my sister works in a bank and she's really negative about bitcoin (or any cryptocurrency for that matter) she said that we might just be in a bubble and one day people will realize that there really is no value to it. A part of me sometimes tend to think about that (and agree to some extent) but i'm trying to regain my focus and just believe that it's here to stay.

One senator here in PH once said (about shopping) that even if it's on sale, if you don't need it- its's expensive. I'm trying my best to live with that and just go basic when it comes to buying anything at the moment. Its is one of those trying times specially for a bounty hunter like me when all you get are coins which will not even be worth 10usd. So hard.

This is the fad these days. Even Binance has their launchpad now and honestly I feel like when they became popular, people generally think the IEO are great but I think that still depend on the platform. they should still do their own due diligence.

I fear for this. I felt like with the downtrend and scams, investor would loose faith in emerging projects. We can se as early as now that majority of theses p[projects didn't hold up to their prices. Most of the went down by 100% from their ICO price. Honestly I was the investor, I would think twice investing for now.

This will be the death of ICO. I know some who's had ICO, then switched to IEO later on. I'm not expert so I don't really know the big implication of of doing the token sale over an exchange platform. But I see a lot of centralized exchanges incorporating launchpad on their platforms.

I super agree with you about this. I also don't understand why we have to go through KYC and honestly sometimes, when I feel like the project is not strong enough and then they require bounty hunters to do KYC, I back out right away. I am trying to be careful with my ID and I don't want it to get in the hands of some wanna be project which I honestly don't know if I can trust. How I wish there is a policy here in BT for bounties to provide ID/KYC before they require their workers for such. At the moment, it is a one way process and really unfair for them to ask us for those information when we don't even know who they really are.

I was the superficial type because maybe, I really didn't know what to look for, So as shallow as I am, I would like the platform to have that "professional" feel to it. Social Media accounts and social media admins/managers should be active all the time. I want someone to be there to answer me when I have some questions. White Paper should be well written and the content will somehow tell you whether its has some real life use or whatnot. Lately though, I learned to look for "is the token going to be widely and extensively used?" coz that's the only guarantee that it will be a long term project. really.

My decision to this question will always be influenced by my financial situation at that moment. Like for instance, I am holding 25k pcs of ECT- its an airdrop token which I got from sending 0 Eth to the contract address. I honestly forgot about it until I read that they're kind of pumping. When I looked, my 25k ECT would only give me a mean .12 ETH which is not much but I can use it to buy my family 2 days worth of meal, I'll take it than nothing. It's a shite token anyway

I read just now that KeplerTek is a scam ( the one based in GA). I joined the bounty a year ago and I wish I read your post during that time maybe I did not join this project at all. I felt bad that I became a part of it.

I just saw this now and remember I was still new in bounty hunting when I joined Keplertek Bounty managed by Wapinter. I remember getting pissed as I felt like the rules kept changing and after several weeks worth of doing the campaign, i will end up getting zero stakes. The bounty post is locked and maybe I should try revisiting the bounty channel and see what BM has to say regarding this accusation.
