
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed? or almost? on: October 23, 2018, 04:33:26 PM
I have almost being scammed once when I was doing some kind of airdrop, it was one of those that takes you to a phishing site that looks exactly like myetherwallet and I was asked to access my wallet. I did not think anything of it as I thought I was on the right page and I put my private key in it, luckily for me there was no coins in that wallet and I just never used it again
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: October 22, 2018, 12:18:35 PM
A lot of the altcoins are going to survive int he future since they have already carved out a niche for themselves and have taken their spots in the market, coins that are going to survive would be coins like neo, ethereum, litecoin, monero and a host of other good coins but in the same vein, there are going to be a lot of altcoins dying out and fast too
